MARK'S POV

"Daddy fuck me as hard as you can"

I smashed my lips onto hers and kissed her roughly. My hands reached for her butt and picked her up before throwing her on bed.

"That's for not having time for me." I hovered over her. I bit and nibbled her neck making her moan my name. She pulled my hair when my fingers teased her folds.

"Mar-"

"Hae Ra~ You have a friend here." Her mom called for her.

"Fuck." I whispered and pulled away to adjust my clothes. She did the same. "You go first. I'll come in a few." I nodded and checked myself in the mirror before going downstairs.

"Oh Mark. Is the work done?" Eomouni asked me. "To be honest we just started." I smiled.

My eyes stopped at a familar figure sitting on the couch.

"Hey there." He approached me and we shook hands. "We have met before, haven't we?" I asked him.

"Think a little harder." He smiled as wrinkles appeared near his eyes.

Flashback

I again ran back to the mall to buy that braclet for Hae Ra which she kept on looking at. I entered the store and asked the saleslady to pack one for me.

"Sorry sir but he already bought it and we don't have another piece." She pointed towards a tall guy who was near the counter probably paying for it.

"Can you please ask him if he could give it me? I'll pay double the price." I hurriedly said. "Sorry sir we cannot do that. You could talk to him." She then left.

I slowly walked towards him. "Excuse me?" I called him and he turned back.

"Yes?"

"Can I get that braclet..I mean my friend..umm" What's wrong with you Mark Lee!

He seemed to follow my eyes and understood my situation. He placed his hand on my shoulder.

"I am sorry boy. I want to give this to my love to bring her back to me. If it would have been some other case I would have given it to you." He chuckled sadly when he mentioned about his love. He needs it more than me.

"No problem. Hope she comes back to you." I genuinly wished for it.

"Thank you." He smiled. His wrinkles near the eye were quite noticeable.

Flashback over

"You're that guy from the mall." I said in a low voice. He nodded.

"So that means that gir-"

"Jinyoung!" Hae Ra cut me off as she came downstairs. He smiled and hugged her lightly.

"Jinyoung? You don't remember Mark?" Eomouni asked him.

"Mark? As in that Baby Mark?" I nodded. His eyes grew wider and gave me bro hug. "You've grown taller Mark. When did you come back from Canada?"

Does he know me?

"He doesn't remember you probably. He was young that time. Mark don't you remember him? He was in the same high school as Hae Ra and Taeyong. He was their senior."

After emouni explained to me some clouded memories appeared in my mind. Hae Ra used to bring some guy over.

"Eomouni?" He interrupted my thoughts. "Can I take Hae Ra out for some time?"

"Of course Jinyoung."

Hae Ra didn't even object and went out with him without sparing a glance at me.

After they left I came to room ans started joining the puzzles pieces.

Conclusion: He wants her back!

"Mark?" Hyung came to room and sat at the edge of the bed. "What happened?"

"Some Jinyoung guy came and went out with Hae Ra." I said it casually to get more information.

"Oh." Thats it?!!

"Who is he?"

"He is Hae Ra's ex. They dated in high school and were together even in college. Although in different college they kept their bond strong. He was a senior and used to help us with school work. One day he proposed to her. As expected she said yes. He is really a great guy and the only guy who could make her act decent rather than wild. They were really happy. Couple goals." He smiled.

"And the best part, he wasn't jealous of Hae Ra being close to me. He accepted our friendship with an open heart."

"But what happened?"

From what he told me they do seem a great couple. What could have possibly gone wrong?

"They broke up last year 'coz-"

"Dinner's ready!" Meera noona jerked the door open then slammed the door shut.

"Aish! This girl!" Hyung stood up with a pillow in his hand to throw at Meera noona. They both are really childish. It's fun to see them bicker.

"But why were you worried?" He asked me again.

When your girlfriend's ex wants her again, I'll ask you the same question hyung.

"Nothing. School stuff."

HAE RA'S POV

Jinyoung and I walked to a park and sat on the bench. He took my right hand. I tried to pull it back but he didn't let me so I looked away.

Moments later I felt something cold against my wrist. I looked at it to find that braclet which I saw at the mall months back.

"Jin-" He put his index finger on my lips to shush me.

"Lets enjoy the silence for now." He interwined our fingers and relaxed for a bit.

"How have you been?" He broke the silence

"Pretty well." I simply stated trying not to choke.

"I've missed you." It was merely a whisper but I heard it. He gently carressed my knuckles with his thumb.

"We're still friends right?" A tear slid down my cheek. A part of me still cares about him. No, not just a part but the whole of me.

I nodded and quickly wiped my tear. He saw me and turned me to face him.

"Since when did my Hae Ra become a cry baby?" He chuckled a little and pinched my cheeks.

"I'm not your Hae Ra anymore Jinyoung." He stopped smiling and slowly withdrew his hands.

Why did I have to say that?! Stupid Hae Ra!!

"Mian." He stood up.

"I should go. Let me walk you to your place." I nodded and we walked in silence. Somehow I feel guilty for whatever happened between us. Then and Now.

"Jinyoung." I called him before he could get to his car. He turned around.

"I..umm. I am sorry. I didn't mean it the wrong way when I said 'I'm not your Hae Ra'. It was a little awkward for me to meet you after one year. So..umm"

"Gwenchana." This time I pinched his cheeks while he just smiled and pulled me a little closer by my waist.

God knows how much I love his smile. Especially those wrinkles near his eyes.

I didn't realise that we were staring at each other for so long when he started lean in a little. I immediately backed away.

"Goodnight." I looked down as I said that. He wished me a 'Goodnight' and ruffled my hair before droving off.

I was about to enter my home when I saw Mark at his gates. He had that unreadable expression.
