About week later Kari woke up to the song of a fletchling and sat up with a stretch, got dressed then went to the big cave that was dubbed "Orb cave" by the girl and went to see Arceus. Kari waved at the pokemon and blinked at the orb which showed a map of earth.

"Kari, are you ready to hear what you must do?" Arceus asked and Kari nodded with a gulp. "You must go to this location," the big orb began to zoom in to one of America's government bases. "And figure out what they have discovered about the opposing side then go here," the map zoomed out then zoomed into a government base in Syria. "And see what they have figured out about the other side. Take plan copies and get in then out without being detected. Alright? I will be sending Latios and Latias as well as Darkrai with you for help." Kari nodded then went and grabbed her bag then went to the gateway between the pokemon realm and the earth then looked to see that she was the only one there at the time. So Kari sat her bag down and took a seat for a moment and waited for a while.

Not too long later Darkrai, Latios and Latias came to the gate and looked at her.

"Ready to go Kari?" Latios asked while Kari grabbed her bag.

"Yup... My bag is heavier than I expected... Oh well..." Kari shrugged and got on Latios's back and the four were on their way.

Once Kari and the group arrived on earth near their destination Latios let Kari down and then looked around the area with Latias to see where the guards were stationed. Kari and Darkrai then went around to a door that was not heavily guarded. They went in and hid quickly in the shadows.

"We need to find a map of the whole place." Kari whispered to Darkrai. "That way we can find where those papers are."

"That would be a wise decision." Darkrai said then melded into the shadows while Kari stayed quiet and stiff as she watch a guard walk past. When the guard was gone the two came out of hiding then went onward to look for a map.

"Hey, you!" Called a male voice. Kari was spotted. Kari gulped and turned around. "Why are you here? Where are your parents?" He asked and Kari thought to herself as a plan formed. She glanced over to the shadow Darkrai had melded into then back at the guard.

"Oh, uh... I think they're in a room with uh, uuuummmm... A lot of papers." Kari replied to the guard, playing her cute card. The man blinked then escorted Kari to the room she was talking about then watched her as she looked around for her parents. "Uh-oh..." Kari whined then sniffled. The guard went to calm her down which gave Darkrai, who traveled by shadow, time to take some copies of the things they needed and then leave. Kari saw Darkrai leave then sniffled. "I... I think they're outside... I'll go look for them now, thank you." Kari smiled then trotted outside to see Darkrai, Latios and Latias hidden near by.

"You got the stuff?" Latias asked and Darkrai nodded. Kari picked up her bag, which was surprisingly lighter now, then got on Latios's back and went to the other base, took the papers and then went back to the pokemon realm. When Kari got off of Latios she looked around for a certain pokemon.

"Where's Mew and Ace?" Kari asked since the two wanted to wait for Kari until she got back, or at least that was what Mew told her. Soon Kari gasped. "Latios I need to go back!" She called then got onto Latios again and went back to the human world with worry. She raced towards the American government base and then looked around.

"RIII!!!"

"AAAAAHHH!!!" Kari heard two screams then saw a soldier chasing Ace and Mew around the area. Kari gulped then went and grabbed both of them quickly then ran away so she could avoid an unneeded fight.

"Stop!" The soldier called and Kari ran faster. Kari gulped then Ace nuzzled her sadly saying "thank you" as she ran. Latios quickly came in and grabbed the two then flew off.

"I think this just put a dent in the plan..." Latios sighed as he flew back to the Pokèmon realm. Kari gulped and sighed. Once they had landed Kari got off of Latios then put Ace down as well as Mew. Kari looked them over with a small frown.

"Are you two alright?" She asked and Ace nodded while Mew gulped.

"Well... They took some if my fur while I was trying to get away." Mew gulped and Kari sighed in relief but Latios went wide eyed in shock.

"Mew, are you serious! You out of all Pokèmon!! Now the humans have your DNA which means they can make whatever Pokèmon they can!" Latios yelled in anger. "This is bad, real bad!" Latios gulped while Kari gasped lightly. Mew frowned then lowered his head in defeat. "I need to inform Arceus right away. Kari come with me. You know a lot about the human world so you could provide us with the information we need." Latios stated and Kari nodded.

"Alright." Kari said then looked at Ace, who stared at Kari sadly. "Hey, don't worry about it. I'm just glad you're safe." She giggled and took something out of her pocket. It was a regular bandana that was a nice silver color. Kari tied it onto his head like a ninja headband and smiled. "There. You like it?" Ace nodded and held the bandana with both of his hands. Kari giggled then walked with Latios to the Orb cave then went in.

"We have a situation." Latios said to the big orb that began to glow brightly and Arceus appeared in it.

"What kind of situation?"

"Mew snuck down to earth and some of his fur was taken while he was running away." Arceus sighed and shook his head slightly in disappointment.

"How long until they finish the DNA tests?" He asked then Kari chimed in.

"Well, first they'll need permission to do so then they will need some time since it is of a Pokèmon and nothing they know. From what I've learned about DNA I would guess, under normal conditions, four hours. But this is Mew we are talking about so they might take more than one and do many other things so we will need to factor that in. I'd say about three weeks until they are through with every one of their tests. Give or take based on how advanced the technology they're using is." Kari informed. She was a little surprised that Arceus knew that humans could do DNA tests. Arceus nodded then sighed.

"Very well. I will send you out again in one week so you can see their progress and act accordingly. In that time span I suggest you think on some things and relax. If you would like you may go down and visit your friend for sometime." Arceus stated. He apparently knew about Shade. Kari blinked as a small smile came across her face.

"Will I be able to tell her about this? She could help us." Kari informed and Arceus sighed lightly.

"If you think she could help then you may tell her. But make sure she knows it is a secret." With that the orb went dull and Kari giggled happily and went out of Orb cave and to play with the Pokèmon for a while. Latios sighed and left the cave.

"Arceus... What are you doing exactly? Kari is a human child, she is unfit for this. Why bring her into this problem?" He thought to himself then went to his area to rest.
