When you have a broken heart, it isn't just 

your heart that aches. It is your whole body. 

Your rib cage that is supposed to protect 

your fragile heart will cave in and hurt like 

hell. Your chest will feel bruised and you 

will have difficulty breathing when you have 

a broken heart. Your legs will feel like lead 

weights as you walk around school 

pretending that you are okay. Your stomach

aches when you have a broken heart because 

the pain travels around your body until the 

pain reaches your brain and you finally collapse.
