Eleven: Mommy's Home
It was Saturday morning, and I usually like to sleep in. But today, my brother was yelling for me to get up. For what reason? Well, we're abut to find out.
"Amaya, come downstairs! You won't believe this!" Yan-kun called. I sleepily opened my eyes and yawned before sitting up.
'If he's woken me up for something stupid, I'm gonna kill him.' I thought. "Amaya, get down here! Hurry!" He called again. "All right, all right..." I mumbled while rubbing my eyes.
I got out of bed, put on my house slippers, then headed down the stairs.
"What's the reason you woke me up so early? It's the weekend. Which means, I'm allowed to sleep in late." I stated as I rubbed my left eye with my fist.
"Hello, Amaya."
My eyes widened when I spotted my mother sitting on the couch. Ayano sat next to her while Yan-kun sat in the couch next to them.
"Mom..." I said in disbelief. "Hello, sweetie." She greeted with a kind smile. "Can you believe it? Mom and Dad got back from their trip early to see us!" Yan-kun said, excietdly.
"I am... speechless." I admitted. I ran over to her and hugged her tightly. "I've missed you all so much. How are my babies?" Mom asked, hugging me back.
"Great! Never better!" Yan-kun said. "Wait a minute, where's Father?" I asked.
"Oh, he had some things to do at the office. He'll be home shortly," She said. I looked at her and noticed she was staring at me with a smile.
But for some reason, I found the smile on her face a little... different. "Ayano, Yan-kun. Why don't you go to the mall and buy yourselves something?" Mom suggested while handing them money.
"Your mother wants to have a little talk with your youngest sister."
"Okay/Sure." Ayano and Yan-kun said at the same time. After taking the money, they left so it was only me and Mom alone in the house.
"Don't you think Yan-kun looks just like his father?" Mom asked. "Yes." I agreed as I sat next to her.
"Amaya, honey. Why are you so quiet? Are you wondering why I asked Ayano and your brother to step out?" Mom asked.
"Well, I am just a little curios about why you wanted to speak to me alone." I admitted. "I just wanted to speak with you alone," She said.
"You as the youngest member in the family, you were always the more... troubled one."
"So, I've been told." I replied, remembering from the doctors. It took me the longest to act "normal" around others.
Ayano and Yan-kun were the first to pretend to be normal, so Dad was constantly worrying about me, making me pity him.
He was slowly going succumbing to depression, trying to figure out what was wrong with his little girl. For his sake, I asked Ayano and Yan-kun to teach me how to act normal, or at least pretend to.
"You know..." Mom said, making me look at her. "Your brother and sister were bragging about they have claimed their Senapis all morning. But... where's yours, sweetie?"
"I have a Senpai." I stated. "Are you two together?" She asked. "Yes," I answered. "Although... Yesterday, I saw my Senpai talking to another girl."
"And how did that make you feel, Amaya?" Mom asked. "It made me feel... jealous." I said. "I see..." Mom said before giving a small smirk.
"But it's fine because my Senpai told he loves me." I said. "Oh? Then, that's great, sweetie! Although..."
"Hmm?"
"Well, this Senpai of yours must be pretty attractive."
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, if one girl could muster up the courage to talk to him, it makes me wonder if other girls might be wanting to talk to him, too."
I looked down at my lap as I processed what my mother was saying. 'Mom could be right. What if there are other girls who are interested in Nemesis-kun?' I thought.
No... I don't want them getting anywhere near him. I don't want them to take away the one person who makes me happy.
I want them to stay away. I want them eliminated.
I. Want. Them. DEAD.
"Amaya dear," I looked at her as she lifted my chin with her finger. "Before you can claim this Senpai as your own, you must first get rid of those who will try and get in the way." She said.
"Get rid of?" I repeated. "Mm-hm. As long as there are others looking at your Senpai, he will never be yours." Mom informed.
"Never?" I said, my eyes widening. "But... I don't want him to go away. I want him to stay with me. I don't want... others to get in the way of our love."
"Then, you must eliminate them, Amaya. Before they steal your Senpai away."
"I must... eliminate them." I repeated. "That's a good girl, Amaya," Mom smiled.
Ryoba's POV
"Why don't you go join up with your brother and sister?" I suggested, handing her mother. "Huh? Oh. Okay." Amaya replied.
She took the money, then left the house as I waved goodbye to her. Once she was gone, I waited ten minutes before heading to a small vacation house I've purchased.
"Hello, darling. Did you miss me?" I asked. "H-Hi, sweetie." He greeted, nervously. He sat on the bed as I smiled at him, locking the door behind me.
I've had him locked in here to make sure he didn't try to escape. Even though we're married, I don't him to have other girls chasing him when we go out.
"Our children are such sweet angels. Ayano and Yan-kun are doing so wonderful in school, and Amaya... She turned out just fine without us. And those silly doctors said, her condition was something to worry about. What fools. Wouldn't you agree, darling?" I said, sitting beside him.
"D-Definitely." He agreed. I smiled as I hugged his arm, my head resting on his shoulder. Now, I can be close to both my children and my beloved husband. The loves of my life.
