"What had happened to me ? why i got so much worried for her ? Why she is affecting me ? Why i can't able to see her in pain ? What is happening to me , i am not understanding anything "manik was again busy in thinking about his unknown feeling which was love but he wasn't aware about love that's why he was confused.

"I should not think about all this , i should concentrate on work " he went out putting his all thought aside , thinking that it would be easy for him to not think about her but he was thinking wrong.

After sometime ,manik was trying to attend the patient but he couldn't , nandini pale face was coming in front of his eyes and he was getting restless to know about her pain. He wanted to see her smile.

On the other side nandini reached back home. She directly went toward her room ignoring her mother. She closing door , laid down on the bed. "Miss nandini , what is all this , if you want to kill your baby like this then why you have saved him that day" manik word echoed in her years and tears started falling down from her eyes.

"No baby , mumma doesn't want to kill you , mumma is living for you only , mumma will die without you , mumma is in pain that's why she is not taking proper food "nandini cried holding her belly and apologized from her baby.

"But now mumma will eat and take proper care of herself for you and she will live happily for you and she won't cry any more , mumma loves you alot baby "she said while wiping her tears and promise her baby that she won't cry and live happily for her. It was going to be very difficult for her because she had forgotten how to live happily.

Today in evening manik came back home as he couldn't able to concentrate on work. So he thought to spend time with his little princess. When manik entered inside his house , he saw Sakshi was running behind Pari with plate of food in her hand , sakshi was trying feed her .

"What's going on here "manik shouted and pari immediately stopped and looked at manik cutely and sakshi showed the plate of food to manik.

"Pari , why you are not eating food , don't you want to become strong like me ? Say it "manik said walking toward sakshi and took the plate from her hand and asked her to go as now he will make feed her.

"Daddy , this food is yucky yucky , mule (mujhe) biltul (bilkul) actha(acha) ni lada (laga) (i really don't like it)"pari said making bad face , manik found her cute but he knew if he will not be strict with her she won't listen to him. So he didn't smile.

"Pari , stop acting okay , if you want to become strong like me then you have to eat , now come fast , today daddy will make you eat "manik said strictly and she nodded her cutely still denying and manik showed her his eyes.

"Otay (okay) i am eathing (eating) , pal (par) daddy aap eche (ese) gucha (gussa) na taro (karo) ( don't get angry with me daddy) " pari said super cutely coming toward manik while manik now couldn't control more and he smiled listening her words.

"Pari , do you know that you are super cute "he said kissing her cheeks after picking her in his arms and from other hand he held the plate.

"Daddy bhi kut (cute) pali (pari) bhi kut "she laugh loudly saying this and manik also laughed with her.

Then he started feeding her after making her sit on his lap. He took care of her like a mother. He fulfilled her every demand like a father and sometime scolded her like a mother. He was trying his best to take care of her properly but he knew mother love is mother love which can't be replaced.

Days started passing like this , manik was hell confused with his feelings. He was getting desperate to meet her , he was worried for her. He wanted to know that if she was taking her proper care or not.

On the other hand manik's words affected nandini. Nandini had stopped crying. She started eating proper food for her baby and whenever she felt hurt and alone , she talked with her baby.

"My baby is hungry , what my baby will eat , mera baby roti kaega "she said to her baby while taking food. "Baby mumma needs you , come fast "she said putting her hands on her belly.

A week passed away like this. Manik was like before desperate to meet her. He was confused that why he was so excited to meet her. He was sitting in his cabin and waiting for her and finally a peon came inside and told about nandini . He asked peon to send her inside and made himself ready , taking a long breath.

He saw her face was now glowing a little , she was looking better but her eyes still stored lot of pain. She was wearing grey colour long dress. She was looking pretty. Manik gave her smile and she also smiled back and he knew it wasn't her real smile but still he found her more beautiful with smile.

"Hi , miss nandini , how you are you " manik asked putting his both hands on table while nandini settle down in front of him.

"Better now , it because of you doctor "she gave a pause then continue " i mean because of your advice , thank you so much "manik was happy listening her words , he was happy to know that he became the reason of her betterment.

"It's good that you have taken my advice nandini , so it's time for your test , i mean your check up " manik said and on intercom , asked to send nurse in his cabin. In few minutes 2 nurses came inside and took nandini for check up.

"It's great nandini , your all report are normal , you are perfectly fit now "manik said while checking her report and she was just silently looking at him having tension on her face.

"Doctor i wanted to ask something from you "nandini said having serious look on his face . "Yeh , ask me " manik immediately said

"Doctor , when I will start to look pregnant , i mean when my bump will appear "she said touching her belly having tension on her face as she was worried if her parent will come to know about her pregnancy.

"Don't worry , start wearing loose cloth , they won't come to know about your pregnancy for 2 month more " manik immediately understood the reason of her tension and he gave her answer .

"Thank you doctor , i think i should leave now " she said while getting up and manik gave her smile and she got up from her seat and as soon as she got up she started feeling dizziness. She held her head and about to lost her balance but manik held her properly from behind. As soon his body touched with her shiver ran down her spine. Both looking at each other , got lost in each other eyes.

"Thank you so much , doctor "she said moving away from him and immediately left out from there and manik was standing blank there. He was confused that why he felt so good after holding her in his arms. Why he felt that he never wanted to leave her.

"Daddy , daddy " manik came out of his thought listening his little princess voice. He saw she was coming , running toward him. She was holding a small teddy in her hand.

"Princess what are you doing here "manik asked while rubbing her face after sitting on his knees in front of her and then he looked at sakshi who was standing behind Pari.

"Sir , she was crying alot , she wanted to meet you "sakshi said while pari was standing still making sad face and manik looked back at her. "Aww my princess has cried alot for her daddy "he asked and pari nodded her face cutely.

"Yesh (yes) daddy , mein bhot (bhuth) sala (sara) loya (roya) fol (for) you "she said cutely telling him that how much she had cried for him.

"Aww.. , daddy is so sorry "he said kissing her both eyes. "But why my princess has cried alot for me "manik asked "koki (kyuki) mule (mujhe) apki bhot yaad aa lhi (rhi) thi ( because i was missing you so much)"as soon as she said this , manik took pari in his arms.

"My princess was missing me so much , come daddy will spend some time with you "he said picking her in his arms asked Sakshi to wait outside and sakshi immediately left and manik spend a hour with his princess after cancelling her all meeting with his patients. He had given them another date as he didn't want to make his princess cry more for him.

"Pali will mish (miss) you alot daddy "she said kissing manik's cheeks when manik was making her sit in car , sakshi was already sitting in car. " Daddy will also miss you alot princess " he said kissing her forehead and after that he closes the door and last time kissed her hand and the car left.

Sakshi took her in garden and she was happily playing there . They were standing few inches apart and sakshi was giving her ball to catch. She got so much happy after catching the ball. " Didi , ab aap mule (mujhe) pakalna (pakadhna ) otay (okay) ( now didi you will catch me , okay ) "she said and started running and sakshi also started running behind her.

"Aaa.. "pari started crying after falling down , before sakshi could reach there , nandini came and made her get up and cleaned her wound while pari was crying badly.
