Do - You can inquire about how to share or promote your story, it's natural to want some love on your amazing work. Hard work deserves recognition. Check out the Wattpad Writers forum for some exposure in the Share Your Story thread or fill out our Market submission form.

- You can politely ask someone to review your story and leave feedback. It won't harm your plea to offer the same in return. We love seeing the community help each other to grow and strengthen as writers.

Votes:

Don't - Don't get involved with vote trading, offering votes as a reward or bribing people with votes.

Do - You should only vote if you enjoy/support the story you read. Votes represent your admiration, so show your love and support by pressing that star.

Sharing your story:

Don't - Please don't spam the account with links to your stories - not on the message board nor via PM.

Do - Submit your story via the linked reading list submission form for consideration. If it's approved, the profile will add it to one of their reading lists.

Interacting:

Don't - Please don't spam or harass us. We are not run by computers - there are real people behind the screens, very much like you.

Do - You are absolutely allowed to interact with the team behind our profile. Be tactful and mindful, you never know who you are talking to and it's always appreciated when consideration is taken.

Tact:

Don't - Please don't act out. Everyone lets their emotions run away from them from time to time. It's important to always think before you type and send.

Do - You are entitled to your opinion. However, we advise you to consider your words carefully and wait a moment before responding.

Asking for help:

Don't - Don't forget, it's easy to search for the information you might require. We'd suggest having a look through our guides.

Do - You are always welcome to ask a question and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
