Slight shuffling was heard in the room, where a tiny person lay somewhat asleep
Tossing and turning around in the middle of the night, shifting from position to position just to rest their tired body but to no avail

Whining and tiredly shuffling out of the blanket and switching the sides of the bed, they lay down again, eyes still droopy and a frown on their face.

Too cold.

Harshly putting the blanket on their body and wrapping themselves like a tiny burrito, whining a little.

Too hot.

With a loud whine, they woke up, sleep present in their eyes but unable to sleep. Making their way to the washroom, switching the light on only to squint at the extreme brightness after staying in the dark for too long. After splashing water on their face, the small human groggily made their way to the living room.

It would've been dark as the rest of the dorm they were living in, except for one male sitting on the couch with his dear precious treasure. His laptop.

'Channie'

it came out as a mere whisper(but a slightly gruff voice) but still could be heard due to the quietness of the room and it caught the attention of the male.

'Ah!STAY, why are you awake at this time of the night? Shouldn't you be asleep?'

he spoke with a soft tone.

Trudging down the hallway, tiny feet barely causing any sound, STAY made their way to Bang Chan and collapsed beside him, cuddling into his shoulder/back, inhaling the sweet scent of his hoodie that somehow made their eyes droopy again.

'couldn't sleep, uneasy and uncomfy'

STAY murmured, voice muffled a little bit.

'STAY?'

a yellow furball popped out from behind the wall. Soon 7 other furballs popped out too.

'STAY no okie?'

The quokka questioned. The way the sentence was put together made Chan and STAY giggle at the adorable cuties. They spoke and acted just like toddlers would, it was endearing to watch how they would jump in happiness when they achieved something and how they would make a gloomy room shine with their child-like innocence. That is what the members and STAY adored about them.

STAY just shook their head, their hair(which was gone in all directions) moving slightly with the movement.

'Then, STAY hurt?'

the fox questioned. The puppy gasped.

'STAY hurt again?'

Chan smiled softly and shook his head.

'STAY is not hurt baby, they just couldn't sleep'

8 gasps echoed through the quiet dorms. They knew how much effort STAY took to show their support for Stray Kids. Hence it was obvious they needed sleep.

'STAY unea-un-un-' the rabbit tried questioning. (Keyword, tried)

'Uneasy, Yep Leebit, I'm feeling uneasy again'

STAY spoke, lifting their head from Chan's shoulder and looking up at the now pouting rabbit. Oh well, he at least tried to say the word.

The 8 skzoos made eye contact and immediately formed a circle for discussing something unknown to Bang Chan and STAY. Hushed voices, whispers, a few glances were thrown at Chan and STAY(which confused them but they were still smiling softly) and finally, they nodded their heads.
Bringing their hands to the center and doing a small cheer, they ran in all directions.

Some going in STAY's room, the others in their own leaving a very confused Chan and an equally confused STAY.

5 Skzoos came marching from STAY's room, 3 holding a blanket, tripping over it sometimes, but still marching and 2 carrying either end of the pillow, Dwaekki seemed to have come back from Changbin's room, with a plushie, Changbin's plushie, Gyu, to be more precise. How did he get it? Well, the author didn't question, so neither will you.

I have my air fryer ready if anyone touches Dwaekki for questioning him.

Soon everyone had at least one way or another comfort item in their hands. Throwing the blanket on STAY and placing the pillow underneath their head, skzoo made themselves comfortable around or in STAY's warm embrace

Some clung onto their arms, while some snuggled their faces in their soft hair. All 9 pairs of eyes now turned to Chan who was silently witnessing this. Till the wolf spoke

'Sing?'

'You want me to sing?'

'Mhm, hugs too' The chick whispered, letting out a yawn shortly after.

'mhm okay, hugs for baby STAYs and skzoo, Channie loves you'

'We love you too, Channie'

STAY whispered, a few (sleepy) murmurs of agreement and affection coming from the now tired skzoos, who were yawning and had droopy eyes.

Chan started quietly singing a soft tune, humming occasionally when he couldn't remember certain lyrics of the song.
Slowly pulling STAY and the skzoo in his lap as he smiled softly at them, steady breathes and rhythmic movement of their body indicating they had slipped into a peaceful slumber.

Shutting down the laptop(after saving his work), deciding to complete the work later on in the studio and let the adorable cuties sleep as he kept humming the tune, STAY and the 8 furries cuddling up to him and letting the content smiles adorn their faces as they kept going deeper into the world of dreamland.

Soon enough, Chan fell asleep too. A soft smile decorated his face.

Hushed whispers, coos, and giggles were heard around the room. Sunlight filtered through the window as Chan squinted his eyes. Checking his surroundings, he noticed the skzoo and STAY still asleep and when he looked up, he saw the members, clicking photos (flash off, of course) and giggling at the adorable sight.

Chan smiled softly, he loved the kids a lot and it showed in his eyes. His dimples became more prominent and deeper as his smile widened at Skzoo waking up.

'hey STAY, wake up wake up wake up '

The little pigbunny whined. The other 7 joining. Mischievous little Leebit even jumping a little.

STAY groaned but woke up nonetheless. Rubbing their eyes and lifting their body a little bit, they smiled at everyone. A sleepy smile but still a smile.

And then went limp again and closed their droopy eyes again.

'Time for breakfast ' Jisung called out

'MINE!'

8 creatures screamed as they raced to the dining table, where the cereal was. The chocolate-flavored cereal which has different shapes made their eyes sparkle, as they started eating their breakfast, not before thanking Jisung for the food. (good manners)

'Thank you Jisung-ie, STAY needs rest, they worked hard'

Felix said. Hums of agreement came from the members as they smiled at STAY who was curled up in the blanket, hair sticking out making them look like a center-shocked baby* and a sleepy smile on their face.

'Stray kids, I love you' STAY murmured.

'We love STAY too' 8 whispers came out.

'Us too' Tiny voices came from around the dining area.

Yes, they were happy. And that was all that mattered.

Cutie_pie_mochi had sent me this image on discord and I got the idea from there.
I also have been wanting to write now but couldn't bcuz now I have to prepare for 10th grade which means I will have my boards as well
I will try to write but not as a burden, as my hobby, so only in meh free time

Anyways that's a short note on how the idea was and stuff
