The Amazing Blueberry usually knew exactly what his friend was planning, but he most certainly wasn't expecting -this- of all things. A blind date? Really? The skeleton pinches the bridge of where his nose would be and decides to ask his 'friend' a question.

"Ink, can I ask... why?"

"Why what?" Ink responds with a question.

Had he already forgotten about the blind date? Blue sighs in disbelief, shaking his head. This was going to be a long day, and he knew for a fact Ink's goldfish memory was going to be his downfall one of these days. But for now he may as well go along with this 'date' to humor the small skeleton before him. He really didn't want to, but as they say curiosity killed the cat and he sure was curious to see who Ink paired him with.

It was about that time; he fidgets with his scarf nervously. Should he have told Papyrus about where he was going? No, that wouldn't have been a good idea. He knew for certain that his brother wouldn't approve of him going on a blind date, the taller skeleton was a little overly protective. He crosses a leg over the other, trying to hide his nervousness. He had been sitting there for about five minutes, was the 'date' not relayed to the other person? That's always a possibility. Ink had a knack for forgetting things on the spot, or he forgot to tell the other where the date would be. Both were possible.

Oh! Someone finally sits down in front of him, wait... this looked like... Mutt!? Ok, he was honestly expecting someone he wouldn't be interested in but here was his crush. On a blind date. Set up by Ink of all people. Oh, he was so going to give his 'friend' a good talking to when he sees him...

Their eyes locked, Mutt seemed just as shocked as Blue was which was a huge relief, at least Ink kept their identities a secret and that this was a true blind date. The taller skeleton was at a loss for words as a server brought two cups of water, Blue already ordered ahead. He hoped what he ordered was to his crush's liking, though seeing who it was, he knew the other would be grateful, regardless.

"So... it looks like you're my blind date?" Blue cautiously asks, twirling his thumbs as he waits for a response.

"Y-yeah." Mutt responds with a shy smile. Beads of sweat form on his skull. It seems Blue wasn't the only one nervous about being on a blind date.

When the food arrives, and the awkward tension between them lessens, Mutt looks astonished.

"How'd you know I liked this?" Mutt questions curiously.

"I am amazing after all!" Blue states with a wide grin.

And just like that the tension between the two was gone, the atmosphere was calm as they chatted about their day. Both smiling at the fact that this date of theirs turned out better than either of them expected.

"Hey..." Blue trails off, should he tell the other?

"Hm?" Mutt tilts his head.

It was now or never.

"I've always had a crush on you!"

Blue exclaims and stares at a nearby wall, it was out. He was afraid to see his crush's reaction in fear of his feelings being one sided.

"I..." the taller skeleton pauses for effect then continues, "like you too."

Blue was trembling in excitement! This was -great- news. That meant that they could start dating! He turns his full attention to the other and smiles, receiving a smile in return.

"Maybe we could start-"

Blue was cut off by an orange arm, oh no. His brother was there. And by the looks of it, Mutt's brother was also there.

"Just what the fuck do you two think you're doing?" Razz snarled, his eye lights narrowed. Staring directly into Blue's soul.

Blue could feel a sudden chill run down his spine, "w-we were just on a blind date..."

"A... W H A T?"

Oh no, Razz wasn't happy. Honey casually picks Blue up, and without saying a word carries him out of the establishment. Razz seemed to do the same with Mutt, but instead of carrying he connected a chain to the collar and dragged the taller skeleton away. Blue goes to protest but receives a simple response...

"No."

"But-" Blue tries only to be shushed in the process.

He was having fun too...! At least now he knew Mutt felt the same as him.
