The Holy Spirit in the life of the Believer is the real difference. We should never live like people who are not aware of His awesome presence. We need the Holy Spirit to function in this life we live. Life is Spiritual. Spirituality is what matters. Its the most important aspect of our lives.

-It is the Spirit that gives life. The flesh doesn't give life. The words I told you are spirit, and they give life.
John 6:63 NCV

The Holy Spirit gives us life. What does this mean? It means that the Holy Spirit is the one in charge of making our Spiritual lives have life. Everything dead can be resurrected through the power of the Holy Spirit. Our prayer lives. Our quiet times with the Lord. Our relationship with our Lord Jesus can only have life through the power of the Holy Spirit.

 
The Holy Spirit is the One who gives us the zeal to continue walking on this Earth. Why do people forsake the the Lord? Why do people suddenly just stop seeking God? When we are not conscious of the power of God, we can live our lives anyhow. But through the power of the Holy Spirit, we can continue to minister to the Lord with our lives.

 
-Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,
Jude 1:24 NKJV

God can keep us from falling or stumbling. But we need to be conscious of the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives.  So what can we conclude here? Christianity without the Holy Spirit is dead. With the Holy Spirit, it is alive. The Holy Spirit causes us to be alive in God at all times.
