HAE RA'S POV

"Hey girl!"

Ah Hyo jumped on my back and startled me.

"Oh fuck Ah Hyo!" She is hella tall with a good amount of weight. I lost my balance and fell on the ground. People on the streets gave us 'you're weird look'.

"You know that sounded so wrong." Miyeon winked at us and walked past us to the lunch cafe. Haerin didn't say anything as usual and followed Miyeon. She seems extra quiet today.

In a moment, Ah Hyo jumped off my back and linked her arms with me. "You are lucky to have a best friend like me. Feel blessed Moon Hae Ra." I pretended to gag at her statement.

"Lets order first. I am really hungry." Ah Hyo scanned the menu card and called the waiter. She knows our preference and ordered accordingly.

"Is anything wrong Haerin? You look-"

"Constipated."

I smacked Ah Hyo's head. "You are extra hyper today. Are YOU okay?" I stressed on 'you' and eyed her suspiciously.

She averted her eyes and looked around. "Nothing is wrong. What can go wrong? I am happy. And people envy me. I have everything that a girl wants. What could possib-"

"Ah Hyo!" We all hissed at her to stop her. Something is definitely wrong. We waited for her to say something. She heaved a heavy sigh and told us.

"Yugyeom and I have been drifting apart. He is prioritising that Tzuyu girl over me."

"You are just jealous Ah Hyo. You only told us that Tzuyu is his childhood friend. Talk to him." Miyeon suggested.

"She is right." I agreed with her. But Ah Hyo just shook her head.

"No no. Thats not it. He lied to me about his practice and was on a date with her. I saw them with my own two eyes!" She slammed her hand on the table. Us three bowed and apologised to other people.

"I don't know what to do." She looked down at her lap.

"And you Haerin?" I asked. All our eyes shifted to her. "Umm.."

"Ten and I haven't talked to each other. Its been a month." Tears welled in her eyes. She is really emotional.

Miyeon just rubbed her back soothingly. What are we supposed to say?

"And I know the reason." Haerin continued. The other three exchanged looks, trying to figure out through our eyes.

"Ten thinks that I am cheating on him." We all went wide eyed at that. Holy smokes.

"What?!"

"Calm down Ah Hyo." I said.

"Tell us in detail." Miyeon said.

"Someone had sent him a picture of me with some guy. And in that picture it looks as if we are kissing."

"Who is that guy?"

"Cha Eunwoo. He is eomma's friend's son. We have been meeting up a lot lately. He is a genuine person and a good friend."

"But Ten should trust you! You two have been together for so long!" Ah Hyo was losing her shit.

"Your order." The waiter interrupted us and kept the food on the table. "Thank you." I said to the waiter.

"But that person sent multiple images of Eunwoo and I that Ten is doubting me." Staying quiet was the only option.

"That person sent those pictures to me too saying that he or she had sent them to Ten too. He didn't talk to me and preferred to believe those pictures."

I gave a hankerchief to Miyeon as she wiped Haerin's tears.

"Your situation is worse." Ah Hyo said.

"Mine is the worst." Our attention shifted to Miyeon.

"Jin's grandfather had already arranged his marriage with someone else."

I rubbed my temples to take in the information. "I don't have any apeitite now." Ah Hyo poked the food.

"What happened? What about his parents?" Haerin asked.

"They are trying to reason out with him but he is not ready to listen. He said that he already promised to his friend about the marriage and now he cannot back out."

"Who is that girl?"

"I don't know. All I know is that she is very beautiful. Some people even refer to her as the daughter of Aphrodite." She sighed defeatedly.

"And Jin?" Haerin asked again.

"He is trying his best to persuade his grandfather. His mother even came to my home last week to talk to my mom about the whole situation. She feels bad."

And here I was thinking that I'm the only one with messed up life. All my friends are going througha hard time.

"Well I guess you're the only one left. I hope you don't have any troubles." Ah Hyo said.

I shook my head and looked at my friends.

"I have to tell you something."

"I can't believe it."

"Maldo andwae."

"Somebody pinch me."

I looked at my lap. Not being able to have an eye contact with them. I told them about Mark and I. Then what happened between Jinyoung and I.

Miyeon held my hand and sadly looked at me.

"Mianhae. I shouldn't have set you up with Jinyoung-ssi that time. It wouldn't have happened. Mianhae chingu."

Even after I told them everything they are still supporting me. I probably saved the country in my past life to have friends like them.

"We will never judge you Hae Ra." Haerin's words made me smile.

"Now I feel a bit relaxed. I am not the only one going through a shitty situation. To be honest I was a bit tensed up thinking Hae Ra is lucky to not have any problem."

"How could you say that?!" I smacked Ah Hyo's arm. She rubbed the spot where I hit and cheekily smiled at me.

"I meant that we are together. In happiness. In sadness." I chuckled, going with the flow. We all smiled a little, relaxing ourseleves.

"So lets eat. Shall we?"
