"Hey boss!"

Yuki Tsunoda smiled brightly as he entered his garage of AlphaTauri to see his Team Principal, Sakura Aoki walking around with a large cup of herbal tea in her hand.

"Hello Yukino, how are you doing, kiddo?"

Sakura gave her young driver a soft smile as her eyes sparkled at him, since he was always so cheerful which was something that she loved about the small boy.

"I'm great!" Yuki beamed as he walked up to his team principal to give her a hug, which was something that he always did. "I have just finished my workout so I thought that I would come to see you."

Sakura lifted one of her hands up to ruffle the black hair of the Japanese boy as she released a chuckle.

"And the first thing that you do is hug me? Thanks Yuki, I always love being covered in my drivers sweat."

Yuki smiled sheepishly at the elder Japanese, as he gently brought his shoulders up as he raised them. "Sorry."

"Was the workout good? No pulled muscles or strains?" Sakura questioned as she took a sip from her hot cup of herbal tea, since it was her favorite.

"Nope! I'm all good, boss!" Yuki raised his hand in to the air to fist bump the air, enciting a small smile and a quiet chuckle from the Aoki woman.

"Then you have to make sure that you eat well so that we can get you some points at the race." Sakura spoke to the young boy in a mothering tone, before she squinted her eyes at him.

Her eyes caught what she could tell was the left overs of some chocolate that the Tsunoda boy must have eaten, since it was all around his mouth.

Yuki squirmed as his team principal pulled out a handkerchief from her pocket to wipe the chocolate away from his face, since he did not realise that he had not wiped his mouth free of leftover food.

"Yukino, stay still." Sakura laughed as she gently shook her head from side to side, smiling happily as the boy squirmed and attempted to get away from her handkerchief.

"No!" Yuki released a laugh as he felt his cheeks being squished together by the hand of his team principal, as she wiped the excess food away.

"There. Jeez, kiddo, you really know how to fidget, don't you?" The Japanese woman laughed as she shook her head from side to side once more, before she brought her hand back up to his head to ruffle his black hair.

"My mom always said the same thing." Yuki admitted as he laughed, since he knew that his boss always acted as if she was his mother, and he always treated her as if she was his second mother.

His mother felt calm knowing that whilst she lived in Japan, that her son had somebody else looking after him and mothering him, and making sure that he would eat well and get a good night sleep every single night.

"We know best, what can we say?"

"You can say that I'm better than Pierre!" Yuki grinned mischievously, seeing his team principals eyes sparkle.

"You know that I can't say that. I love both of my boys exactly the same." Sakura watched the young boy roll his eyes teasingly at her.

"Thanks boss, we love you too."

Pierre Gasly laughed loudly as he walked in to the garage of AlphaTauri and approached his team principal and team mate.

"My favorite little French man, how are you doing today?" Sakura smiled as her other driver walked up to her and gave her a gentle hug.

"Good thanks boss, I have just been with Charles, I hope that you don't mind." Pierre spoke with a soft smile, since he knew that his team principal definitely did not mind.

Whilst a lot of other Team Principals would often make sure that their drivers were always in their garages and not with other drivers in other garages, Sakura was different.

Sakura would happily let her drivers spend time with their friends from different garages and would even let those drivers in to her garage if they were bored, since she had set up a room in the garage where a lot of the drivers could do things such as gaming, football, basketball and many other things.

"How's Charlie doing? Is he eating enough at Ferrari? Are they starving him? Because there's more than enough food here for him if they do." Sakura smiled at the mention of the Monégasque driver who was driving for Ferrari.

Charles Leclerc was one of her favorite drivers, who weren't her own of course, since he would always treat her as if she was a friend of his.

Charles was always fond of the Aoki woman, and when he would occasionally miss his mother, who lived in Monaco, he would go to the Team Principal of his best friend and find that she would cheer him up simply by caring for him in the same way that his mother did.

She hadn't meant to create a group of drivers who would look up to her as if she was their second mother, but she couldn't help it.

She always wanted the best for the drivers, since she knew just how nice and sweet a lot of the drivers were.

She hadn't meant to basically have ten sons, even if they weren't biological, but she knew that she wouldn't go back either.

She loved all them.

She loved her boys.

"Hey Sakura."

"Hello Lewis, is everything okay?"

Lewis Hamilton smiled happily at the AlphaTauri boss as he had been walking through the paddock when the Japanese woman had exited her garage.

"Yeah I was just on my way to see Sebastian."

Sakura nodded her head up and down as she stared at the Hamilton man. "Ah, well you have to tell Sebastian that he is still more than welcome to visit my garage. He's a hero for my team in my eyes."

Lewis released a small laugh as he too nodded his head up and down. "I will. Am I welcome too?"

"Of course you are, as is little Roscoe."

Lewis watched as a bright smile began to coat the features of the Aoki woman as she waved at a figure who was walking through the paddock.

"Hey, Sak!"

"Hi Daniel!"

Daniel Ricciardo waved at his friend before he entered the Mclaren garage, since he had a meeting that he had to attend.

"Sorry Lewis, that was rude of me." Sakura apologised to the Mercedes driver as he shrugged his shoulders nonchantly.

"It's Daniel. No it wasn't."

The two of them laughed together since they were both on good terms with the Australian Mclaren driver, since he was incredibly friendly and likeable.

It was similar to his friendship with Sakura, since the two of them were fairly similar in age, with the Aoki woman being only a handful of years older than him.

Lewis Hamilton saw the Aoki woman as an older sister at times, since she would often give him some vegan food if he was super busy on a day in the paddock.

Part of him wondered if she was doing it with all of the drivers on the grid, but he knew that she was, since she was an incredibly nice person who just wanted all of the drivers to have enough food.

Most of which, was cooked by hand by the AlphaTauri Team Principal.

"Anyway, I have to go and see the big boss, so I will let you go and tell Sebastian to come and visit me." Sakura winked playfully at the Hamilton man as he laughed, watching as she walked towards the Red Bull garage to meet their team principal, Christian Horner.

He hoped that Sakura would stick around as a team principal for a while, since she was his favorite.

He just hoped that his team principal wouldn't find that out.
