HAE RA'S POV

After seeing me with Jinyoung that night Mark has been avoiding me. I'm glad that Jinyoung and I are in good terms now but seeing Mark like this really makes me worried and full of guilt.

I love Mark now. He shouldn't feel insecure about Jinyoung. We are just friends. I don't have those feelings for Jinyoung. Or do I?

Today I skipped college and went to Lee's. I have to talk to him and sort this out.

"Good Morning emouni~"

"Aigoo Hae Ra? You didn't go to college today?" She askes me while mixing the batter of some kind.

"Neh. I was wondering if Mark is home." I asked her casually.

"Yes he is. MARK!" She called for him.

"Well Hae Ra. Thank you for letting us know about Meera. She is such a great girl. It really feels good to have a girl in the house." She smiled.

"She needed a place to stay and then you offered a room to her."  I smiled.

"It feels more lively with her around. She is still a little kid."

"Yes she is li-"
I stopped on seeing Mark. He looked a bit shock at first but instantly changed his expression.

"Hey Mark. You're free?" I'm really pleased with myself. How can I even pretend to be relax in such a situation?

"Hae Ra, I'm a little busy." He simply stated.

"Mark. I have been noticing that you don't call her noona these days." Emouni said in a stern voice.

"Gwenchana emouni."

"Noona. I am a little busy." He avoided all kinds of eye contact with me. I didn't say anything and was about to leave when emouni stopped me.

"Mark, it's not polite. She even taught you for your entrance exam when she herself was busy with college. And it's not like you're doing anything."

He couldn't say anything. After waiting for him to change his clothes, we both went out.

We were walking down the road. He didn't say a thing as we walked to some random place.

I took the little opportunity I had and interwined our fingers. It felt good. But when he didn't pull away, it felt better.

After walking for a couple of minutes more, we both reached the park. That park where he confessed his feelings for me.

That park where we shared our first kiss.

We both sat on the same bench. Fingers still interwined.

"Why are you avoiding me?" I finally asked him.

"If its because of Jinyoung then don't. We are just friends now. Even if I still have some feelings left for him, those are nothing compared to what I feel for you now."

My voice started to crack. Not because of crying. But because of nervousness.
"It's true that I'm avoiding you because of Jinyoung hyung." He said. I'm actually relieved that he said something.

"He is much better than me in all aspects. You had a beautiful relationship with him. Everyone accepts him for you. I don't stand a chance against him. Why are you still holding on to me? I am not good enough for you." He mumbled the last part.

I turned to him and held his shoulders to look him in the eyes.

"I love you."

I leaned forward and planted a soft kiss on his lips. After slowly pulling away I cupped his cheeks. "Mark. You don't have to be insecure about him. What we have, its beautiful too. In its own way."

"Can you tell me what happened between you guys? Please?"

This is the time.

"It was all my fault. My stupid ego to be exact."

MARK'S POV

Now I can finally know. I will be at ease if she's trusting me 'coz no one except the couple and Taeyong hyung know about it but I'm pretty much scared too.

"We were really happy together. It was first relationship. He is really caring and sweet. But I ruined it."

I didn't interrupt and let her continue.

"One day TY and I decided to watch some stupid movie. It was alright till an intimate scene came up. While watching that scene Taeyong kissed me and I kissed him back."

What?!

"You and hyung…" I was at loss for words as she just nodded.

"That wasn't the main part of the story Mark." She chuckled bitterly.

Is there more?!

"We were both stupid I know. I told Jinyoung about it and apologised. TY even contacted him before me and apologised too for what he did. People doubt my relationship with TY but Jinyoung was okay with all of it. I was expecting him to be mad but he wasn't."

I was so jealous of hyung when he got to spend most of his time with Hae Ra while Jinyoung hyung didn't even get mad at him for kissing her. He is surely something.

"You know what. He even mimicked TY when he apologised to him saying that he was really scared. Jinyoung was our school senior and the part of student council so TY was nervous around him. But that fact that he mimicked him in that situation to calm me down and make me feel less guilty made me love him more."

She blankly looked ahead and smiled. Does she smile the same way while thinking about me?

"But what happened?" Curiosity was killing me.

"He slept with someone else."
