Everyone stood there, watching Ricky lying dead on the floor. His blood changed colour from red to black. The place started to tremble.

"What's happening?" Gerald asked in fear.

"Get out of here everyone. Right now. A sorcerer just died here. This place is going to be destroyed. Get out of here!" Henry shouted.

"But you..." Mrs Lotus said.

"Leave from here. I will now return to the other world and pay for my mistakes there. I broke the law by coming here. Once one goes to the other world, he or she must never come back, but I did, and I broke the law. Now I have to return there. You guys leave quickly. Otherwise you will be crushed here. Go!!" Henry shouted.

They quickly ran from the undergound room. However, Miranda did not want to leave.

"Mom... We can't leave Emily here." She said as she cried.

"Listen to me Miranda. Emily is gone. Please we have to leave." Gerald explained to her.

"But my sister..." Miranda said.

"She is gone. Think of your unborn child." Gerald said.

Miranda finally understood and they got out of that secret place in no time. As soon as they put their feet on the surface of the Earth, a loud explosion was heard. It was so loud that they had to block their ears with their hands.

And then, they heard a voice:

"Thank you for making me realise that I was wrong Mandy. Thank you for making me meet my wife and children. I'm sorry for harming you and your family. Stacy, I will always love you. I may not be with you physically, but I will surely be in your heart. And Miranda, I want my grandchild to be healthy. Mandy, please take care of my family. Goodbye!"

The place was calm again.

"I think he's gone. Let's leave from here." Mandy said.

"But dad. Will everything be fine now?" Hanna asked.

"I can't understand. What did just happen down there? What is this place?" Mrs Lotus said.

"Get into the car Mrs Lotus. We will tell you everything on the way." Alex answered.

As they sat in the car, Miranda was still sad. She never expected to live something like this. She was still thinking about Emily. Gerald noticed the sadness in her face.

"You look better when you have that angry character. Especially when you are beating someone with a broom." Gerald mummured in Miranda's ears.
The latter smiled.

Mandy started to narrate them everything through which they had undergone but before that......... "Let's head to Turfey town first. Mrs Lotus and Miranda, you go home and take you belongings. You will now stay with us." Mandy said.

"But..no.... I have my job there.." Mrs Lotus said.

"Then quit your job. You will surely get a new one." Mandy said.

"No... It's not necessary." Miranda said immediately.

"I insist. You will stay with us and that's final. Miranda. Call your husband right now." Mandy said.

Miranda did not say anything. Her smile faded.

"Mr Mandy. Her husband is no more...." Mrs Lotus said.

"What? Oh I'm so sorry. I didn't know. But how?" Mandy asked.

"He died in a car accident." Miranda said in a low voice.

"I'm sorry." Mandy said.

"Everything will be fine Miranda." Hanna said with a smile.

After Miranda and Mrs lotus had took everything they needed, they all drove to Gerald's house.

They thanked Gerald's father for his help.

"I'm very glad that everything became normal finally. You can lead a peaceful life now." Gerald's father said with a smile.

"Yes. Now no one can hurt my daughter again." Mandy said as he watched Hanna talking and smiling with Alex.

"What do you intend to do now Mandy?" Gerald's father asked.

"Well. I will go back home with Hanna and Alex., continue my career and I will help Mrs Lotus and Miranda to settle down." Mandy said.

"Oh yes. They've also passed through many hardships." Gerald's father said.

"And the husband of Mrs Lotus helped us by eradicating all the evils. I can at least do this much in his favour." Mandy said.

"Hey dad." Gerald hugged his father.

"I need to tell you something. You see. Miranda... I think I like her." He said.

His father gave him a serious look and after a few seconds he let out a laugh together with Mandy.

"Then go and talk to her." He said laughingly.

"Dad... I can't... I mean..dad.." Gerald stammered.

"Don't tell me you are shy." His father said.
Mandy started to laugh again.

"Dad!" Gerald exclaimed.

"Okay okay. Hey... Miranda.. Come here." He called out.

Miranda came, running.

"What do you think of my son?" He asked her.

"What? What do you mean?" Miranda asked.

"Euhh Miranda. Let me say it.. Do you mind if I want to give your child my name?" Gerald asked.

"I'm sorry... I ... I need to think." Miranda answered.

"Take all your time. I shall wait." Gerald answered.

"Well, looking at Miranda's smile, I can predict that there soon will be a wedding in my house." Gerald's father said as he laughed.

Miranda smiled widely and went to see her mother who was talking to Gerald's mother.

"Ohhh. So my bro has got himself a life-partner." Alex said as he interrupted their conversation.

"Stop Alex. Let him live his life. You got your partner too." Hanna said with a big smile.

Indeed, the young couple was back together and this time, none of them were hypnotised and no more green eyes. They would now start a new life together....
