Here it is!!
You've said to use pastel so I used coffee color along with some creamy tint to make it look cute.

The face claim I've used in Emma Watson. I've vextorized it to make it look aesthetic.

Here dress is white, but it won't match my bg so I turned it to light grey. Rest all is accordingly.

Rest all resources are made by me, including the background. I've also added a watermark on the vector, is that okay?
