I know late update but only because of the very disappointed response.

"You know Manik , i am now crystal clear that i love you and why i have chosen you over my first love , why I can't now love Abhi in the same way i used to love him before and why i love you more than Anyone in this world , the reason is that , i was something else before , with him , everything was different, i was different, our love was different and the day he  died, that Day that Nandini and her heart went away with him forever and ever , my love went with him and just left a broken soul after his death , who was in pain , a pain which she was thinking that can never be healed but you came in my life like an angel , who made me something else , a totally different person , my new heart , only loves you , my new heart can't love anybody except you now " she said looking deeply into his eyes when they were lying naked in blanket "i love you a lot Dr. Manik Malhotra "she confessed her love after coming top of him and he was just smiled looking at her , their lips met and they go for wild and a deep kiss , a kiss full of love.

"I never thought that my love will ever make that broken soul fall in love with me"he said after breaking the kiss looking deeply into her eyes , his hands were on her face and his thumb were rubbing her soft cheeks. He did a impossible job of making her fall for him but it happened because of his true love.

"Do you know , when and how I realise that i love you that i will die without you"she asked and he nodded his head positively and she smiled. " when i met with the accident after a month of our marriage , right"he asked and she nodded her head and hugged him tightly. "I got so scared, Manik , you are my everything, i was not in a condition to lose you after abhi , i was not in a condition to bear the same pain ,i.."she started crying while saying this and this made  them remind of that accident.

Flashback

"Please , Doctor, save him , i will die without him , please" Nandini cried badly joining his hand in front of doctor , standing outside the I.C.U. As Manik car got crashed  with a truck and he got badly injured and now he was fighting for his life. Doctor were trying their best , there were only 10% chances left of his survival And when Doctor told Nandini about this , she died only after hearing this. She was not in a condition to lose Manik after Abhi.

"I am sorry , we don't want to give you false hope but we are trying are best"Doctor said putting his hand on her shoulder and she lost her balance and about to fall down but Doctor held her , she was feeling like the world was collapsing around her , everything was getting finished, She was living life , only because of Manik and thinking her life without him , only the thought was giving her  heart attack.

"Let me meet him , please , doctor, please" she begged joining her hand in front of Doctor to meet Manik and he let her come inside with him . She cried more seeing Manik lying in his worst state , wearing oxygen mask , wires and machines all around and Doctors were trying their best to save him. "Please Manik , you have to fight back for not yourself, for me , for your love Nandini , you promised me that you will support me till the end so , you can't go like this leaving me all alone again , i will die without you , i am nothing without you , i am living because of you only , i love you Manik , you were waiting for this day from so long , the day has came, I realised that i love more than anything in this world and now you have to be alright to hear these 3 magical words"she said in crying tone looking at Manik and ran outside covering her face.

"Mrs. Malhotra, he is out of danger now "she was sitting outside the I.C.U. like a lifeless soul and just praying for Manik's life And thinking herself a bad luck because whosoever loved her , he lost his life and after listening Doctor words , she got her breath back . "Thank you so much god for proving me wrong"she said to god looking upward joining her hands having light smile on her face.

After few hours, he got his conscious back and
found Nandini was sitting beside her , holding his hand , she gave him smile and he also smiled faintly. He about say something but she stopped him putting her hand on his lips. "Today i will say and you will listen "she said and he nodded his head. "I love you"his eyes popped up when he heard those 3 magical words from her mouth , it was unbelievable for him . " am i in heaven?"he asked unbelievably and Nandini nodded her head negatively.

"Manik , i really love you and this is the truth and i know , yesterday only i  told you that i will never able to love you but today what happened with you , all this made me realised that you are my everything and I really really love you from the core of the my heart "she said cubbing his face  and a tear fell down from his eyes , it was the tear of happiness because it was his dream to make her fall in love with him and he never thought that it was going to be happened so soon and when this happened, his happiness having no limit. " i love you too"he murmured having smile on him and she kissed his forehead while wiping of his tear and he hugged her tightly.

Flashback Over

Now both were lying in each other arms comfortably "You know , when i closed my eyes , i  saw your face"she tell the truth and Manik smiled but then he looked at  her confusingly . "But why did you lie to me"he asked confusingly and then she started telling him that why she lied to him. "When i saw your face then I decided that i will tell Abhi everything and when i went there "

Flashback

"Abhi , i want to tell you something"she said and nodding his head positively , he asked her to speak. She turned toward another side because she was not so strong to say the truth looking into his eyes and then she started telling him " Abhi the things are different today , what you are thinking, nothing is like that , I don't "when she was about to say that I don't love you now but before she could , she heard his screams . "Nandini.. ahaa.." she immediately turned toward him and got shocked to find him screaming holding his head in pain. "What happened?" She asked putting her hand on his shoulder . After that she went outside and came inside with Doctor , he gave him injection and Abhi fainted down.

Flashback Over

"I am sorry , Manik , i hurt you a lot but seeing him in pain because of me and doctor has also told me that shocks are dangerous for him , he can't bear shocks that's why I decided to leave you because he has no fault but then i faced the reality, when he tried to touch me and kiss me , i was feeling like , i am doing wrong , i was not feeling good like i used to feel with him before and  i feel good with you now , then only I realised my mistake, please forgive me"she apologised and Manik nodded his head negatively.

"I am sorry"when he apologised, she looked at him confusingly. "I am sorry for questioning your love , from starting you were trying to make me understand that you love me but i was so insecure and hurt that i was not even listening you and pushing you away , the situation which you gone through, i should have  been with you but i was increasing your problem more by distrusting our love and thinking that you love Abhi " she was looking at him unbelievably because after suffering so much he was still blaming himself .

" Manik i mean , how you do this always ?"she asked making him confused "what i do ?"he asked " like , putting all the blame on yourself every time , Dr. Manik Malhotra, if something goes wrong that's doesn't mean , it's your fault , understand "she said and he smiled on her words. "I love you"he said after kissing her forehead and she hugged him.

Nandini picked up her phone which was kept on side table because her phone was ringing. " Nandini where are you , Prince is crying for you and i am also missing you a lot" abhi said on phone and Nandini looked at Manik and he blinked his eyes. " i am coming"she cut the call after saying this and looked at Manik tensely and he moved his eyes upward "Manik , i need some time but i promise when Abhi will get alright i will tell him the whole truth"she said and Manik cubbed her face looking at her having concern in his eyes. " take your time , I don't have any problem , just remember one thing i am always there for you "he said and she smiled lightly and hugged him. "Thank you for coming in my life"she said and Manik hugging her back , kissed her forehead.

"Hello Mr. Abhimanyu Singh , how are you feeling now"Manik said after walking inside Abhi's room and found him with Prince , He was crying badly and Abhi was trying his best to make him quite. "Give him to me , you need rest" As soon as Manik took him in his arms , he became quite and gave his pretty smile to Manik. "Thank you , Doc , it was getting so hard for me , i am feeling like he is your son not mine , he became quite as soon as he came in your arms and  now he is giving smile to you " Abhi said and Manik chuckled on his words and , Nandini just entered inside the room and heard his words.

"Where were you Nandini ?" Abhi asked when he saw her walking toward him , Manik looked at her. "Abhi , i was discussing something about you with Doctor and i want to introduce him with you"she said pointing her hand toward Manik and Abhi looked at her confusingly. " He is Doctor Manik Malhotra, he became our friend after he helped me a lot in my pregnancy because there were complications and from few months we are living in his house actually your house , i mean our house has been sold out because your company has been declared as bankrupt , i was thinking this only , how to tell you this , how will you react" Nandini lied to him because she was having no other option left and Abhi got tensed after hearing this. Nandini in gesture asked Manik to speak and took prince in her arms as this was their plan. " Abhi , don't worry , you will soon get job and you can stay in my house as we became good friends aur dost hi dost ke kam nhi aaega toh aur kon aega " Manik said putting hand on Abhi shoulder and Nandini smiled" thanks you bro" He just thanked him while hugging him and Manan looked at each other.

"I am feeling so bad because we are hiding such a big truth from him "Nandini said worriedly to Manik when they walked outside. " Nandini , we are doing this for his betterment only , just relax , you are not doing anything wrong" Manik said cubbing her face and she was just looking at him sadly. " i know Nandini , it is not easy but as you know what Doctor Paul has said , he is not in a condition to take shocks , so we have to wait"Manik tried to make her understand. " now give me your pretty smile" he asked her to smile and she smiled faintly and he kissed her forehead.

Next day Abhi got discharged from the hospital and they came to Manik's house , they removed  all their family pictures. Nandini was helping Abhi in laying down on bed comfortably and suddenly he pulled her on himself and she looked at him shockingly. "My darling Nandu , when will you give kiss to me " he said touching her face and she closed her eyes , she wanted to get up but couldn't. Manik was seeing them standing outside of their room. "Abhi , i have to make lunch for you"she immediately got up saying this while he made sad face and Nandini left out and found Manik standing outside.

"Manik , i am sorry "she apologised sadly because she was in Abhi's arms. "It's okay Nandini , it's all drama and i trust you and more than that now i trust my love so just relax and don't need to say sorry"he said cubbing her face and she hugged him tightly. " I can't do this" she started crying after saying this because it was getting so difficult for her because now she was not liking Abhi touch and she couldn't even push him . "It's just the matter of few days and i am with you , okay"he said after breaking the hug and she smiled lightly and she always blessed to get husband like Manik.
