description:
amethyst was, originally, born with no name. her parents, two dark mages, gave her up to a dark guild when she showed no magical ability. they didn't want a weak child, plus, they were paid good money to give her to them.

the dark guild experimented on her, injecting her with all kinds of liquids, hoping that it would set off a chemical reaction within her. they had no idea what they were doing. they didn't even care when the girl cried, screamed and begged to be killed, to be released from their devilious clutches. but none came to her rescue.

and one day, she snapped.

she killed all those that tormented her with a power she could not control, with a power that terrified her, a power that did nothing more than protect its holder.

one day the mages of fairy tail go on a job sent by a neighbouring town. the job was to find the reason for the strange glowing purple light that happened every time at midnight. it was a quick job, one that they could deal with quickly and go home.

what they didn't expect
was to find their soulmate.
