"Yes it feels very convincing!"
He hears Katniss shout. "I'm going to eat."
Her stomping can be heard in the kitchen where Haymitch was at.
He was getting ready to pour another drink when she finally entered, her skirt hiked up above her thighs.
"Tsk tsk Manners!" Haymitch says in a very fake capitol accent as she drops her hold on her skirt. She glares at him.
"It was just a joke!" He exclaimed as he made his way towards Katniss' room. Sitting on her bed was Effie still in shock over what just happened. "So.. uh how are the lessons on manners going, Doll?"
