Okay so I'm gonna go with Harry Potter here, since there are SO MANY questions I'm sure we al still have. That and the fact that, as something close to my heart, I feel I can criticise it freely without guilt. OK. So...

If I'm honest, Harry is a bit of a dumbass. I mean, sure, a lot of his somewhat rash decisions are made under intense pressure no Muggle could ever know.  But he could use a bit more common sense in some situations. "Oh I keep getting into misfortune, I wonder who might be causing it?" "Oh Snape is around alot, he hates me, I bet it's him. Can't be Quirrell, he totally isn't talking to himself because fucking Voldemort is in his head." (OK so no one knew Voldemort was in Quirrell's turban but COME ON Harry stop jumping to conclusions)

Wow, this is kinda hard. I am trying, mind you.

I also think Harry was a bit short in dealing with Malfoy. I mean yeah, he was a dickhead, but he was also a son trying to live up to the family name and to be as true to his "slytherin pure blood roots" as he could. He didn't want that Death Eater life, we could all see that. Surely Harry of all people could have understood that, trying to live up to his The Boy Who Lived moniker. Or perhaps Ron, even, with his legendary older brothers and wide- reaching family.

Also, why do people assume that Hermione is white? Because she's a nerd? Because her family are dentists? What??? I mean, don't get me wrong, Emma Watson did a wonderful job as miss Granger, but nowhere in the book did Rowling say, "Hermione was white". Hell, in one chapter, we even see her described as "very brown" after a holiday. 

Okay. That last one was now a fan thing but I think I'm done here.
