Dush's eyes goes wide in shock as soon as he open the main door of his house to enter ,his eyeballs jump out while he ran to the stairs ,where kavin was lying unconscious ,blood was oozing from his head and it somehow look like he tripped from stairs .

Dush check his low breathings before picking him up and running to guest room.

He took out his mobile before calling the doctor at home as it wasn't safe for him to went hospital.

"hello...dr. main insp dushyant cid se....ji...aap please mere ghar phauchiye jldi"dushu rambles and pull away from the call.

He look at kavin and moves to take some water,he sprinkled some water on kavin's face and kavin steer slightly before fluttering his eyes to open them.

Kavin whimper holding his head and look at dushu with loomy eyes.Dush let out a sigh of releif , kavin close his eyes tightly and try to sit up but dush stop him and made him lay properly.

"doctor ko call kiya hai maine..aate hi honge"dush inform and kavin just whine in pain in response.

Door bell rang and dushu look at kavin "doctor aa gye"he inform before running to open the door,he got suprise seeing his father with doctor.

"dush ye doctor-"his father started but dush stop him .
"baad me explain krunga....doctor plz-"after getting a nod from his father dush gesture doctor to follow him ...

Trio come in kavin's room who visibly was in pain and blood was covering the bedsheet.Acp's heart drop as he look at younger who was looking at him with tears in his eyes.

Acp would ran to him before doctor but he control himself by clutching his fist together.Doctor make kavin sit with help of dush ,dush hold him in sitting position whose head was spinning.

Soon doctor done his first aid and after getting his payment he moves from the house.Acp also walk back to guest room after giving doctor a goodbye company.

Acp purse his lips together as he saw younger with a bandage around his head and sitting leaning on dush.

"dushyant tum khana order kr lo ...main hu yha-"Acp interrupt earning a nod from dushu.

Acp moves to kavin and sat near him ,dushu leave his hand as well shoulder.Acp took younger's hand and wrapped his arm protectively around his shoulder before making him lay down who fastly close his eyes already under the effect of medics.

Acp caress his bangs back off his forehead in deep thoughts himself .
How kavin fell down the stairs ?what happend ? Who is attacking him rapidly as well?

Thinking that Acp look at the bag kavin has taken with him which was open and clothes was scattered out . Acp walk to the bag and put the clothes back in a well manner when a small bottle touch his fingers ,acp took out the bottle from the pile of clothes and his whole world take a turn .

It was bottle of poison the same one in start kavin has attacked by ...But little did acp don't know is kavin himself take in the poison .Acp gulp and look at the innocent looking latter sleeping soundly unware of the fact his cards are visible and scattered in front of acp.

"Dad khana aa gya hai -"dush inform as soon he enter in guest room .He look at his father who was looking like a statue  , glued on floor.

Dush knit his eyebrow together and touch his father's shoulder who got startled and look at dush.

"kya hua??"dush ask in slight worry.

Acp show dushu the small bottle of glass ,dush's eyes goes wide as he kept his hand on his mouth preventing the sequal lefting his lips.

"dad...its not true"he mumbled looking at sleeping kavin.

acp moves out of room followed by dush."dad...listen...ye ho hi nhi skta...kv khud hi kyo-"dush ramble stopping acp .

"ye ho nhi skta dushyant ..yhi hua hai..sab natak tha ...sabb...CID walo ko bewakoof bnaya hai usne...thats it "acp grit his teeth in anger.

"dad..aisa bhi toh ho skta hai na...ki ...ki attacker ne kv ko fsane k liye ye sab-"dush try to make a point to make his ownself understand it can't be true..

"tum uske liye itna feel kyo kr rhe ho...aur rhi baat fsane ki toh ,vo fsne wali cheez hai hi nhi"Acp mutter chewing his inner cheek.

"plz dad...i m sure ye-"duah again started but got cut by angry acp.

"shut it dush...band kro uski waqalat krna.."acp yell pulling out his mobile and walking to his room without having food, leaving a teary dush behind.

Kavin gulp the lump down to his throat as he eyed the bottle in front of him lying on the glass table ,acp in front of him and dushu sitting near him and abhidaya at side of acp,as always.

"explain this thing ..."Kavin let out a shaky breathe at the question of acp.

He knew they has come to know all his game as well his plan has failed.

"kyo kiya tumne ye drama"Daya question slamming his both hands on table making kavin jump.

"kya chahte ho tum..maksad kya hai tumhara?"abhi continued as he take a round around kavin's couch.

"dekho ..kv agar koi tumhe fsane ki koshish kr rha hai ...we gonna help you"Dushu says softly ,rubbing younger's back a little .

Sweat beads make their way down to his temple as he look up at his father and tears sparkle in his eyes like diamonds .

"dush ..come here..usse as a family member treat krna band kro"acp yell at his older  son whose heart was telling him to hug the younger he himself don't know why
..

Its only been some days he met him and but feels like he knew the younger from enternity .He can feel every bit of kv's feeling but neverthless he moves to his father.

"dekho kv..agar tumne sab kuch sach nhi btaya toh hume dusre tareeke se puchna padega"Daya mutter visibly annoyed by younger's silence as well impatient.

Kavin play with his finger and lick his dry lips"i-i do-don't know"he mutter in a low voice barely audible to others.

"huh??"Abhijeet let out a vibration of confusion.

"I don't know~"kavin let out a sob with a yelling voice as tears flow down his chubby cheeks.

"what you mean about you don't know?"Dush ask in a confused but soft voice.

"khi ...collage k drugs raket me tumhara hath toh nhi-"daya ask in hurry.Kavin shook his head.

"drugs raket me collage k dean or trustee mr.subh ka hath hai...vo sab maine nhi kiya"kavin says ,solving the case in blinks ,all officers look at each other before acp nod at abhi who pull out his phone texting his team mates about culprit.

"toh phir tum yha kyo aaye ho..ye sab..kudh pe attack krwana.."acp mutter in a low voice but audible.

Kavin bite his lower lip as more tears stained his face ..
