"It's too much"
Mandy took a deep breath.....
"Alex. Jenna is not your mother. In fact, your father was working under the man with whom Jenna had an affair." Mandy told Alex.
"But. Why on hell was she living with me?" Alex asked with frustration.
"She used you. She used you to trap Hanna and make her suffer. I still remember. When I sent her divorce papers, she was enraged, she said that she will get back to me soon. As I said I saw you with the phone in the hospital. I dialed the number again and the mobile in your hand rang. I was walking towards you but then I saw Jenna who grabbed your hand and was talking to a doctor. I quickly hid myself and observed her. After a few minutes I saw a ward boy pushing a man sitting on a wheelchair. That was your father and he was paralyzed. Jenna then took your responsibility and you and your dad started to live with her. Your father could do nothing cause he himself cannot move. And.. Since then, I never met Jenna. The man also disappeared, I don't where's he and how Jenna is not with him." Mandy explained.
"Wow. My life should've been a movie." Hanna said as she started to laugh.
"Such complicated relationships. So many connections. Wow! Just wow." She continued to laugh and laugh when suddenly, tears fell from her eyes.
"You should have killed me in my childhood dad. What's happening? Is this real life? Huh?? Will someone tell me is this shit called real life? My own mother is plotting against me to take revenge from my dad. Such complicated family issue. Are we even a family?" She sobbed.
Hanna started to cry her heart out. Mandy could not look at her. He felt he was responsible for everything. He felt like he was the culprit of Hanna. Alex sat beside her and tried to comfort her.
"Everything was going damn well when suddenly all this complicated stuffs enter your life. You get married without your own knowledge. Your husband attacks you. Your parents die. But, later on, you find out that they were not at all your parents. A doctor comes into your life and says that he is your father. And then, he tells you about the despicable acts of your mother. All this because of LOVE! I wish I'd never fell in love with Alex. Love kills!" Hanna blabbered.
"No Hanna. It's not because of love. You and Alex were under spell. All this did not happen because of love. It's because of black magic." Mandy explained.
Just after these words of Mandy. Hanna became silent.
Her head was lowered. Silence ruled the whole atmosphere.
Suddenly, Hanna started to laugh again. Everyone was shocked. They stared at her. Mandy came near her and asked why was she laughing so much but he got no answer. The only words that came from Hanna's mouth were:"This is too much. It's too much!"
She laughed and laughed until suddenly, she felt unconscious. Everyone got scared and approached near her.
"Hanna. Wake up. Hanna!..... Hanna!!" Alex called out with tears in his eyes.
Gerald rushed to bring water. Mandy was scared as hell. He sprinkled the water on Hanna but she was not waking up.
"Ok. Bring her in the room. We'll call a doctor." Gerald's father said.
"No. I'll check on her. Lift her up." Mandy said.
Alex lifted Hanna and directed towards the guest room. He laid her on bed, sat beside her and started to rub her hands. Mandy quickly rushed to get his bag.
Mandy returned back with his bag. "Is she okay?" He asked.
"She is not opening her eyes." Alex sobbed.
Mandy sat beside her and checked her pulse.
"Her pulse rate is normal. Did she eat?" Mandy asked.
"Yes. She ate in the morning and she just had tea." Alex replied.
In the meantime, Gerald's father entered the room with a small bottle of water.
"Maybe we should try with rosewater". He said as he opened the bottle and sprinkled some on Hanna's face.
Everybody stayed patient and waited for Hanna to respond.
After a few seconds, she opened her eyes slowly. Alex felt relieved and quickly asked if she was fine. But... Hanna did not talk. She only watched everyone silently with big, round eyes.
"Is there any hospital nearby?" Mandy asked Gerald.
"Yes. Why?" Gerald asked back.
"I think she needs to be checked up?" Mandy said in a low voice.
"But why?" Alex asked.
"This type of reaction happens only when someone suffers psychologically. And after all these trauma through which Hanna has undergone, it may happen that she suffers mentally. She can lose her mental balance. We need to do something quickly." Mandy explained as he watched Hanna with tears.
Hanna listened to him but did not react. She was only watching them with her eyes wide opened.
Gerald went to take out his car while Mandy and Alex helped Hanna to get up. They sat in the car and drove to the hospital.

As they reached the hospital, the doctor there instantly recognise Mandy. They worked together in the past.
Hence, the doctor quickly consulted Hanna when he found out she was Mandy's daughter.
He started with some questions.
"What's your name?" He asked.
Hanna stared at him. She said nothing.
"What's your favourite colour?" He asked.
But still Hanna did not answer. The only thing she did was watching everyone with big eyes.
"Okay. Do you know that man? The one standing near the door?" He asked as he pointed his fingers at Mandy.
"Da....dad...dad." Hanna said as she looked at Mandy.
Tears fell from Mandy's eyes when he heard Hanna's voice.
The doctor got up and walked towards Mandy.
"I guess you understood what happened to your daughter." He said to Mandy. The latter lowered his head with sadness.
"All I can say is that you need to solve every problem from which she's suffering. She has become like this because of long-term depression. Take her away from stress. Make her happy." He said as he turned to Alex and Gerald.
*****
As they were returning in the car. Mandy could not stop his tears.
"I ruined my child's life. She is destroyed. And I'm not even able to help her out. What sort of father am I?" He said with pain.
"No. Stop thinking like that. We will now end this. We have to make Hanna happy again. If that woman started this, we are going to end it. Now it's getting too much!" Alex said with rage.
"We need to find that woman." Gerald suggested.
"Yes. I am not going to spare her." Alex said as he looked at Hanna who sat quietly, not saying a word.
She was indeed mentally affected by all the trauma and only happiness could cure her up.........
