Kaoru's View

No, impossible. My eyes widened in shock, probably as wide as plates would be.

Tomoyo...

She was waking up little by little. Well, I hope she was. Her eyes kept opening and closing every few seconds, it was like she couldn't make up her mind whether or not she wanted to wake up. I grabbed her hand squeezing lightly. Wake up Tomoyo. Please, please wake up. She grimaced and rolled her body to the edge of her bed, squealing like a frightened girl, I quickly yanked her back to the middle of the bed. A sigh of relief passed me lips.

"That was close." Hikaru stated, giving to Tomoyo a weird look. "Is she awake."

I shrugged my shoulders, "I don't know, it looks like it but at the same time I can't really say." I said.

She groaned and yanked me down. With wide eyes I hit the hospital bed face first. Laughter came from behind me.

"Hey, Kaoru! Stop trying to make a move on her!" Hikaru teased, a sly smirk on his lips.

Groaning, I stuck my tongue out at Hikaru. I'm not making a move. She pulled me down. Stupid perverted brother. I sighed. I couldn't complain at all really. I was a pervert myself somewhat.

Tamaki gasped, "Kaoru! What are you trying to do to my darling baby! Get away from her you dirty boy!" Tamaki shrieked, his 'fatherly' instincts kicking in.

He ran up to me and literally threw me off the bed. I fell to the ground with a hiss. I cursed and stood up, a glare on my face. Tamaki! I clenched my teeth together, my fists clenched tightly at my sides. Tamaki sweat dropped and backed up.

"I-I'm sorry, Kaoru! I-it was a mistake, daddy just got r-really p-protective!" Tamaki made up and excuse, one I didn't care to listen to.

"Ta...ma...ki!" I yelled, out stretching my arm to grab his collar.

Tamaki squealed and backed up a little too much. His behind hit the hospital bed Tomoyo was laying in hard, the bed fell to it's side, Tomoyo landing on the cold hard ground loudly. I gasped and immediately ran to her aid. I lifted her sprawled out body off the ground.

"Tamaki. You really need to be careful, she could've gotten hurt!" I scolded, checking her for any signs of bruises. I sighed. "She's fine at least..."

Tomoyo moved around, her small body pressing against my chest. A blush crept its way to my cheeks. Her beauty captivated me. Just everything about her was breathtaking. Just by looking at her made me lose my breath in awe at her. I've never seen a girl so beautiful, kind, and most importantly... Different. Tomoyo wasn't madly in love with me at first sight like all the other girls around here. It actually took her some time to get to know me.

I bit my lip, resisting the urge to kiss her here and now. "Gosh, Tomoyo. Why do you make me feel like this? It's so embarrassing." I muttered, hiding my face in the crook of her neck.

I heard a very, very, familiar giggle. "I didn't know you felt that way towards me, Kaoru-kun..." Her soft, melodic voice whispered in my ear.

My eyes flew open. I stared down at Tomoyo. Impossible, how was she awake?!

"Kaoru-kun, what do you mean by that?" She asked, once again listening to me say my thoughts aloud. "What happened?"

I kept my gaze downward at the floor, "You don't remember?" I asked.

She shook her head. Sighing I placed her on a counter, the others watching my every move. I'm surprised they haven't smothered Tomoyo yet seeing as she was awake now.

I looked straight in her purple eyes. "Tomoyo... Dai beat you up at the casting for Renge's movie, you were injured pretty badly that you went into a coma like state for a few days." I explained shortly, before hugging her tightly. "You worried us to death, especially me, Mori, and you're brother."

Her arms wrapped themselves around my body, "I'm sorry, Kaoru-kun! I didn't mean to make any of you worry! It's my fault for letting him even touch me, I could've stopped him but I was too afraid at the moment! I'm so sorry-"

I placed my lips on hers, silencing her from speaking any further. The urge was too great and this happened to be the perfect moment to kiss her. She tensed at the contact at first, but slowly she melted into the kiss. I pulled back, staring deep in her eyes with a smirk dancing on my lips.

"Sh." I murmured, placing my finger on her lips. "Don't say anything else. It wasn't your fault. We all understand how you must have felt when you saw that bastard there. Still, this might not change anything, but I wanted to tell you Kyoya had Dai arrested and placed in a prison for what he did to you. He's gone." I said, smiling lightly as her eyes were filled with relief.

She launched herself on me. "Thank you, all of you! You guys are the best!" She shouted, pecking my cheek with a blush.

I smirked. "Thank Kyoya, he did most of the work." I said.

"Thanks Kyoya-senpai!" She giggled.

"Hm, no problem. Though, I will have to charge you a fee for making me call the police on a student." He said.

Everyone sweat dropped. "Way to kill the mood, Kyoya." I muttered.

He smiled innocently, "Why thank you, Kaoru. After all, I am fairly good at killing things." Kyoya joked. Or at least I hope he was joking.

I laughed nervously, when suddenly an idea then came to mind.

"Hey, Hikaru!" I shouted over at my brother.

"Huh?" He asked.

"Call Mori and Honey-senpai back over here." I said, glancing at Tomoyo. "They should hear the good news. Plus, I have something to tell them, too."

Hikaru gave me a knowing look, he knew what I was going to tell them, he smiled at me and ran outside to call Mori and Honey-senpai. Thank you, Hikaru. I'll get him something later as a thank you. 10 minutes later, both Mori and Honey-senpai came barging through the door. They ran to Tomoyo and hugged the life out of her. I smirked as Tomoyo squeaked, struggling to get out of their iron grip.

"Momo-chan! You're okay, y-you're back!" Honey-senpai cried in her hospital gown.

"Mo-chan..." Mori muttered, hugging her just as tight as Honey-senpai was.

"I'm g-glad to know y-you both came running t-to me, b-but you're squeezing to t-tightly!" She panted out.

Honey-senpai yelped, both of them pulled away apologizing over and over again. I laughed and walked over to her side, wrapping an arm around her waist, pulling her body to me. I received two death glares in exchange.

I laughed nervously and waved my hands in front of me defensively. "Haha, wait, I can explain! Actually, I have a small proposal." I said.

Kyoya, Tamaki, Renge, Hikaru, and Haruhi walked closer wanting to hear this little proposal of mine. Of course Hikaru already knew. Taking a deep breath, I faced Tomoyo. Since she was still on the counter, I took her hand and placed a kiss on the back of her hand while staring up at her.

"Tomoyo, I really don't have any other way to out this... but I'll try my best." I said, smiling like an idiot. "Ever since the first day I laid eyes on you, I've had this interest in you. We got to know each other pretty well over the past weeks. You're beautiful, kind, smart, and just adorable. I love how you like me for who I am, not for my looks. What I'm trying to say is, I love you, Tomoyo Haninozuka." I said, declaring my love for her in front of her cousin and brother. "Would you be my girlfriend?"

Tomoyo's eyes watered, I frowned thinking I got rejected right off the bat. What I wasn't expecting was her to quickly kiss me on the lips and pull away wiping at her tear stained face. I blinked in confusion. Wasn't she going to reject me...?

"Oh, Kaoru... Yes!" Tomoyo shouted. "I'll be your girlfriend!"

"Tomoyo, I really don't have any other way to out this... but I'll try my best.." Kaoru said, smiling like an idiot. "Ever since the first day I laid eyes on you, I've had this interest in you. We got to know each other pretty well over the past weeks. You're beautiful, kind, smart, and just adorable. I love how you like me for who I am, not for my looks. What I'm trying to say is, I love you, Tomoyo Haninozuka." He said, declaring his love for me in front of my cousin and brother. "Would you be my girlfriend?"

I gasped inwardly at what Kaoru just declared to me. He loved me. Kaoru Hitachiin loves me! My eyes watered. He shared the same feelings I had towards him. This was just perfect! I saw Kaoru frown, probably thinking I was going to say no. I smiled and quickly yet slowly kissed him on the lips before pulling away to wipe the tears off my face.

"Oh, Kaoru... Yes!" I shouted happily. "I'll be your girlfriend!"

He grinned ear-to-ear, "Perfect." Kaoru said, looking over at the two shocked boys right behind him. "But, I still need permission from your brother and cousin first."

I smiled at them, "So, what's your answer? Do I have your permission to date Kaoru?" I asked, kindly.

Honey-nii hesitated. He walked over to me with a small frown on his lips. "Are you sure you want to date him, Momo-chan?" He asked.

I nodded.

He smiled. "Okay then! I approve and so does Usa-chan! How about you Takashi?" Honey-nii asked, glancing at Mori. Mori grunted meaning yes.

I grinned and hugged my brother. "Thank you, Honey-nii, Mori. I love you two so much." I said.

They both smiled at me. "We love you, too." Honey-nii replied, a dark aura surrounding him the next minute. "But, if Kaoru ever hurts you in anyway, I will hurt him myself. Got it?" Honey-nii growled, glaring at Kaoru completely serious about what he said.

"I won't hurt her, Honey-senpai, Mori-senpai. That's the last thing I plan on doing." Kaoru said, softly.

I smiled. "See? And if he did hurt me I would use what you both taught me in kendo." I giggled.

"Good! Now, Kaoru... You better treat her properly or else me and Takashi will teach you a lesson." Honey-nii threatened.

I sweat dropped and looked down. Huh? I'm wearing a hospital gown?

"EEK!" I shrieked, knowing I was practically naked under this thing. "Get out, get out!" I shouted.

"Tomo-chan! What's wrong!?" Haru-chan asked.

"Haru-chan! You stay, all the boys get out!" I ordered, flustered.

Haru-chan walked over to me, as did Kaoru. I glared at him. Did he not understand what I just said?

He pouted. "Why do I have to leave, too?" He whined.

"You just do." I said, and sighed. "Can you please get out, Kaoru-kun?" I asked as sweetly as I could.

He grinned, "That's better, how about a quick peck on cheek?"

I smiled, "Fine." He turned his cheek to me. I leaned in with my eyes partially closed. At the last second, Kaoru, turned his face around making me kiss him on the lips. I pulled away as fast as I could. Flustered, I glared at his sneakiness.

"Kaoru-kun! You're a little cheat!" I shouted after his running figure.

His laughter filled the room and the hospitals halls. "Haha, I know! Me and Hikaru are called the little devils for a reason!" He shouted, the door shutting behind him.

I pouted. "Well, it looks like you two will sure be having some fun." Haru-chan stated. "You guys make such a cute, yet funny couple." She giggled.

"Humph..." I grunted, being defiant for some reason. "I'm going to change out of this nasty thing, Tomo-chan doesn't like this at all!"

I walked into the restroom. "Your clothes are in the drawer!" Haru-chan shouted.

"Okay!"

I grabbed my clothes out of the drawer and changed as fast as I could. So from this day on I'm Kaoru's girlfriend. I smiled. Perfect, I like that. I walked out the bathroom.

"Where to?" She asked.

I grabbed Panda-san who was lying on the ground, and shrugged my shoulders. "I don't know what to do. Do you like ice cream Haru-chan?" I asked.

"Yup, why?" She replied.

"Let's go get some then!" I grinned, my heart beating madly at the thought of Kaoru. "It'll be fun!"
