Kanji's view

I walked to the bridge we were supposed to meet up at, I wasn't to far now. I could see Sakura and Sasuke. Hm, they came early? Eh, they both are early risers I guess.

I finally reached the bridge. "ohayo Sakura, Sasuke-kun!" I greeted them both.

"Ohayo/Hn" They replied.

I sweat dropped at Sasuke's usual response. Geez, I need to get Sasuke to at least say hey or something.

"Ohayo Sakura-chan! Kanji-chan!"

I turned around and saw Naruto. I smiled and greeted him back while Sakura simply said oh. I saw Naruto glance at Sasuke and turn around with a low growl. Sasuke did the same, he grunted and didn't face Naruto. I rose an eyebrow. Why were they acting like this still? They've been like this ever since we came back from our previous mission, the and of waves. I looked at Sakura and gave her a questioning look, she shook her head with a frown. I sighed and watched as both of the boys ignored each other..

3 hours later

I groaned. Otōsan wasn't here yet, we were supposed to meet here 3 hours ago and here we are but were was Otōsan? No where, just great isn't it. I sighed in annoyance. I wonder what he wants to talk about..

"Ohayo everyone~" I jumped and spun around, Otōsan was standing on the wooden ledge. "Today I got lost," he explained to us with a closed eye smile.

I growled, lies I tell you, lies.

"Hey!!!" Both Sakura and Naruto yelled.

I winced back. Holy crap they are loud together! (That's what she said btw...lol)

"Hey, hey kaka-sensei! Our team has gotten easy missions lately! Aren't there more exciting missions where I can be more active." Naruto shouted excitedly with fire in his eyes, "where I can use my way..you know?"

We all sweat dropped, "um..yes, yes. I understand what your saying.." Otōsan said.

Naruto spun around and glared at Sasuke, Sasuke merely looked at Naruto, not giving him any attention. This seemed to tick Naruto of even more, Sasuke stared at Naruto. I glanced between the both of them and I swear I saw some sparks! I heard growling, Sakura was shaking and glaring evilly at Naruto. I sighed. My team is a mess... Otōsan's explained some stuff, but it wasn't very useful. He said he would explain soon.

"Hey. What're you doing Naruto? Were heading to our mission" Otōsan shouted. "Okay!!" Naruto yelled.

I grabbed and hand full of weeds and yanked them out. We were on a stupid mission again, we had to pull weeds out of some lady's garden for her. I groaned and placed the weeds in a small pile on the ground. Weeds fell on me and went in my mouth, I coughed and sputtered, spitting out grass and dirt. What the heck, who's throwing grass at me?! I look around and see Naruto ripping out weeds and her herbs out. My eyes widened... He's so sooo dead.

Naruto chuckled sheepishly, he stood next to a huge pile of weeds and herbs mixed.

The lady walked up to him, "hey you.." She said.

"What? Oh, Mrs.!" Naruto shouted. "I got rid of all the weeds for you!"

The client shook violently.

"Eh? What's wrong?" Naruto asked.

Sill shaking she said, "those...those aren't weeds."

"Huh?"

"Those are herbs I grew in my garden!" She screamed and well...beat up Naruto...

I glanced at Naruto's eye and winced. The lady had hit him pretty hard for a normal citizen, he has a huge black eye. Now we were doing another simple mission, picking out garbage from a river. I stabbed a bottle and placed it into the basket on my back. I continued doing this till I heard shouting.

"Somebody..help!!"

Naruto was going with the rivers current and was about to fall of a waterfall. My eyes widened, oh no!! I dropped my stuff and ran to Naruto. It's all right Naruto, I'll get you! I made eye contact with Sasuke, his eyes widened when he saw what I was going to do. I smiled and jumped off the waterfall. Wind hit my face furiously. I saw Naruto and grabbed onto his ankle, I quickly grabbed some rope from my pouch and threw it into a branch above us. It missed. I cursed and held not tightly to his ankle. Before I knew it Sasuke had grabbed my ankle, saving both myself and Naruto. I sighed in relief. Thank Jashin, were saved.

"You idiots.." Sasuke said.

I flinched slightly. I was just trying to save Naruto...geez..

"H-Hey! Don't go over there!" Naruto exclaimed, "hey please stop!"

I face palmed and watched as Naruto was dragged to a mine field by the big dog. He just had to get the biggest one didn't he? Sasuke got smallish ones, same with me and Sakura.

"That idiot.." Sasuke muttered.

"Oh no.. That's because he had to chose the big dog." Sakura added.

"For once...I agree with you to..." I sighed.

"Hey, hey! Wait a minute! Wait a minute!" Naruto shouted franticly, "that's the mine fired over there!!"

1....2....3.... Boom!!!

And there go the explosions.. I groaned and rubbed the back of my neck. Naruto came out all burnt and dirty, but surprisingly, the dog was perfectly fine.

I held a severely beat Naruto up as did Sasuke, Sakura was supposed to but I asked if I could help instead.

"Well it's because your so reckless!!" Sakura scolded.

"Hn..your so much trouble.." Sasuke smirked.

Naruto tensed and started growling, I stopped walking and looked down at him. Naruto yanked out of our grip and glared at Sasuke.

"Sasuke!!" He shouted

Sakura stuck out her arm blocking Naruto to go any further, "if you do anything else, I'll finish you!!" Sakura exclaimed.

I sighed again. I've been sighing a lot lately haven't I?

"Hmm...teamwork hasn't been good lately.." Otōsan muttered.

"I agree.." I mumbled in agreement.

Sasuke walked ahead.

"Yeah. That's right! Sasuke, you're to blame for our poor teamwork!" Naruto stated. "You're always attracting attention!"

"That's you idiot... If you don't want to owe me big time.." Sasuke said, "you just need to become stronger then me." He said with a glare.

I felt Naruto stiffen, looking over to him I see him staring at Sasuke with both determination and anger. I shook my head. They fight and fight nonstop, they can't even go through a day without fighting. I never expected them to hate each other like this, not so long ago they were friends and acting friendly.. What, what exactly changed all of that?

Caw, caw.

Huh? A bird..?

"I do need to submit a report about this mission.." Otōsan said,

"Okay, them Im going home.." Sasuke grunted and walked off.

"Oh hey! Sasuke wait for me!" Sakura shouted, "Hey, how...about..why don't you and- why don't we work on improving our teamwork together?" Sakura asked blushing madly.

Sasuke looked her in the eye, "your just like Naruto.." Sakura looked glum at that. " if you have time to spend with me, why don't you practice on a Jutsu! Your worst than Naruto.." Sasuke deadpanned and walked away.

I winced, that must've have hurt Sasuke pretty badly. I stared at her sympathetically as she hung her head..

"Sakura! Let Sasuke go, let's practice together instead!" Naruto exclaimed happily.

I turned to Sakura, "Sakura...don't listen to Sasuke. Your strong I know it, you just have practice a little more in certain areas, ya know. I mean, Sasuke had a point, I'm not saying your worse than anyone. I'm just saying you could, no should use some of your spare time to practice, ya know. And um...well if you need any help, I'd be happy to train you." I offered.

Sakura stared at me, I shifted uncomfortably. Sakura jumped on me and laughed.

"Kanji, would you really do that for me!? I mean, I'm not the nicest person, especially when it comes to you.." She questioned.

I chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, it doesn't matter that you were pretty mean to me, and still are, ya know. It matters in your determination to succeed, and you happen to have that." I explained being completely honest.

Sakura jumped up and down in glee, she hugged me and thanked me over and over again. I simply laughed at her behavior. I think I just got into the friend zone with Sakura, finally. I turned around, and saw Naruto only.

"Ne, Naruto-kun. Where's my Otōsan?" I asked.

"Huh? Oh, he just disappeared all of a sudden." Naruto answered. "Oh okay, thanks.." I said.

Sighing I looked up at the sky, kaasan, Otōsan.. I thought sadly.

"Hey! There's no such thing as a rock that's square and has holes! It's totally obvious!" Naruto pointed at a square rock, I jumped at his booming voice.

"Just what you'd expect from the man I respect! You are my rival weren't you!" A voice shouted from the rock.

A really bright light came out of the box, I shielded my eyes from the blinding light. That's bright! An explosion went off and smoke filled my lungs, I coughed my lungs out. What's happening?! I waved the smoke away from me and tried to open my eyes. The smoke had faded somewhat and I could see, I saw 3 little kids kneeling on the ground and coughing. My first instinct was to go and help them, but I forced myself to stay back.

"To much gunpowder!" The one in the middle coughed.

I face palmed. How did these kids even get their hands on gunpowder? They coughed some more and finally jumped back on their feet.

"With an adult sexiness! I'm Moegi of senior class at Kunoichi preschool!" The orange haired girl said with a pose.

"I love science! Udon!!" The kid with a booger hanging from his nose exclaimed with another pose, but a different one.

"The most brilliant Ninja in the village! Konohamaru!" The kid from before shouted. "The three of us together are the Konohamaru gang! Here we are!" They yelled in unison.

I cooed at the kids, they were just so Kawaii!

"I knew it was Konohamaru and friends..." Naruto said solemnly, "huh? Why are you all wearing goggles?" Naruto asked.

Konohamaru giggled and fondled with his goggles, "We're just copying what you used to do, Naruto-nii!" He shouted with a huge grin. Soooo kawaiiiii!!! (Cute)

"Oh..." Naruto mumbled.

Konohamaru looked taken back. "What's with the oh! Your reactions have been pretty cold lately" He shouted shaking his small fist.

"So, did you want something?" Naruto asked, pretty much ignoring their question.

I saw Konohamaru go up to Udon and wrap his arm around his shoulder. "See cold.." He mumbled to Udon.

The cute girl Moegi frowned slightly then faced Naruto, "So, leader. Do you have some free time now?" She asked hopeful.

Naruto merely glanced at her, "nah! I have to train!" He smirked being a little cocky.

I held in a laugh, now look who's acting like his rival he hates.

They gasped, "what?! You said you'd play ninja with us today!" Konohamaru whined.

"Oh...? Is that right?" Naruto said sheepishly while rubbing the back of his neck.

"Oh! You play ninja to?! I used to play that with my brother" I remembered suddenly, I gasped and covered my mouth. "Gomenasai, I didn't mean to interrupt you conversation, ya know!"

"Who's she?" Konohamaru asked.

"Huh? Oh that's Kanji she's awesome!" Naruto yelled, exaggerating a bit.

Konohamaru eyes met mine and hearts formed in his eyes, his arms flew around my waist tightly.

"Please be my girlfriend!!" I think you can guess who said that...

I giggled.

"I would love to, but... One, your to young and I'm way to old. Two, I think someone has eyes on you either way, ya know. -glance at Moegi- But I got to say you are really cute." I explained.

Konohamaru blushed madly, Moegi gave me a surprised looked maybe since I knew she had a thing for him. Udon sniffed the booger back in his nose, I shivered in disgust. Shaking my head, I bent down and pecked Konohamaru and Udon on the cheek, and Moegi on the forehead.

"Your all cute actually." I smiled.

You can guess their reactions, the boys blushed while Moegi smiled at me.

"Humph.. What kind of ninja plays ninja?" Sakura spat and walked over looking a little...um...glum and scary..

I froze.

"W-What is it?" Naruto stuttered nervously.

I looked at Sakura and regretted it. Her face looked so scary right now, if looks could kill, well I would be dead.. -shiver-

Konohamaru looked at Sakura, "Naruto-nii, who's she?" He asked innocently.

Konohamaru seemed to be checking out Sakura by how he stared at her, slowly he started to glare at her but that all got replaced with an expression that said 'oh I get it now'.

"You've been busier than I thought boss.." Konohamaru smirked. "Huh?" Naruto grunted. "Is she your..." Konohamaru trailed on, "this...?" He finished by sticking out his pinky.

My eyes widened quickly. Oh no...he didn't.. I dared myself and quickly glanced at Sakura, and well she wasn't happy at all, she was more like beyond angered and probably had the urge to kill Naruto and Konohamaru.

"Shucks! You guys are pretty sharp for kids!" Naruto blushed.

"No way!!!!!" Sakura punched Naruto.

Naruto flew back and made a big dent in the fence, I winced but ran up to him and so did Udon and Moegi.

"No, leader!!" Udon/Moegi yelled.

"Nii-chan!!" Konohamaru gasped.

Sakura's chest heaved up and down rapidly, she glared immensely at Naruto.

Konohamaru growled and spun around to face Sakura. "What are you doing?!

'His pulse...his pulse!!!' Udon mumbled.

His pulse?! I put two fingers by his neck.... I felt a pulse! I sighed in relief, Sakura hadn't killed Naruto.

"You ugly wench! Ugly wench!" Konohamaru screamed angrily.

Ahh....you should've have said that... Sakura's hair started to fly around, she cracked her knuckles with a evil aura surrounding her. Konohamaru backed up wide eyed, and screamed when she started to approach him.

"Noooooooooo"

I stared in horror at Naruto and Konohamaru's bloody beat up bodies. Sakura really did some work, but guess what I found out! Sakura has amazing strength, like amazing! I think we could just use something time to work on her having that strength all the time, not just when she's angry. Oh well, that's for later.

"Humph!" Sakura grunted with her nose stuck high in the air.

"Are you alright, Konohamaru?" Udon asked.

"Um... I think he's fine Udon" I said.

Konohamaru and Naruto stood back up while rubbing their heads.

"Owee.. Darn that broad-forehead ugly wench! Is she a girl for real?" Konohamaru whined.

Sakura clearly heard his little statement, stopped walking, and turned her head ever so slowly... I swear I almost peed.. T^T

"Konohamaru, from now on...keep your mouth shut please." I begged.

"Eek!!/yikes!!" We all shrieked as Sakura ran at us with lightning speed.

I stopped running when I saw people ahead of us, it looks like the others noticed this to and stopped. Except for Konohamaru. I noticed that Konohamaru was going to crash into one of the strangers, my eyes widened and I reached out for him. It was to late, he crashed into the stranger with purple face paint and well he looked like a cat..

"That hurt..." The cat looking one said.

I heard Naruto and them gasp. Cat boy grabbed Konohamaru by the collar and brung him up to his face, I could hear Konohamaru struggle for air. I growled

"Konohamaru!!" Naruto and I yelled

"That hurt, you little punk!" Cat boy said.

"Stop that. You'll get yelled at later." Blonde shouted to cat boy.

"I'm sorry... I was fooling around." Sakura apologized, her voice laced with fear.

"Sakura don't aplogize, it wasn't your fault..." I mumbled to her.

She nodded.

"Hey! Let go of him!" Naruto shouted angrily.

Cat boy looked at our headbands and smirked, then looked at Konohamaru. Blonde just stared at cat boy choking Konohamaru, I growled.

"Let's play with them before he comes." Cat boy said.

Konohamaru gaged, and kicked his feet around.

"Let go!" He yelled helplessly

"Your pretty lovely, you little punk!" He spat and strangled him even harder.

"You jerk!!" Naruto shouted and ran at cat boy.

I glared at cat boy and dared him to make a move, and he did. His fingers twitched in a certain way, and at that same moment Naruto fell backwards on his butt. What was it...?

"Hah, leaf village Genin are weaker than I thought." Cat boy smirked.

Moegi and Udon yelled for Konohamaru, "it..it hurts!" Konohamaru whispered in pain.

"Let go of him! Or I won't ever forgive you!" Naruto yelled.

Sakura head locked Naruto, "what is it your doing by working him up?!" She whispered harshly.

I ignored what Sakura was doing and watched cat boy carefully.

"I don't like little rings anyways.. On top of that, your a smart aleck for someone younger than me" Cat boy stated. "Makes me want to break him.."

I glanced at Moegi and Udon, they were crying and staring at cat boy in fright. He threatened to kill their friend, I see why their like that. Well... That's it.

"It's not on me" blonde sighed.

Cat boy got ready to punch Konohamaru, I ran as quickly as I could and slid on the floor and tripped cat boy. Cat boy fell and his grip on Konohamaru was lost. I caught Konohamaru safely in my arms.

"Ahh, Arigatō Kanji-chan!" Konohamaru thanked me with a blush on his cheeks.

I shook my head, "no problem. Just run to Naruto and the others their worried about you, hurry!" I said.

I turned around and placed him down softly, he ran to the others and his two friends hugged him. I smiled. I spun around and faced cat boy, but he grabbed me by my collar as he did to Konohamaru. He squeezed my collar really tightly, I gasped and struggled for air.

"Stupid, brat! Why did you trip me?!" He roared.

I panted, "Y-You...hurt m-my....friend te-teme!" I growled.

He scowled, them smirked. "Well how about we fix this, you let me kiss you and I'll lay off you and your friends?" He asked.

I gaged in my head. Did he really say that?! Ew!

"H-Hell no..! That's the w-worst idea ev-ever!" I panted out.

He leaned in slowly, I spit in his face. He growled.

"For a cute girl, your annoying as hell! I'm going to kill you-!" He shouted yet got interrupted.

A rock/pebble hit hand and drew a small amount of blood. He let go of my collar and immediately went to sooth his injured hand. I started to fall, I didn't have the power to save myself form hitting the floor, I was to dizzy from the lack of air. But guess what?! Someone saved me. I couldn't tell who yet.

"What do you think you're doing in someone else's village, you..." The voice holding me said.

It's sounds very familiar...

"Sasuke-kun~!!" Sakura squealed.

Ah, so that's who it is. My vision came back clear, my eyes met Sasuke's right away. I blushed, and he smirked. He was holding me bridal style, I squeaked when he jumped back next to Sakura and Naruto.

"Arigatō Sasuke-kun...." I thanked, "hn, I'm glad your safe.." He whispered softly and quietly only for me to hear, I blushed and hid in his chest.

He placed me down right next to him, I stood up and smiled at him, thanking him with my eyes. He smirked, and wrapped his arm around my waist. I squeaked and tried to pull away, he only held on to me with a stronger grip. I stood there awkwardly while blushing 50 shades of red.

"Another little punk to tick me off!" Cat boy scowled.

"Get lost." Sasuke commanded.

"Wow! So cool!" Sakura, Moegi, and Udon exclaimed.

"Naruto your lame!" Konohamaru cried,

"S-Stupid! I would've quickly taken him down to!" Naruto explained.

Konohamaru grunted and turned away, looking betrayed. I giggled.

"Oi! Your the kind of smart punk I despise the most!" Cat boy shouted, and reached out for the wrapped object on his back, placing it right in front of him.

Sasuke pushed me behind his back, standing in front of me protectively.

"Oi! You aren't thinking of using crow, are you?!" Blonde yelled.

Cat boy ignored her pleas and continued glaring at us. I sensed a huge chakra source up in a tree, but no one was there...yet..

"Kankuro, stop that.." A deep demanding voice commanded.
