Meanwhile Knock Out and Ratchet got back to the others and were relieved to see that Starscream was still alive and Shockwave had been working to repair and keep him online.

"Good we're not too late, I was worried we wouldn't make it back in time since Pharma delayed me." Knock Out said then he and Ratchet explained what had gone down with the other medic on Cybertron as they helped fix Starscream hoping to save the seeker's life.

The others were all shocked and horrified to learn about Pharma's actions which included murdering Arcee and attempting to murder Knock Out.

"Wow I knew he was a jerk but wow." Smokescreen thought out loud hating Pharma for what he did to one of his friends and tried to do to another.

"It's amazing that Starscream's managed to hold on this long, I know he survived a lot during the war but with these injuries he should be offline already, I'm not complaining and I'm glad it's the case but it still doesn't make any sense." Ratchet said upon examining the seeker.

"He's right." Knock Out added not being able to figure it out either.

"I was curious as well so I ran some tests and Starscream's spark is abnormal and indestructible he's an outlier that's the only logical explanation." Shockwave explained. "His spark could even survive without a frame."

"Well that's good because with everything he goes through and all the punishment he takes he's lucky he has it or he would've been dead ten times over by now." Knock Out replied and Ratchet nodded in agreement.

Then a few minutes later they had finished repairing Starscream but explained to the others that he would be in stasis for a few hours because coming back online.

Which was when Agent Fowler, Agent Schloder and Agent Knight showed up and helped them by giving them the location of another base they could use so they'd no longer be exposed.

And Agent Knight was glad that Gage and Shayna were both ok having been worried about his nephew after hearing what happened to the base.

On the Peaceful Tyranny Vos and Nickel had just gotten back with the supplies they took from the hospital and then reported to Tarn that Pharma had been dealt with and brought back his body to give to Kaon thinking parts of it would make good chew toys for Pet.

"I have another job for you two since Pharma tried to kill him at the hospital we know Knock Out still functions and if he survived the destruction of their base the others may have as well so I want you two to go to Earth and finish them off." He ordered them. "Kaon and Tess well remain on the Peaceful Tyranny to stand guard while I put my plan into motion we'll join you on Earth when it's over."

"We won't let you down." They promised before heading through the space bridge to Earth.

Then Tarn looked at Pharma's body on the floor and noticed some paint and welding tools in the corner of the room he was in and got a very cruel idea as he smirked under his mask.

A few minutes later Megatron was still chained up in the main room of the Peaceful Tyranny trying desperately to think of a way to escape and stop Tarn's plan to kill everyone on Cybertron, When Tarn suddenly entered.

Megatron just glared at him angry at him for killing his team, his friends.

"I took the space bridge back to the ruins of your base a little bit ago and brought back a trophy and thought you might like to see it so I think I'll display it here."

Then he put Starscream's wings (actually Pharma's wings that he doctored to look like Starscream's) on a shelf next to his machine where they were in Megatron's view.

"NO!" Megatron roared upon seeing what he thought was part of his former second in command.

"Yes, I found his body along with the bodies of all your teammates scattered around what was left of your base these were the only parts salvageable the rest I had through in the smelting pits." Tarn mocked the former gladiator who was processing what he was being told that his friends were dead without a doubt.

Then Megatron let out a cry that was a mix of pure rage and agony feeling completely broken and defeated before nearly breaking his restraints as he tried to lash out at Tarn who then slapped him across the faceplates.

"You should have known one day you would get Starscream killed that treacherous seeker had it coming though he was weak and a poor excuse for a Decepticon even before he betrayed the cause." Tarn said as Megatron continued to try to get free wanting to rip him apart.

Only to stop when he felt a sharp pain in the side of his midsection and looked down to see that Tarn had stabbed him with an energon dagger that he yanked out winning a cry of pain from the former warlord.

"That's not a bad enough wound to kill you right away it might take a while for you to bleed out plenty of time to watch my plan unfold." Tarn hissed.

"No the Autobots will stop you somehow." Megatron grunted.

"No I think I've already won." Tarn replied. "And you have a front row seat to see the destruction of every Autobot and unloyal Decepticon on Cybertron."

And with that Tarn left the main room to begin to prepare his machine.

Megatron looked across the room at what he thought was Starscream's wings.

"I'm so sorry for everything I doomed you and everyone else on the team and everyone on Cybertron all I am is a weapon that hurts people and destroys everything I come into contact with." Megatron said sadly hanging his helm having lost all hope just like Tarn planned when he decided to pull that sick deception on him.

Meanwhile back on Earth everyone was trying to think of how to stop the DJD and find Megatron, All worried about the former leader of the Decepticons not knowing if he was dead, captured by the DJD or still trapped inside the remains of the base.

The humans had all gone to bed since a lot had happened the day before and they all needed to rest knowing they wouldn't be much help against the DJD anyway, So while the humans were sleeping the bots were planning their next move.

Gage ended up having a dream about when he and his older brother Levi were training to be pilots, Gage had actually been training to be a pilot too to try to help him get over what happened to his parents and was doing well at it, but after learning his brother had been killed after being shot down one day he had quite fight school since everyone he cared about seemed to die in either a plane or a jet he couldn't even set in one without having a panic attack.

Gage woke up from his dream and went out to the hallway to look for the mess hall not being able to go back to sleep when he overheard a conversation between Knock Out and Agent Schloder.

Knock Out had been in the medbay keeping an eye on Starscream who was currently still in stasis recovering from his near death experience when Agent Schloder had walked in.

"I wanna thank you for protecting Gage and Shayna when the base went down, Shayna told me how you shielded the two of them, And I also want to apologize for being so hard on you guys before." Agent Schloder said clearing his throat.

"It's ok your suspension was understandable given that we all have a track record, And Gage and Shayna are my friends I would protect them anytime." Knock Out replied.

"I can see you guys have truly changed for the better now." Agent Schloder told the red medic. "And from now on I'm backing you guys 100%."

"Thanks." Knock Out replied to the Agent having made friends with him now.

Gage smiled glad Agent Schloder had warmed up to the former cons given the way he'd reacted to them before.

Just then they all heard a proximity alarm go off and everyone rushed outside to see what was going on and were greeted by the sight of Vos who had scanned a jet mode after arriving on Earth and was now attacking the base.

Then not even thinking Gage took one of the fighter jets and started flying it and opening fire on Vos as he engaged the DJD member in a dog fight, not really thinking or caring about his fear and just wanting to protect his friends.

Gage was holding his own pretty well until Vos landed a hit on the jet he was in forcing him to eject but to his horror Gage realized his para shoot wouldn't open, So he closed his eyes knowing he was about to die and accepting his fate and waiting for the end.

But it never came Gage suddenly heard a familiar sound before he felt a metal hand catch him and opened his eyes to see that he was inside another jet.

"Are you ok?" Asked a familiar voice.

"Yeah thanks for the save Starscream." Gage replied upon realizing he was in his guardian's jet mode.

"Good now what do you say we take this jerk down together?" Asked a now fully recovered Starscream.

"Lets do it." Gage agreed.

Then the two fought Vos as Starscream did one stunt and miniver after another while Gage fired his weapons at the DJD member.

The battle went on for a few more minutes until Starscream who was a much more experienced flyer then Vos who had just scanned his jet mode upon coming to Earth and had only transformed into a rifle up until that point where as Starscream had always had a jet mode and was one of if not the best flyer on Cybertron did a spin while Gage fired his weapons and manga to land a direct hit on Vos blowing him up and killing him instantly.

Then Starscream took them in for a landing and the others greeted them on the ground.

"Gage that stunt was incredibly reckless but also incredibly brave and you two just saved everyone at this base." Agent Knight said hugging his nephew proud of him and glad that he had gotten over his fear of flight.

"Just trying to protect my family." Gage replied not only looking at his uncle but all his friends at the base.

"How did Vos manage to scan one of our jets anyway?" Asked Agent Schloder noting Vos had changed into one of their jets.

But his question was quickly answered by a not very happy Agent Fowler.

"Why does the enemy always scan the vehicle I'm in there should be a law against it!" Agent Fowler who had been on a test flight when Vos scanned the jet he had been flying complained.

Just then they heard screams coming from inside the base and rushed to see what was going on but noticed a strange frequency that was hurting all the cybertronian members of the team if they got too close to the medbay, Well all but one Starscream for some reason was completely unaffected by it.

So he rushed into the medbay worried because that's where Knock Out, Shockwave and Ratchet were having decided to go get the medbay ready when the base was being attacked in case someone got injured.

Starscream wasted no time rushing in to help his friends and passed some concerned Units E. Members who had been the one's screaming for help.

The seeker made it to the medbay where he found Knock Out, Ratchet and Shockwave on the floor and a tape record player a recording of Tarn's voice given a speech about killing anyone who betrayed the Decepticon cause, And figured out that was what was hurting his friends.

Starscream quickly blasted it with his missile destroying the tape before the recording of Tarn's voice that he sent there to try to kill the bots who heard it could do anymore damage.

Then the seeker checked on the three bots who were on the floor.

"Are you guys ok?" Asked a very worried Starscream.

"I'm ok now that that recording is gone." Ratchet said pulling himself off the floor having been the one farthest away from it so had been the first to recover.

Then Shockwave got up having now also recovered.

But Knock Out remained on the floor having been right next to it, Starscream shook his best friend and started yelling at him to wake up hoping to get a response, While Ratchet and Shockwave also jumped into action.

"We found that type player that just suddenly appeared on that shelf out of nowhere and I asked Knock Out to see what it was." Ratchet explained as they continued desperately trying to revive Knock Out. "Then he hit play and that horrible recording started and we collapsed before any of us could shut it off."

"Knock Out was right next to it because he was the one who pressed play after I asked him to see what it was I hope he doesn't die because of me." Ratchet said blaming himself because the red medic was still unresponsive.

"Knock Out if you die I'm destroying your paint job!" Starscream screamed at him.

"No please not my finish!" Cried Knock Out who had just recovered and come too in time to hear the seeker's threat.

"Glad your alright." Starscream said relieved that the red medic was going to be ok.

"Yeah but I'm serious about my paint job if you damage that after I die I promise I will haunt you." Knock Out replied.

"I only said that hoping it would shock you back online." Starscream assured the red spots car. "I'm just glad it worked."

"I'm so sorry I asked you to check that." Ratchet apologized feeling bad because he felt like he'd almost gotten Knock Out, Shockwave and himself killed.

"It's ok you didn't know that would happen and I've watched enough horror movies and read enough creepypastas that I should know better then to listen to mysterious recordings so I'm just as much at fault." Knock Out reassured him. "The important thing is we're all ok, But I'm not pressing anymore play buttons."

"Agreed." The others all answered at once.

Then they heard a crash and saw Nickel who had planted that recording there in an attempt to kill them for Tarn trying to flee the scene so they all took off after her.

Knock Out noticed that the panicked minicon was about to run off a cliff paying more attention to her pursuers then where she was going, So the Aston Martin rushed over and grabbed her by the servo pulling her forward and saving her from what would've been a fatal drop even for a Cybertron.

Nickel looked down in shock at where she would've ended up had Knock Out not grabbed her when he did.

"You saved me?" Even after I tried to kill you guys I almost killed you and you saved my life why" Nickel asked both shocked and touched.

"Because we're not the DJD we don't kill our enemies if there's another way." Knock Out answered her as the others nodded in approval.

"I'm sorry I tried to kill you guys." Nickel said feeling genuine remorse.

"It's alright we survived just don't do that again ok." Knock Out told her as he and the others forgave her.

Nickel hadn't accompanied the DJD on any of their missions Tarn had really only sent her to Earth because he had a soft spot for his medic and didn't want to risk her getting caught in the cross fire of his plan and this had actually been her first time trying to get in on the killing and right then and there she had decided it was also her last not wanting to cause any more harm after the kindness Knock Out had just showed her, After he had been the one her stunt had come the closest to killing no less.

And to make it up to them she told them all about Tarn's plan and where the Peaceful Tyranny was located over Cybertron and that Megatron was being held prisoner on the DJD's ship.

Then everyone got to work coming up with their attack plan, after they filled Starscream in on how Steeljaw and Shockwave had joined them while he was unconscious and fighting for his life and had the uneasy job of telling the seeker what happened to Soundwave as Lazerbeak who was still morning his master perch on the seeker's shoulder and Starscream petted him to comfort him.

"Let's stop the DJD not just to save everyone on Cybertron but to take justice for Soundwave as well as all their other victims." Starscream said now determined to bring down the DJD to make sure they could never hurt anyone again.

He was also determined to save Megatron remembering when his former master had been taken after trying to save and protect him.

Windblade and Smokescreen went back to Cybertron to warn the other Autobots to evacuate in case they couldn't destroy Tarn's machine in time and Shockwave and Steeljaw went with them to help with the evacuation, then Starscream and Windblade had surprised everyone when the two of them kissed and wished each other luck before parting ways for their missions.

Nickel and Ratchet remained at base to protect the humans while Starscream and Knock Out took the space bridge to the Peaceful Tyranny to rescue Megatron and destroy Tarn's machine.

Everyone was hoping their missions would all go off without a hitch and that they could save Cybertron and stop the DJD once and for all.
