We went back to the table as the song dancing in the streets came to an end, Mike hadn't touched his drink nor did Will, I went over to mine and chugged it down like a shot. Wiping the sweat off my forehead.

"C'mon you lot, get up let's go dance!" I said, cheering a couple kids looked at me weirdly, I just hid behind my chair and sniggered.

"Well I can't dance for shit," Mike said, slouching in his chair a little.

"Okay well for one song?" I asked, he shook his head.

"Mike, I suggest you do because the slow songs will come on in a minute and then none of you will be able to dance unless you find someone to dance with then, be my guest," I said, holding my hands up. "Just somebody come dance?" I asked, Max was worn out so fair enough, Lucas said no even though I've seen him dance better than me.

"Okay one song," Mike said. I cheered and looked at anyone else.

"Me again," Max said and then they all just decided to get up and dance but stayed near the table. Playing footloose and only when you leave, Mike didn't go as crazy as the majority of us did, Max and I were crazy, Lucas showed off some tricks and Will decided to try but fell on his ass and we all laughed but helped him up and kept dancing.

There was still no dustin, he had his outfit bought before any of us and he wasn't late at school so I guess we just hoped he'd be here. Mike was more focused on Eleven, he was really hoping she'd come, I was going to tell him about riding past mirkwood and could see into her, she had been given a dress and shoes from hopper also a letter; hopper told her that she was allowed to go but that's where it basically stopped but I just decided not tell him a it can be a surprise for him, I'm not sure how she'll register in but hopefully she can get here.

Mike then went to sit down, same for lucas, he was worn out, max too, leaving me and Will the two left dancing.

"I might go sit at the table," he said walking back, I grabbed his hands and moved him closer to me.

"C'mon one dance together?" I asked he shook his head. "Why?" I wined and still shook his head.

"I'm saving it for later," he said, I moaned and went back to the table.

"Me too but oh well," I said, wiping the sweat onto my fluffy jacket.

"Man, can Dustin get here any later?" Lucas said looking at the door seeing only students coming through the door and teachers registering them in.

"I wonder what he's doing?" Max said.

"I swear to shit if he's steve I wouldn't be suprised," I said
