Synopsis:

Byron is a specialist agent who works for a mysteriously unnamed agency that trains specialist agents to combat that world's growth in supervillainry. These specialist agents are no normal humans, but rather have abilities, sometimes beyond comprehension. Byron holds the power of hydrokinesis, the ability to manipulate water. Arrogant and bold with a thirst of revenge against the highest supervillain of all, Byron is unusually and ego-crushingly sent out to recruit the Manipulator, a ghost with some of the strongest powers known to mankind. What the mysterious Manipulator hold in store for him will not only stretch his capabilities but question the good morales he prides himself upon.
