Killian stormed into the station, that evening and straight to David's office. David looked up from his desk and sighed.
"I know." He said and held up the cellphone that Emma had taken from him.
"She's just trying to find Kass. I didn't think she'd show up at your house." David apologized.
"Well she's going about it the wrong way." Killian snapped and took the phone and went to put in the password but it had been changed.
"Bloody hell.." he grumbled. God damn that girl. "I want to look into your brother, and his club again." Killian said.
David shook his head. "My brother was the first person questioned and Kassidy didn't even know who he was, I made Emma keep James a secret, I didn't think they would go to Neverland."
"Why keep your brother a secret?"
"Because Sean, was in the same boat as you about vampires and if he knew that my brother was a vampire he wouldn't have let Kassidy anywhere near Emma and they were best friends I couldn't do that to Em."
"Well, Maybe Sean was the only one around here with a clue." Killian grumbled. "Do you want me to figure out who did this or not? I didn't' sign on to be a patrol officer, I signed on to track down, and kill the vampire responsible for killing that man and his daughter and in order for me to do this, I need more freedom to investigate. Maybe it wasn't your brother but maybe one of his customers saw something that night."
"I told my brother I wouldn't bother him with this case again." David said shaking his head. "Neverland is off limits."
"We'll see about that.." Killian mumbled and walked out of the office.

---------------------------------------------------------

Kassidy heard the door being opened to the room and she looked up, hoping to see Jack, while she hated them both pretty equally, Jack usually was nicer to her, but to her disappointment, it was James who walked into the room. He crouched down to her, smiling warmly.
"Have we learned our lesson now, princess?" He asked. Kassidy just whimpered and nodded in response anything to get out of this damn room. James smiled again and pushed a curl out of her face.
"Jack's gone to the bar for the night to look into some things but I promised her I'd let you out before she got home. Do you want to come out?"
"Please." Kassidy begged him. "Please let me out."
"Promise me you won't run away again." James said.
"I won't.." Kassidy said, although she herself, could hear the unconvincing tone in her voice. She wanted out of this damn room, she wanted out of this damn house. James' soft features turned cold, and angry and he grabbed a fist full of Kassidy's hair pulling hard.
"Promise. Me." He snarled.
"I promise!" Kassidy squeaked trying to pry his hand off her hair. He let go, and smoothed his hand over her hair and the tender scalp.
"Good girl." He stood up and held out his hand. Kassidy put her shaking hand in his and he helped her to her feet letting her out of the room.
"Why don't you go get cleaned up and meet me in the living room, it's been a while since it was just the two of us." He smiled again.
"Okay.." Kassidy agreed, although there was a reason she kept to herself when Jack was out. She hated spending any amount of time alone with him.

Kassidy walked into the bathroom to clean up, she started the shower and when she stripped and stepped in the hot water, the blood from her hands from clawing at the walls, and Dylan's blood that had been splattered on her swirled pink in the water down the drain. Kassidy felt like she couldn't be clean enough, her skin was crawling at the thought of having to spend quality time with James and she just wished she could be anywhere else. She wished she could be back in that gloomy one bedroom apartment, looking into those beautiful blue eyes that belonged to Officer Killian Jones for the rest of eternity but that wasn't going to happen. She was stuck here. She slid down the shower wall until she was sitting and put her head in her hands, crying.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"You..want to what?" Graham asked.
"I want to go to Neverland." Killian shrugged.
"I thought that's what you said, look. I'm not interested in getting fired, and that's exactly what will happen. Neverland is off limits."
"You don't have to go in. I will do that. I just want to get a feel for the last place Kassidy was seen alive." Killian said. "Maybe ask a few questions."
"Kassidy huh? No dead girl anymore?" Graham asked.
"Still dead girl." Killian mumbled, and he wasn't sure why he felt so guilty for saying it. He felt a dull ache in his chest and suddenly he felt miserable and he could swear, that he could hear Kassidy crying. What the hell was going on with him?
"I will go on this misadventure with you, if you promise to maybe be nicer to Emma and David. Kassidy was family to them." Graham frowned.
Killian rolled his eyes.
"I will attempt, to not be so.. Me." Killian shrugged and shook his head trying to shake Kassidy out of it.

Killian parked the car in the parking lot of the bar.

"Still not going in?" he asked Graham.

"Im going to stay out here and make sure we don't lose our jobs. But if anything goes wrong call me and I'll come in." Graham said.

"suit yourself." Killian shrugged and got out of the car and walked up to the doors. He flashed his badge to the man at the door and the man stepped aside letting him in.

Neverland, was just like any other vampire bar he'd ever stepped foot in. The music was loud, to block out the sounds of some of the customers, partaking in not so legal activities, in the rooms he knew was below his feet, it wasn't that Vampires and humans couldn't mate, but vampires were less in control of their actions while caught up in the moment, biting often occurred and biting lead to death, and sometimes siring if the vampire wasn't careful. Killian had lost count of the men and women he'd go looking for that ended up being dead from a sexual encounter with a vampire gone wrong, and yet still nothing was being done about it.

There were half naked women, walking around the bar with trays of drinks, and there were vampires at the bar, taking shots of synthetic blood, which is what vampires were supposed to be drinking, however some still managed to get donor bags from hospitals. Killian walked up to the bar. The bar tender had her back turned, and her hair was long, blonde and curly. Killian's breath caught in his throat but when she turned around, she was clearly not Kassidy. She smiled at him, revealing a set of fangs.

"What can I get for you?" she asked.
"Nothing." Killian said sharply and sat down. "I only have a few questions. Starting with your name."
"Its Roxy." The woman shrugged. "What kind of questions?" She leaned over the bar smirking at him. Killian scooted away completely uninterested. He opened his coat flashing his badge and the vampire straightened her posture and cleared her throat.
"Neverland is supposed to be off limits to the Storybrooke police." She said. "And I'm not supposed to talk to you."
"I just have one question." Killian said and slid a photo across the bar. "Have you seen this girl?"
Roxy looked down at the photo and Killian knew, instantly that she had indeed seen Kassidy before.
"Let me get the boss. I'm really not supposed to talk to you." Roxy said backing away and hurrying through a set of doors behind the bar.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Kassidy walked into the living room, where James was lounging on the couch watching the TV. She sat down on the very end of the couch, as far away from him as she could get and tucked her legs under her.
"What are we watching?" She asked quietly.
"I was watching the news until you got back. Whatever you want to watch Princess." James smiled, Kassidy felt her skin crawl as he scooted closer to her and passed her the remote. Kassidy went to change the channel when a breaking news report came on and a picture of Dylan flashed onto the screen.
"The boy in the photo, is 19 year old Dylan Hendrickson, who's family says he went out to the store last night and never came home."
Kassidy's eyes widened. What if they found out what she did?
"We are learning from Dylan's family, that Dylan was at one time involved with Kassidy Cole, the 18 year old who went missing last summer following the murder of her father. It is unknown if the two disappearances are connected in anyway but the family is asking for anyone who might know about Dylan to please come forward with information."

Kassidy looked at James with fear in her eyes.
"..What if they.. What if they know what I did?"
"They're never going to find out Kassi, I got rid of the body they'll never find him." James assured her.
"But what i-"
"Hey, I'm going to keep you safe. You're part of my family now, Okay? I won't let anything happen to you. That boy deserved what he got." James brushed his hand over the side of her face. "I'll protect you."
Kassidy flinched and moved away from him.
"Whats wrong?" James asked closing the space between the two of them again resting his hand on her thigh.
"I don't like being touched...I..I told you that." Kassidy mumbled. Truthfully she didn't mind being touched, so much, she just didn't want to be touched by him. His twin brother David was like an uncle to her and this was just gross.

"You know i'm not going to hurt you." James frowned running his hand up her thigh.
Kassidy reached towards the back of her pants at a pair of scissors she'd taken from the kitchen on the way in here. It would be enough to get him away from her, if she stabbed him hard enough. Ultimately he'd heal, and she'd pay for it later but desperate times...
James' phone rang and he sighed and stood up retrieving it from his back pocket to answer it.
"Jack, hows it going?" He asked. "Wait.. what? No. Tell the staff not to answer any questions, I'll be there to handle it in a moment!" James barked and hung up the phone.
"Whats going on?" Kassidy asked.
"It seems your cop friend is harassing my employees." James grumbled "I have to go, there's blood for you in the kitchen if you are hungry." he said and left in a hurry.

Kassidy watched out the window as he got in his car and sped away. She realized she'd never been left home by herself before, Jack or James were always here with her. She cautiously walked to the front door that James had not locked and opened it.
This time, she wasn't getting caught. She'd make sure of it.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Killian sat at the bar, waiting for the boss, and of course it was taking a long time, something clearly was going on here, something that they were trying to hide. He wasn't sure, why but he suddenly felt panic bubbling in his chest. Killian had never felt panic before, at least not like this and at the same time his skin was crawling, and he couldn't shake the overwhelming uncomfortable feeling he was getting. What the hell was going on with him? His phone vibrated in his hand and he looked down at it.

Graham:
Big guy at the door is looking at me suspiciously, get out of there. We have another problem anyways.

Killian:
Define problem.

Graham:
Just get out here Jones!

Killian stood from the bar, and made his way outside to find out what had Graham so freaked out. He got to the car and opened it, sliding in and looked at Graham.
"This better be worth it."
"There's been another missing persons report." Graham said.
"And?" Killian asked.
"The boy missing is one of Kassidy's ex boyfriends."
Kassidy Cole what a tangled web you weave.. Killian thought.

Killian had joined Graham for a while, in a search party for Dylan, and just like Kassidy he seemed to have vanished without a trace.
"If this thing is targeting previous boyfriends..I'd be incredibly cautious where you go Graham.." Killian sighed.
"Gee, Thanks." Graham mumbled and sighed "David wants us to call it a night, we'll pick back up tomorrow. Go home, get some rest, David wants us to help with the morning search." Graham added and pat Killian on the shoulder before walking away.
Killian walked the short distance to his car, and got in yawning. He started the car and went to adjust his rear view mirror and nearly jumped out of his skin.

Standing behind his car, was a girl, with curly blonde hair blowing in the wind and piercing gray eyes.

Dead girl. There was absolutely no mistaking it this time.
Killian blinked a couple of times and in a matter of seconds, she was gone.
"For fucks sake, your losing it Killian.." Killian mumbled to himself and rubbed his tired eyes before focusing on the drive home.

Killian brushed his teeth while getting ready for bed, if he had to be up in the morning he was damn sure going to get a good night's sleep for once, he clearly needed it. He couldn't get what he saw, or at least what he thought he saw out of his head.
While he was finishing his nightly routine, his cellphone rang. He looked down.
Storybrooke Forensics
He picked up the phone, answering abruptly.
"Jones." He said.
"Officer Jones, I'm sorry its so late, but we've just gotten the results from that hair sample you sent it. We just got a match!" The man on the phone said, seemingly excited, and worried at the same time.
"And?" Killian asked.
"Well, I don't know how to put this, I don't know how its possible.."
"Just get on with it Victor.." Killian sighed.
"that hair sample you sent in, matches the DNA of Kassidy Cole." Victor said as there was a knock on Killian's door. Killian knew exactly how it was possible, things were starting to become very clear, and it was even worse than the girl just being dead.
"Thank you Victor that's all I needed." Killian said and hung up the phone and walked to the door. He unlocked it cautiously and pulled it open revealing Storybrooke's very own, Kassidy Cole on the other side.
