*Kate's POV*

Shae and I were flying through the air within seconds. I look up and the person carrying me.....DAMIAN!!!!

"What the heck Damian?" I Yel lightly punching his arm.

"Nice to see you too" Dick said furrowing his brows.

"Hi Richard!" I said in a mocking tone, crossing my eyes.

We landed on a nearby rooftop, and I started to introduce Shae.

"Dick, Damian.. This is Shae! She is my friend..and...." I smiled getting closer to Dick.

"You want her to stay at the manor don't you?" Dick said with a straight face.

"PLEASSSSSSE!!!!" I beg latching onto his side. "OH PRETTY PLEASE DICKIE BIRD!!! HER HOME WAS DESTROYED BY TWO FACE!!!" I toom in a deep breath."AND SHE HAS NOWHERE ELSE TO STAY!!!!!!!!! ANDDDD-"

"You're probably going to want to ask Bruce!" Dick sighed

"WHAT?? HE'L DEFINITELY SAY NOOOO!!!COME ONNNNNNNNN"

"Your problem not mine!", he teased.

I clenched my fists together and looked like I was probably about to explode! Out of the corner of my eye I saw Shae and damian slowly backing up. Then I took a deep breath.

Would you like some... Huggggggs??", I persuaded letting go of my clenched fists.

"Mmmmm...noooo...", he tried to stay straight faced.

I leaped at him and wrapped my arms tightly around his torso. He sighed and smiled.

"FFFFFFIIIINNNEEE!!! I'll ask Bruce.", he gave in.

"YAYYYYYYY!!", Shae and I said in unison. We hugged in joy.

I say Dick eyeing Shae. I quickly looked over to him, I wiggled my eyebrows at him and he noticed. He started to blush and awkwardly laugh. I just chuckled. I'll be sure to tell Shae later.

We heard grunts from the down below. Two Face and his fat self somehow made his way up the side of the building. He had a knife in his hand he threw it without trying to aim. Dick was too busy eyes Shae, that he was the one who took the blow..to his leg.

"AH!" He yelled grabbing his leg.

"Oh Calm down Grayson!" Damian scolded, pulling the knife out of his leg. "At least it wasn't that deep" He shrugged.

"Let's finish Two Face once and for all!" Shae yells, taking the knife from Damian's hand.

"Uh sorry to interrupt...but we don't kill!" Dick reasoned.

Shae somewhat pouted before putting the knife down on the ground. "Fine."

"You're all dead" Two Face snapped, cracking his knuckles.

~~--Time Skip After the 'Intense' Battle--~~

After that fight with Two Face, he was sent off to Arkham, for many things.To many to name! I Had Damian on my Back, since he hurt his leg, and Shae and Dick were walking side by side.

"I Can't believe I got saved by a girl." Damian complained.

"Correction, Girlfriend" I chuckled.

"WOAH YOU TWO ARE DATING?!?!?!?!??!!?" Shae Exploded.

"Y-e-a..." We slowly said together.

"I SHIP IT!!!!" Shae screams.

We both managed to chuckle. I mean the battle went pretty well, I lost some hair..sadly. HE BROUGHT SCISSORS INTO THIS!!!! SO.... yea... I need a haircut now. Shae had various cuts all over her body, Dick Had a few stab wounds, and Damian sprained his ankle. He laid on the ground for a little bit, not wanting to be saved by a 'girl' apparently. We finally reached the batmobile, and we all hopped inside. Except for Damian.. BECAUSE HE CAN'T HOP! I laugh to myself setting him down in the car.

"Jeez! Your sooooo heavy! What does Alfred feed you?!" I snickered.

"Three meals a day" he simply said back.

"I doubt it!" I smirk.

I got up to walk to the front seat but someone was already sitting there...Shae.

"Oh sorry! I'll go sit in the back!" Shae started to get up.

"Pppppffffffffffffffffffffffffffffhahahahhhahhahahahahahahahhaha" I started laughing.

"What?" Shae said in a soft voice.

I took a few deep breaths to calm myself down before speaking again. " Now I totally ship this!" I squealed.

Shae just raised her eyebrow, and Dick Hid his red face! I giggled a little once more before stepping into the back seat. And something even weirder..Damian had a smile on his face.

"Now why are you smiling?" I poked his cheek.

And then he snapped back to reality. "Mph..uh nothing!!" He panicked.

"Yea sure" I leaned back in my chair, as Dick started to drive.

Since the back seat was blocked off from the front I decided to talk to Damian.

"TELL MEE WHYY!!", I begged.

"Why? what?", he answered trying to stall.

"Why were you smiling you dork?", I ask him longing for the answer.

"I wasn't smiling! Is was...a...uh..devious smirk!" He started trying to fool me.

"Yea right!" I shout. "PLLLLLLLEEEEEEEAAAAASSSSSEEEEEEE!!!!!" I begged.

"It was nothing!" Damian demanded.

I narrowed my eyes at him and slowly backed up back to my seat. I would find out some time soon...

Then I had a 'devious smirk' plastered on my face for the rest of the drive. I knew that Shae and Dick were talking, but I couldn't hear them. I knew that I would find that out soon too...

We got to the more wooded part of gotham, and I saw Dick put his hand over Shae's eyes. The giant stone slab opened up, revealing the Batcave.

"Why are your smelly hands covering my eyeballs?", Shae asked.

Damian and Kate burst into laughter.

"I wonderrrrr whyyyyyyy...", Damian said sarcastically.

Dick parked the car and got out after demanding that Shae kept her eyes glued shut. She promised and when Dick got out of car, Shae peeked back into the back seat.

"Hey you two!! How's it going??", she asked trying to get us to talk.

"Fine... Good... Great... Satisfactory... Perfect... Lovely... SPECTACULAR!", I replied in frustration. Why wouldn't Damian tell me why he was smiling... Maybe to keep his cool? I don't know.

We got out of the car, and Shae kept her eyes shut as promised. Dick walked over to her and put his hands on her shoulders, guiding her through the batcave. Once we were out, he said "Open those puppies up!"

"PUPPIES?? These, sir, are my eyelids!", Shae laughed. Dick and I laughed at her comment. Damian was still straight faced.

"Now, sir, why were you smiling?", I tried to break him once more. His facial expression didn't change a bit, and he just walked away into his bedroom.

"Good going Kate!", said Dick sarcastically. I chuckled.

"I'll go talk to him...", I say hesitantly.

"I wish you luck!, Shae says.

I walked through the now familiar corridors of the manor until I reached Damian's room. I gripped the handle and turned. I opened the door and saw Damian sitting on his bed... shirtless.

"AHHH!", I yelp and stumble out of his room.

"AHHH!", he yells and scrambles to put his shirt back on. "Sorry!"

Once he was all covered up, I entered his room and shut the door. He now had a red tee shirt on.

"Hey Dami...", I say soothingly.

"Hey Kyle...", he replied.

"Sooo, about that smiiiiilleeeee...", I start.

"I know... I-I just have never see Dick look so happy. I was watching him when he was... studying... Shae. He had this sort of... twinkle in his eye. I was just really happy for him, but also scared... that Shae may break his heart." He said scratching the back of his head.

"Wow, that was DEEP!" I joke jumping onto his bed sitting next to him. I reached my hand over to his and intertwined my fingers with his. I saw a little smile- wait I mean devious smirk come across his face.

"You usually don't really talk about how you feel, you usually just walk away or tell people to f*** off." I smiled at him. "It's just nice to see you smile every once and awhile." He tightened his grip on my hand.

"I love you Kathrine Kyle,". He said inching his face closer to mine.

"I could say the exact same thing about you Damian Wayne,". I said turning my face to face his.

I rested my forehead on his, ready for the feelings to come out. He inched his lips closer and closer, until they touched. He kissed me passionately, and I kissed back. This kiss was different from the others. This one was deeper, it was special. It lasted for what seemed like days, and I never wanted it to end. We slowly parted for air, we both laid down on his bed, buttttttttttttt we heard the click of his door opening. I flew, and I mean literally flew off of his bed, and onto the floor.
