Once aboard the Peaceful Tyranny Starscream and Knock Out started looking around the ship trying to find Tarn's machine and where Megatron was being held so they could free their leader and stop Tarn from killing everyone on Cybertron.

"You know this kind of reminds me of when we had to flee from Terrorcons on the Nemesis after your bright idea to mix Synthetic Energon with Dark Energon." Knock Out said to Starscream.

"Your never going to let me live that one down are you?" The seeker asked his best friend.

"Nope." Came the reply.

"Let's just focus on the mission at hand." Starscream told the red medic. "We need to find Megatron and destroy that machine, There's no telling what condition our leader will be in so make sure you have your medkit ready."

"I always do." Knock Out assured him.

As the two continued to walk down the hallway of the ship Knock Out couldn't help thinking about how far they had all come since being Decepticons during the war, back in the day Starscream would have been happy to see Megatron's demise but now he was deeply worried about his former master,

And Megatron who had abused the seeker so many times in the past not caring if he lived or died had been captured in the first place trying to save his former Air Commander's life having felt remorse for his past treatment of him, And Starscream was determined to save his former abuser who had been willing to sacrifice him self as the seeker's protector after he'd been injured.

Suddenly Starscream stopped Knock Out from taking another step quickly pointing out that Tarn's two surviving DJD members Kaon and Tesarus were in the room ahead of them and if they passed any farther down the hallway the two DJD members would spot them and even together Starscream and Knock Out would be no match for them.

"What do we do? We can't fight them and win and we need to save Megatron and destroy that machine all of Cybertron depends on it." Starscream side knowing they had to finish the mission but Kaon and Tesarus would stop and most likely kill them if they spotted them, Then suddenly Knock Out handed Starscream his medkit.

"You can do a basic patch job can't you?" Knock Out asked him.

"Yes but what does that have to do with anything?" Starscream questioned his friend.

"Your gonna finish the mission while I keep them busy." Knock Out explained.

"No they'll kill you!" Starscream said in a harsh tone but kept his voice too low for the DJD to hear.

"Only if they catch me and catching a Velocitronian is a lot easier said then done." Knock Out told the seeker and Starscream could tell by the look on his friend's face that his mind was made up and there would be no talking him out of it and their mission was too important to fail and Knock Out also understood that and was willing to sacrifice himself if it came to it.

"Ok but be careful because if you get yourself killed I will kill you Doctor is that clear?" Starscream said hating this plan and not wanting to lose his best friend.

"Ok? And don't worry I've been in my share of races and I'm a really good driver." Knock Out tried to reassure his friend and secretly reassure himself. "Good luck with the mission Screamer."

"You too Doctor." Starscream said as he let his wings drop then reluctantly hid in a broom closet.

And then Knock Out honked his horn at the DJD members having changed to his alt mode. "Hey creep one and creep two can't catch me!" He shouted at them before driving off at top speed with his radio blasting.

(The song playing on Knock Out's Radio)

As soon as they were gone Starscream took off the rest of the way down the hallway now even more desperate to accomplish the mission knowing that Knock Out could die and not wanting his sacrifice to be in vain if that happened but also hoping with everything in him that somehow the Auston Martin would survive.

Knock Out was driving at his top speed and noticed Kaon was right behind him and to his horror the DJD member tried to use his electricity on him but to KO's surprise it didn't hurt him, Then Knock Out suddenly realized why, he was in his vehicle mode and his rubber tires were keeping him grounded and stopping him from receiving the shock.

Knock Out had just found a way to fight Kaon, And Kaon was not happy about it at all and kept sending more and more electricity at the red spots car only for it to have no effect on him while he was in his alt mode.

"You stupid bot transform you idiot!" Kaon practically screamed at him.

"Um no I think this is pretty smart actually, I'd be an idiot if I transformed and let you zap me, But I'm actually a genius so I won't do that." Knock Out quipped.

"Then I'll beat you into transforming!" Kaon hissed slamming his fists on Knock Out's hood.

Only for Knock Out to suddenly transform when Kaon wasn't expecting it and used his saw to slice through the DJD member's spark chamber and killing him before he even knew what happened.

"I thought you wanted me to transform." Knock Out said to Kaon's now lifeless body. "That was for almost killing me last time, Trying to harm my friends and denting my hood!"

Knock Out smirked as he started to go to catch up with and rejoin Starscream but he forgot about Tesarus, Until suddenly the next thing the cherry mech knew he heard a loud boom and felt a searing pain in his chest.

Meanwhile Starscream was trying to find Megatron and Tarn's machine when he came across a room with some monitors that showed footage from the ships security cameras fortunately no one was there watching them.

Starscream decided to use them to see if he could find where Megatron and Tarn's machine was the Peaceful Tyranny was a surprisingly big ship, The suddenly spotted Knock Out fighting Kaon on one of them and felt relief when he saw his buddy win, But it was short lived.

Starscream suddenly saw Tesarus with a blaster in hand approaching the red medic from behind and before the seeker could register what he was seeing he saw the DJD member shoot Knock Out in the spark chamber from behind.

"No!" Starscream said as coolant tears fell from his optic when the war was beginning Starscream had watched one of his best friends a bot named Genvo die, And now he had just watched Knock Out die in the exact same way, But then the seeker saw one of Knock Out's arms move as if he was trying to push himself up, He was still alive but there was no way the seeker would be able to get to him in time to save him.

Knock Out was in a world of pain and desperately trying to get off the floor when suddenly Tesarus grabbed him by the neakcables and Knock Out felt too weak to fight back as his optics continued to flicker off and on and he allowed his body to relax accepting his fate and preparing for the end as Tesarus was about to put Knock Out's head into his grinding pit but didn't get the chance.

Because suddenly Tesarus's optics widened as something zapped him from behind causing the DJD member to drop Knock Out and fall to the ground as a tentacle let go of his back.

Then a slender mech looked down at the dying red medic and in a fit of anger used his tentacles to rip out Tesarus's spark and continued to break the DJD member's body.

"Soundwave stop he's already dead." Starscream who had just managed to get to them said his voice cracking as he was feeling the same combination of rage and grief that the slender mech was.

Starscream was glad to learn Soundwave had survived the destruction of the base but wished he had found out under better circumstances, He had gotten one friend back but was about to lose another.

"No he isn't gone yet Soundwave you have to use one of your portals to get Knock Out to Ratchet if anyone can save him he can." Starscream told the slender mech. "I'll save Megatron and we'll stop Tarn's machine you save Knock Out."

Soundwave wasted no time getting Knock Out through one of his portals while Starscream took off determined to finish the mission for his friend.

Starscream finally found the main room of the base and Megatron who he wasted no time freeing.

"Starscream? How are you alive Tarn said you and the others were dead and put your wings over there by the machine?" Megatron said surprised and confused but thrilled that Starscream was alive as his former Air Commander freed him.

"Those aren't mine?" Starscream replied looking at Pharma's wings that had been fixed to look like his, And taking a quick look at his back to make sure his wings were still there and was satisfied when they were.

"Oh scrap what did he do?" Starscream asked upon noticing Megatron's stab wound that Tarn had inflicted on him earlier.

"I'm fine this is nothing compared to some of the injuries I got in my gladiator days." Megatron assured the seeker.

"What a touching reunion to bad your too late to stop my plan." Tarn who had just taken a seat inside his machine mocked the two of them as he booted it up to amplify his voice ability to kill everyone on Cybertron.

Starscream watched in horror as Megatron who was feeling the effects of Tarn's power fell to the ground struggling to stay online as Tarn's voice began killing him and everyone one Cybertron.

But the seeker realized something he was completely unaffected by it and remembered that the tape Nickel tried to use on them at the base hadn't worked on him either then the seeker realized what it was the reason Tarn's power didn't work on him was because his own power his indestructible spark made him immune to Tarn's voice.

Which ment he was the only one who could stop him.

"Ok I only get one shot so I need to make this count." Starscream thought as he aimed both his missiles at Tran's machine right where he was seated then fired and successfully destroyed the machine stopping it just in time to save everyone.

Then went to check on Megatron and was relieved to see that he was ok and pulling himself up.

Suddenly Tarn who was enraged at having his plan ruined decided to take revenge on the seeker who ruined it, And Before Starscream or Megatron knew what happened he rushed over and attacked Starscream.

The DJD leader blasted a hole in the wall off the ship and dragged the seeker out into the cold vacuum of space with him as he kept firing his double fusion cannon to perpile them.

Megatron wasted no time transforming into his alt mode and following them hoping to save Starscream who was struggling with the DJD leader but unfortunately the seeker was losing because he wasn't as strong as Tarn.

"Since you can't die I think I'll toss you into the sun or maybe just let you spend the rest of your days drifting though space!" Tarn hissed as he painfully bent Starscream's wings to pervert him from flying.

"Let him go Tarn!" Megatron bellowed as he tried to reach them.

"No this seeker will suffer for ruining my plans." Tarn shouted as he damaged Starscream's com-link.

But Megatron managed to shoot his fusion cannon and blast Tarn away from the seeker and quickly flew to him and noticed Starscream couldn't do anything other than float in space since Tarn had made it impossible for him to fly by bending his wings and with his com-link damaged Starscream wouldn't be able to call anyone to get him.

Megatron saw that Tarn was using his double fusion cannon to came back so Megatron quickly made a decision and took out his own com-link and used it to replace Starscream's.

"Starscream call the others to come and get you, I have to make sure Tarn can never hurt anyone else, I'm sorry for everything I did to you in the past but I'm glad we were able to be friends in the end." Megatron told the seeker.

"Wait Megatron what are you saying why are you talking like?.." Starscream was cut off when Megatron changed back to his alt mode and used it to ram Tarn who started to fire his double fusion cannon only for Megatron to fire his own into it resulting in an explosion that destroyed them both, Megatron had sacrifice himself to stop Tarn for good.

Poor Starscream could only watch and cry out his former master's name as he saw their remains fall to Earth, Then cried coolant tears as he possessed what had just happened then once he pulled himself together he called the others to get him.

Once back at base Starscream told the other about Megatron and asked if there was any way he could have survived or if they could find and restore him.

But unfortunately it was more likely that any part of him or Tarn left would have burned on reentry.

But then the seeker was giving more pressing bad news Knock Out was dying because the blast he had received had damage his spark.

"No there must be some way to save him I can't lose two friends!" Starscream coked.

"I'm afraid there's nothing I can do." Ratchet almost sobbed. "Right now we have him hooked to life support but it's the only thing keeping him online his spark won't be able to last much longer though."

"His spark wait I need to talk to Shockwave!" Starscream said suddenly getting an idea.

Having no idea what the seeker was thinking Ratchet called Shockwave in to talk to him.

"Shockwave how exactly does my indestructible spark work?" Starscream asked the Cyclops.

"It can't be extinguished because it seems to heal itself It even seemed to have purged the dark energon from itself, it defies all logic." Shockwave explained.

"So would it be possible to duplicate or transfer it's effects?" Starscream asked.

"What are you asking?" Ratchet questioned the seeker feeling confused.

"I'm asking is there a way we can use my spark to save Knock Out?" Starscream asked.

"Since your spark can heal itself it is possible to safely remove a small part of it but we don't know if it can repair Knock Out's or not or if his will become like yours or not." Shockwave explained.

"I'm willing to try anything to save my friend." Starscream agreed so they decided to go through with the plan not wanting to let Knock Out die.
