"No , no Mukti , I can't tell the truth to Abhi , I don't want to hurt him"she said stubbornly because she didn't want to hurt Abhi by telling him the truth that in past she was in love with him and now she loved someone else.

"Nandini , why are you not understanding, hiding the truth will create more problems in future, you have to tell him the truth "Mukti was trying his best to make her understand.

"Mukti , why are you not understanding, if i will tell the truth , it will destroy everything , I can't take this risk , Abhi should never get his memory back because now I can't love him like before because now Manik is my life"she also shouted stubbornly , not ready to tell the truth .

Before Mukti could speak something, they heard the sound of clapping , they looked at the direction from where the sound came , they found Abhi was standing by the door and clapping his hands. They both looked at him shockingly as if they had seen a ghost.

"Wow , i mean amazing Nandini Bhabhi , i was again and again asking from you that you know me or not but you were not ready to tell , you did very wrong Nandini "Saying this he left the room in anger , Mukti and Nandini looked at each other helplessly and they both ran behind him.

"Sameer"Mukti screamed when Abhi fell down from the stairs and Nandini was standing shockingly palming her mouth and her eyes were opened widely.

Nandini and Mukti standing worriedly, outside of ICU. Manik was operating Abhi. His condition was serious because of excessive blood loss. Mukti was crying silently. "It is all my fault because of me , abhi is in ICU and fighting for his life , i should have tell him the truth before only , i am sorry Abhi , i am so sorry "she apologised from Abhi and blaming herself for his Condition.

After few minutes, Manik came out from the ICU and They both immediately went toward him. "Don't worry, Mukti , he is fine now , he is unconscious now but in few hours, he will get conscious"Both of them Sighed relief listening Manik's words but Manik's next words made Nandini shocked.

"But i don't know why , all the time in ICU , he was calling Nandini"Manik said confusingly and Nandini and Mukti looked at each other shockingly.

"Bhai because "Mukti was about to tell the truth to Manik and Nandini closed her eyes worriedly and she was scared to face Manik. But before Mukti could able to tell the truth , A nurse came there.

"Sir , in room number 224 , patient condition is getting critical"Nurse informed Manik and he left from there looking at Nandini for the last time while Nandini was standing there worriedly.

"Bhabhi , everything will be fine , Abhi and Manik , they both will surely understand you , stop taking tension, it will affects your health"Mukti tried to Console Nandini by her words and Nandini just nodded her head.

After 2 hours

"I love you Abhi , i love you"Nandini was shouting , standing on the hills. "I love you too Nandini"Abhi said picking her up from behind and twirled her and she laughed happily.

"Last night was the most special and beautiful night for me , i am feeling complete" Nandini said when she and Abhi lying naked in each other arms. " you know Nandini , I can't believe that , in few months, we are going to get marry"Abhi said unbelievably. "I am so excited "Nandini said kissing his cheeks.

"Abhi , i am scared , please don't go , it just few days left for our marriage "Nandini said standing at Airport"Nandu , you know , the meeting is very important, i will be reached on time "he said holding her hand and kissed her forehead and he left.

"Oh god , i am so excited to see Nandini in bridal dress , i am sure , she will be looking most beautiful bride" Abhi was imagining Nandini in the bridal dress sitting in plane , he was coming back after the meeting on his marriage , the plane started shaking and then everything got black .

"Nandini"Abhi woke up shouting Nandini name in ICU. Nurse immediately walked toward Abhi. "Where is Nandini , i want to see her"He asked for Nandini from nurse. "You lay down , i am calling her"Nurse left after saying this and Abhi laid down closing his eyes , he was feeling like his head will get explod because of extreme pain.

Abhi looked at the door when Mukti and Manik entered inside. He was looking at them like he had never seen them before. "Where is Nandini "he asked making Manik again confused while Mukti didn't get shocked.

After few second only Nandini came inside and Abhi smiled seeing her , Nandini was walking slowly toward him while he was just seeing her having smile on his face And Manik was noticing their expressions.

"Nandini , I got so much scared , I thought i will die in plane crash but thank god that i am fine , i love you so much Nandini"he said hugging Nandini after getting up as soon as she reached toward him , Nandini got shocked after hearing his words. She thought, he will shout on her for not telling him the truth but he was behaving totally differently, like he got his memory back till the plane crash. Manik was standing dumbstruck there.

"Nandini , Why are you quite , are you still scared?"he asked after cubbing her face and tears fell down from her eyes "Nandini don't cry , now i am fine , we will soon get married "Abhi said while wiping her tears and Nandini started crying while making sound , she was not understanding, how to tell him the truth and break his heart.

Manik left from there in a shock and Mukti went behind him , while Nandini looked at the door. "Nandini what happened, please say something"he again asked her to speak something after making her looked into his eyes.

"Abhi , a year has been passed away after the plane crash"Nandini finally said taking a deep breath , she made herself ready to tell him the truth. Abhi got hell shocked after listening her words.

"What , a year? " he asked in a shock "but I didn't remember anything , Ahhaaaa.."he shouted in pain holding his head. "Why i can't I remember that what happened in this 1 year"he was trying to remember , putting all the pressure on his mind because of that he was feeling extreme in his head. Nandini was looking at him worriedly, she didn't know what she should do.

"Abhi , relax , you will remember everything, relax"Nandini said holding his shoulder when he was shouting in pain , holding his head. "I need to call Manik"she went outside to call Manik.

Here on the other side Mukti told everything to Manik and He was standing silently , he was thinking Right that Nandini still loved Abhi but he was thinking wrong that she will forget him , he didn't know that Nandini loved him more now.

"Manik , when i told Abhi that a year has been passed after the plane crash , he started shouting in pain , please come fast"by seeing her so much worried for Abhi , Manik immediately understood how important Abhi was for her still now also.

He putting his all thought on side went inside with Nandini because he was a doctor and his first priority was to look after his patients rather than thinking about his personal problem. Mukti also came inside. He asked a nurse to give him injection and he was noticing Nandini each and every expressions and her expressions , her actions , her concern for Abhi was clearly showing Manik that she still loved Abhi and he was feeling extreme pain in his heart as like someone was stabbing her heart constantly.

Manik was sitting in cabin , lost in deep thought. He still remembered the day when he met her , she was in so much pain after losing Abhi and now Abhi came back , no doubt , she will choose him because he was her first love and it is very difficult to forget your first love. Manik was just thinking this and the more he was thinking about this , the more his heart was paining.

When he was lost in thought, Nandini entered inside his Cabin. Manik immediately coming out of his thoughts looked at her. She was looking at him having pain in her eyes. "I know Manik , you will be angry from me , for not telling you the truth and you will be scared of losing me"she thought in her mind while walking toward him , where he was sitting.

"Manik , i am sorry that i hid the truth from you that Sameer is Abhi "she apologised looking at him having guilt in her eyes while Manik getting up from his chair walked toward to her. "I hid the truth because I didn't want to make you worried and insecure"she about to say something more but Manik cut her word.

"Nandini , relax , i am not angry with you"he tried to show himself calm as like Abhi arrival didn't affect him. Nandini became shocked to see him calm in this situation also. "Nandini before you say something , i want to ask something from you "Manik said and Nandini nodded her head.

"Do you still have feeling for abhi , i mean do you still love him ? "Manik asked taking a deep breath and waited for her answer worriedly.

"I don't know but i only know that i love you , he was my past , you are my present and future"her answer didn't make him happy because she didn't answered his question , she didn't accept that she didn't love Abhi which means she still loved him .

"Nandini , i have asked do you still love him , yes or no ?"He again asked while Nandini closed her eyes as she didn't know what to answer because somewhere she was still having feelings for Abhi.

"Yes but"she said this and about say something more but Manik stopped her showing his hand because he got his answer and this was the only answer which he was expecting but somewhere her answer hurt him more because she herself accepted that she still loved Abhi and how could a person love 2 person at same time.

"Okay tell me Nandini , why do you love me ?"he asked and Nandini looked at him confusingly because she was thinking that why he suddenly asked this question.

"Because you are a perfect person , who won't love you Manik and why I won't love you , you love me unconditionally , you accepted me with my baby , you gave your name to my baby and gave me shelter, you were the only , who always stood for me when no was with me , Manik you have given me millions reason to love you"she said everything by her heart.

"And why do you still love Abhi"he asked next question immediately and Nandini thought for a moment and said"I don't know why but somewhere i still love him , i cared for him may be it said true that it is not easy to forget your first love but Manik i love you more and i want to live my entire life with you"she said while Manik was standing there sadly.

"You don't love me Nandini , you love Abhi , your words clearly stating that Nandini, you thought you loved me because i have done many things for you but you love Abhi without any reason , love is unreasonable Nandini , you are doing a favour on me by loving me because i have done many things for you , it is not love and how can you love 2 person at same time "he said dishearteningly while Nandini was not understanding why he was saying all this after she said that she loves him.

"No , Manik, I truly love u , i am not doing any favour on you by loving you , you are thinking wrong "she tried to make him understand while Manik was not ready to believe on her words , he was thinking , he did many things for her that's why she was choosing him , just doing a favour for him.

"Okay , if i am wrong then prove me wrong"he said and Nandini looked at him confusingly."i am giving you time till tomorrow morning , tell Abhi about us and prove me wrong that you love me more not him"he said while Nandini looked at him shockingly because it wasn't easy for her to break Abhi's heart , she needed more time.

"Nandini i want you to prove me wrong but please don't think about me or Abhi and the person who will get hurt by your decision , just i want that you should think about your happiness, because i want to see you happy, I don't care if it is with or without me , in just care about your happiness " he was not aware that he was making her fall for him more by his words. His words were clearly showing that how truly he loved Nandini , for him her happiness matter more than anything else.
