HAE RA'S POV

"He slept with someone else."

Mark's eyes widened upon hearing the statement. From shock, his eyes changed to sadness and somewhat filled with pity. He took my hand and caressed them to soothe me.

I couldn't hold it in and let out a small laugh. He stared at me with confusion.

"He didn't sleep with anyone beside me."

"WHAT?!"

"I just wanted to see your reaction." I said it casually. And as expected he wasn't mad at me. He was too eager to know my story.

"He kissed someone else though."

Flashback

"Hae Ra listen!"

I was walking away from him but he caught up with me and grabbed my wrist.

"I don't want to talk to you!"  I spat and yanked his hand off.

"I am sorry. I was just dead drunk! I don't even know who she is." He tried to reason with me but I was too hot headed to consider his explaination.

"How can you kiss someone else like that?! You're not a kid Jinyoung." No matter how much I wanted to forgive me, I just couldn't bring myself to do so.

"I forgave you when you kissed Taeyong! Why can't you do the same?"

I blankly stared at him with wide eyes, looking at him when he realised what he said.

"I didn-"

He was about to reach for me when I stopped him. "STOP RIGHT THERE."

"Now I get it. You wanted to get even with me. I kissed TY so you kissed someone else. I am right, right?"
I was panicking for no apparent reason. I was so mad at him for what he did but I was more mad at myself for jumping into such conclusions.

"Hae Ra! Can't you use your head for once! Why would I do that?" I could sense his anger in the tone.

"I-"

"Let's break up." I cut him off.

"There's no point in continuing this relationship. We're gonna get back at each other at some point or the other because of this."

He didn't say anything. It was my cue to leave the place. And I did.

For the following days I desperately waited for his call but it never came. I screw up this time.

I am sorry Jinyoung.

Flashback over

"The next day when I told TY about it he was furious. It was the first time in my life that I saw him that mad." I giggled at the end to lift the heavy atmosphere.

"You surely are stupid." Mark commented and I turned to look at his funny face.

"Yah! I'm still your noona you kid. And all this is TY's fault. He couldn't control himself." I slapped his arm playfully.

"So…"  I said.

"So……"

"Is everything okay between us?" I asked him nervously.

Instead of replying he pulled me into a hug, resting his head on my shoulders.

We were walking back to our place hand in hand. We went to a couple of places like Bing's Cafe. Its been long since we last went on a date.

"Do you still have feelings for him?" He asked me as he slowly let go of my hand 'coz we reached our neighbourhood.

"I don't know to be honest. I mean we met after so long and I…"

"I get it. Don't worry. I underdstand." He cut me off.

"Actually I was about to say that I have you now." I said with a flirty tone.

We both smiled at each other but our moment was interrupted when I saw TY with Meera on his back.

"Annyeong!" Meera waved at us. Its a rare sight to be honest, seeing TY give a piggyback ride to a girl.

"He lost the bet." Meera said.

"But why are you two together?" TY asked. Mark and I just looked at each other thinking of a way to get out this small mess.

"Let them be JackFrost. Can't they spend some time together?" Meera argued with him.

"Hyung we just went out for a while." But TY was still eyeing us suspiciously.

"Why are you so hyped up about them? Maybe you're getting flustered with me on your back." She giggled. She is really cute.

"Why would I get flustered? You have a flat chest." He said blankly.

I noticed Meera's expression. There was no doubt that she was hurt by his words. She looked at him with glistening eyes.

"Put me down." She said calmly.

"Wa-"

"I SAID PUT ME DOWN!" She cut him off as her voice cracked. Still confused with the situation he let her go. Without sparing a glance to any of us she walked the opposite way.

"Oww!" TY rubbed his head where I hit him.

"You're just DUMB." I said.

"Hyung. You shouldn't have said that."

Then only he realised what happened. He ruffled his hair in frustration and went to look for her.

"Are they always like that?" I asked Mark. He just shrugged his shoulders.

"Hey babe." Jaehyun came from his class and pecked my lips. "We're still in school." I looked around to see if someone saw us.

"Don't worry." He said while placing a few of my hair strands behind my ear.
"Hey listen." I looked up at him.

"Can you talk to Meera. She seems quite off."

"What do you mean?" She is a hyper-active girl. Her being off means something is fishy.

"I guess she is sick. She looks pale." He explained. If it would have been some other girl I would have been burnt in jealousy. But it's Meera. A dongsaeng to Jaehyun. He treats her like a little sister. And moreover she became a close friend of mine in no time.

"Yeah sure." With that he again pecked my lips. "Jaehyun!" I hit his arm.

"See you tonight." He then winked at me. Tonight is our date night at my art studio.

"Meera!" I called for her and tugged her arm. She didn't say anything and just smiled. Something is definitely off.

We went to the cafeteria.

"You look a zombie. Didn't you get a good sleep last night or nights?" Her eye bags are no joke.

"I don't remember the last time I actually slept." She was explaining her situation as Taeyong stood behind us. He motioned me to not tell her.

"Why?"

"I can't sleep alone. I'm just scared. All my life I've slept in between my parents. And now I have my own room with no one beside me. I just keep getting nightmares." She let it all out, totally annoyed with the situation.

"What do you want me to do?" I asked her. She probably misses her family.

"I just want someone beside me while I'm sleeping. I just get scared. What if someone appears out of nowhere or if a ghost is under the bed." She looked horrified. She is still a kid. No wonder Jaehyun adores her like a kid.

"Everything will be alright." I caressed her hair as she rested her head on my lap. Her cute little snores made Taeyong chuckle a little. I looked up at him as he stopped.

"I-I should g-go." He then left.

I wonder whats with these two!
