Addressed to ambrosia salespersons

"This is the One True Fruit —
The jewel that cures all.
Ten thousand pounds apiece —
Elixir eaten raw. 
Ferment it if you wish —
There's heaven in its core."

That is the one true fruit —
A hoax and nothing more.

In Greek and Roman mythology, ambrosia is the food of the gods, granting the consumer immortality. 

For the most part, this poem follows the syllable scheme of the Vietnamese thơ lục ngôn, where each line has six syllables.
