-Three Years Later-

~Lauren's P.O.V~

I laughed along with Paul and Dwayne as they debated which hair metal band was the most legendary. Paul suggested Guns & Roses should own the title, but Dwayne said Bon Jovi should.  It was just another useless argument. I looked across to Marko who was sat petting his pigeons, while David sat silently and observed everyone the entire time. Tiny footsteps resounded throughout the cave.

"Mommy" All five of us turned our head to the direction of the sweet little voice.

Sienna slowly made her way out of her room rubbing her left eye, her brown teddy bear that Paul had gifted her clutched tightly in her hand. Her night gown hung slightly over one shoulder. I opened my arms out wide and she came running. Her face buried into my chest once she was comfortably seated on my lap. I wrapped my arms tightly around her, Paul placed a kiss on top of her head.

Sienna had developed into such a lovely little girl, with an olive complexion, dimples, and tiny freckles across the bridge of her nose. However, her hair captured my heart the most. Her thick light brown spiral curl extended past her shoulders. Call me biased, but she was perfect.

"Did you sleep well kid?" Dwayne asked reaching over and tickled her side. She only wriggled in response.

"Hey Sienna, want to show the boys what you have learned?" I asked. She looked up at me and nodded. Quickly sitting up she waved Marko over who came to sit across from her.

"Okay Sienna, who is that?" I asked pointing to Dwayne.

"Wayne!" She blurted out confidently. The boys laughed lightly and she joined them.

"No sweetheart, Dwayne" Paul tried correcting her.

"Wayne!" Her voice raising slightly.

"Wayne it is" Paul threw his hands up in defence. Dwayne gave her a high five.

"Okay baby and who is this?" I pointed towards Paul.

"That's daddy" she smiled up at Paul and crawled her way into his lap.

"What about him?" I pointed over to David.

"Meany!" She stuck her tongue out in his direction and he did the same. I taught her well.

"That's your doing" David huffed, I just shrugged my shoulders ignoring him.

"Yes but what's his name?"

"David" He tried to hide it, but I saw him smile slightly. She was slowly growing on him.

"And now who is that?" I pointed over across from her.

"Marko!" She screamed and jumped out of her Fathers lap running over to Marko, who embraced her and smothered her cheek with kisses. Her heart melted with her loud giggles. Marko adored Sienna, and Sienna adored him. As she grew, they had developed an attachment of sorts. She wanted Marko if she was left alone with any of the boys. Marko was the one to put her to bed if neither Paul nor I would. Even though he was a heartless monster, he had a soft spot for her.

"Will you two be joining us today at the boardwalk?" David asked, referring to Sienna and me.

"I'm not sure if I feel safe removing her from the cave just yet," I said. She had only managed to get as far as standing at the cave's entrance when I forbade her from going any farther.

"Oh come on Lauren, we can take her to the fair, we can't lock her up forever." Pail protested. He was undoubtedly the entertaining dad, and I played the role of the disciplinarian. I looked across at Sienna as she was examining Marko's jacket and gave it some thought.

"Not tonight. Paul could you grab that for me?" I said. With a groan, Paul got to his feet, picked up the jewelled bottle, and handed it to me.

"Do you want me to stay with Sienna babe and you go enjoy a night out with the boys?" Paul asked.

"No you guys have fun, I'll go next time"  I gave him a kiss as I leaned in. tracing my hand over his region.

"Don't start something you can't finish." He whispered into my mouth, biting my bottom lip just a little.

"No, daddy, don't go!" With tears in her eyes, Sienna reached out for Paul. He quickly drew away from me and grabbed her, giving her a hard hug.

"I swear, baby girl, I'll be back soon," he said as he brought her head to meet his and dried her tears.

"I want to go with you." She managed to croak out between sobs. It broke my heart watching her cry.

"One day Princess" Paul tried removing her hands from his neck, failing miserably. "Lauren" I stood up and gently grabbed a hold of Sienna, prying her away from her father. Her screams growing louder as her dad managed to slip away.

"Go quickly and don't look back!" I laughed and he ran out of the cave after the boys.

"Daddy!" She cried, dragging out the word as she spoke.

"Oh dear" I sighed and comforted her.
