Kanji's pov

I smirked at my work. Hah I did pretty good. But there were some flaws, I put the right amount at first but I lost control after a little bit. Tsk! I need more focus.. I shook my head, and decided to check on my teammates work. Naruto was on the floor twitching, I sweat dropped. He put way to little... Sasuke was fairly close to where I was. Huh, he's pretty good, must have good chakra control. I smirked, well looks like I'm defiantly beating Naruto at this, now if I can only stay ahead of Sasuke. Now that's good. Hm, I can make that happen. Wait? I didn't see Sakura-

"this is pretty easy!"

My head snapped to the top of the tree I heard the voice from.

"S-Sakura-chan!!" Naruto shouted surprised

Sakura was sticking her tongue out playfully. I growled. Damn you pinky! Stick your tongue back in your mouth before I rip it out!

"Ma, so it looks like the one with the best chakra control is Sakura, the girl." Otōsan pointed out.

"Wow! Way to go Sakura! Just what you'd expect for the girl I set my eyes on!" Naruto starred in awe.

oh Naruto-kun... I can tell it ticks you off..

"whatever.." Sasuke mumbled

Sakura got a depressed aura around. Probably because she wanted Sasuke to notice her.. Hah, like he will pay attention to her.

"Well, not only does Sakura have knowledge about chakra, her control and stamina are pretty good. It looks like she might be the closest one to becoming Hokage...unlike someone else." Naruto looked up at Otōsan slightly annoyed. "It also looks like the great Uchiha clan is isn't really that great.. And someone just might not be able to protect the ones they love anymore..." Otōsan finished

I growled angrily. He did not just say that! I will be able to protect my loved one, watch me! Sasuke was glaring at the ground. Seems like I'm not the only pissed off...

"Shut up, Kaka-sensei!" Sakura yelled pointing at Otōsan.

Sakura.. You really need to stop being a suck up. Sasuke will never notice her if she does this all the time, she needs to focus in her strength and maybe Sasuke will show some interest in her. I kinda felt bad for pinky, I mean she's just trying to get Sasuke's attention and Sasuke being the arrogant kid he is, doesn't notice her. I shook my head getting rid of those thoughts and glared at Sasuke, he glared at me and Naruto. Naruto and me glared back at him, a little triangle of rivalry..

"Okay! First, I'll catch up to Kanji then Sasuke! I'll do it for sure!!" Naruto shouted breaking our glaring triangle.

I pouted, I almost beat Sasuke's glare. Wait? Naruto catch up to me? No, no, no, no. I'm going to win this, he's not. But I should let Naruto win, I mean he's jus trying to prove he's not weak right? I sighed. I need to stop spacing out and focus on what were doing now. I grabbed the kunai once more and focused chakra to my feet. There! I stopped the flow of chakra and ran towards the tree. I can do this!!

30 minutes later or more idk!!

I watched as Naruto ran up the tree again, but only fell back down gaining another bump of his head. I sweat dropped and shook my head. Poor Naruto-kun.. I looked at my tree. There was a bunch of marks from my kunai, I had improved a lot. I climbed at least ten more feet than my first time. That's good right? I chuckled, and wiped my forehead, I'm started to get power hungry. I sound like some shinobi who only needs power to survive..That's not good.. Sakura and Sasuke looked worn out, but Sakura... Eh she looked beat. I saw her examining Naruto with a smile smile, of triumph. I glared at her. She's doubting Naruto, like always. I got up and walked to Sasuke.

"Ne, Sasuke.." I sat down

Sasuke glanced at me, "hn?"

"Um...I could give you advice if you want. I mean I've done this before and know an few things.." I mumbled nervously

Sasuke stared at me. I shifted uncomfortably, damn it his stare is creeping me out..

"Sure"

huh? Did Sasuke actually say sure?

"sure? So that's a yes right?" I asked confused

"tsk..yes Baka" Sasuke said again

I looked at Naruto from the corner of my eye and saw him and Sakura talking. I smiled and started explaining everything I know to Sasuke.

At Tazuna's house

"Man this is really fun! It's been a long time since we've had a meal with this many people!" Tazuna exclaimed, while rubbing the back of his neck.

I stared at the food in front of me, It looked good. I took a bite. I gasped. Wow! For some reason this is amazing, I gobbled down all my food, and stood up for more.

"More/seconds please!" Me, Naruto and Sasuke yelled.

I turned at at glared at Sasuke, while Sasuke glared at Naruto and Naruto glared at me. Sparks flew in our glares. Suddenly my stomach started hurting. Errr! Why does it hurt so much!! I burped, and felt like throwing up. I think I jinxed it, because right after I said that Naruto and Sasuke threw up. I busted out laughing. Haha baka's!

"wow you baka-!" My eyes widened and I started throwing up

I finished throwing up, I wiped my mouth. Ugh, it taste so good, but when it comes back out..*shiver* it taste like crap.. Ma, I need to eat my food much slower.

"if your going to throw up, stop eating!" Sakura scolded us

"No, I must eat.." Sasuke said while wiping his mouth

"yeah, we have to no matter what. Because we need to become stronger, dattebayo!" Naruto grinned

"Eating and throwing up isn't going to make you stronger.." Otōsan said

"yeah, Kaka-sensei is right!" Sakura said then spun around, "Kanji, what's your excuse!?"

I froze under Sakura's gaze.

I got chibi eyes and looked her straight in the eye, "I just really like the food Sakura-chan..I swear.."

Saukra cooed and kept mumbling about how cute I was. I just chuckled not believing that she actually fell for that. Wow, Sakura-chan, you aren't that smart huh? I smirked slightly, but it disappeared as soon as it came.

"Hey, why do you have a torn picture on the wall? Inari was staring at this during dinner. It was like someone purposely removed the person who was in the picture." Sakura pointed out

The rooms atmosphere changed completely, all you could feel was the tension. Oh no, stupid pinky, you just went somewhere you shouldn't have gone. I sighed, and waited for the explanation.

"It's my husband.." Tsunami whispered

"and the man called the hero of the city" Tazuna finished

Inari slammed his hand on the table and shoved his chair back. Oh, poor kid... He lost his dad didn't he? inari stood up and started walking away.

"Imari, where are you going!?" Tsunami yelled, "Inari!!"

The door slammed shut, and I winced. Tsunami stood up and looked at Tazuna angrily.

"Father! I have told you not to talk about that man in front of Inari!!" Tsunami shouted angrily

Sje ran after Inari and slammed the door to. I winced again. Why do they have to slam the darn door?! I rubbed my ear and glared at the door.

"what's wrong with Inari?" Sakura asked

"Pinky are you that oblivious? Obviously he's mad that you had to bring up the subject...that his father is dead.." I said bluntly with a small glare

Sakura tensed, and looked at the ground with a grim look. Baka. Sometimes she's sweet and smart, but other times she's so annoying and needs to keep her mouth shut.. I dozed out after awhile, but came back when Naruto slammed his hand on the table. I jumped and narrowed my eyes at him.

"I'm going to prove it.." Naruto said

hm, prove what?

"I'm going to prove that in this world, Heros do exist!" Naruto shouted

Oh, that's what he wants to prove.. That's going to be hard, being a hero is great, but very dangerous. Naruto..I don't want to lose you, or anyone else. But of it's a hero you'll be, I'll protect you with my life even if it leads to my death, because that is my ninja way!

Done! Hope ya guys like this chapter :) I'll update tommorow I promise. Oh!! And one more thing, I'm thinking of adding some more romance or some thing like that between Sasuke and Kanji, but Izumo also. So I might add some chapters where she goes on a date with one of them, Kay? Hehehe bye :*
