Francis

" Francis", I heard Z say,coming up to me to touch me and she did, while shaking me. However, I was unmoving as I was just staring at everyone. As I was staring they were all looking at me strangely.

"Are you okay?", Z asked. It seemed as if not a minute had passed since I was teleported to that strange realm.
"What just happened?", I asked, still in shock as I processed everything.

"What do you mean?You were gonna start talking about the plan when you suddenly stopped", Z answered.

"Yes you're right but that's not even the thing I-I was just talking to the creator".
The sisters shared a look then came towards me. "Creator as in 'the creator?' ".

I looked at them and nodded and said "Yes the creator, the creator of all of us, he showed me something like a vision about my supposed

great,great,great,great,great grandfather who got the gene but it was dormant until me. He told me that I am supposed to put the worlds together again as one."

"Wait what?".

"Please tell me you're joking".

"There's no way".

"How is that even possible?".

" I knew you were the chosen one but I never thought you were chosen for this".

Everyone started talking at once, overpowering each other's voice.

"SILENCE!", I demanded,knocking my hand on the post and everyone immediately stopped talking. As the building shook.

"The worlds are to become one again and it is my destiny to do so but first we have to work on getting the dragon core back. I think that the core might be the puzzle needed to end all this and start anew".

I looked at Z "Do you have any idea where Maximus could be hiding it?".
She thought for a minute and shook her head, "No Cass, I'm sorry".

Disappointed, I nodded. "It's okay, we will just have to find it on our own".
"Is that how you're going to put the worlds back together?", Cinco asked.
I nodded. "Yes, I think it might have the power to do so.

According to all the clues I have towards that thing. But anyway,here's what we're going to do. The first plan didn't work out because we didn't know what to expect, now we do.

I still have my powers and I'm assuming the Queens still have theirs since they didn't get into contact with the Dragon core. We are going to go in as two groups. Queen Eudoxia, Z, Cinco and I will go from where I went last time and Queen Fae, Blake,

Gaiah,Aquata and Fray will enter from the front. We will search the castle while you guys distract them from the front or try to get in and search if you can. Remember people are dying as we speak, we need to hurry."

"Yes, I was informed from Captain Michaelson, a friend of mine and a person who is helping us in the battlefield that they were holding off as much as they could but soon they won't be able to fight much longer.

I convinced some of the council members to go do what they can to help the people, not everyone agrees with king Maximus and his madness.", Queen Eudoxia answered.

I nodded. "Okay let's go".
"Wait, if we get the dragon core what do we do with it?", Blake asked.
"If you manage to retrieve it I'll find you", I answered.

"Okay, but do we even know what it looks like?"

"I think I do, now come on", Fray answered for me.

We went outside and I opened a portal to the front of the castle and let them go through, then opened another one to the back. Z was the first to step forward. "Let's do this", she said as she walked through. Queen Eudoxia smiled as everyone else followed.

The palace was dark and it looked extra empty today as if there was no one and this felt really unusual because every time I was here in the past there was someone.

Even the guards who were normally at the front of the door weren't there and if I dropped a pin in this place it would echo back like the sound of a big drill going through a wall.

"Hey Francis, this seems like a trap", Cinco said looking up into the ceiling.
"Yeah that was what I was thinking too", Z said. "It seems my father suspected our arrival soon".

"I agree with everyone Francis' ', Queen Eudoxia said.

"Yes but, I'm not surprised though, he still has something we want and he knows we won't give up easily, but to be on the safe side, keep quiet we can't really alert them of our every move too much", I said looking around my surroundings every few seconds.

"They might be watching us already", Z said as we came to the throne room.
"This is strange",Z said, looking at the large mirrors lining the walls of the throne room.

I nodded " Yes it is, I don't remember the throne room looking like this".
"What is supposed t-", Cinco was saying, was cut short all of a sudden due to the appearance of King maximus in all of the mirrors.

"Francis boy you have come", he said laughing at me.

"Oh and I see you brought friends. Those are who you brought really?, that's all you got?", his laughter turns to something sort of maniac. Then his laugh came to a stop upon noticing Queen Eudoxia.

"Eudoxia, I didn't see you there. Sorry I couldn't pay you your respect. But I have better things to attend to", he said looking at us.

"I want nothing from you. You are evil and it's Queen Eudoxia for you", Queen Eudoxia said with an angry look.

"Not for long", he said as lavender gas released from the four corners of the throne room as he suddenly disappeared.

" Cover your nose", I shouted quickly to stop them from inhaling as I quickly put up a shield to trap us inside as a protective barrier.

"Francis Good work.This was confirmation that this was what he got to stop our powers last time. Dirty bastard", Cinco said, hissing his teeth.
After the gas cleared my shield burst open,just then Queen Eudoxia shot something from an object that looked like a gun.

It looked like she made it from thin air. The beam shot to one of the mirrors but it bounced off.

"You think you can find me, you're a joke Eudoxia", King Maximus said as he laughed some more.

"Shut up you", I said in a cold tone as I used my ice powers on the mirror to freeze it and I placed a time stopping spell on it to stop him from moving if he is in one of the mirrors.

I made a sword from fire and ice as I then teleported towards the middle mirror where I noticed a slight difference from the others to smash it and it burst open as Maximus' body fell to the ground.

Behind Maximus,multiple guards came out the mirror with him. As they quickly caught his body and healed him.

I watched the ice lift off his body when I noticed Cinco in the corner of my eye trying to make himself invisible so I blended the shadows towards him to strengthen his powers.

"Francis, look out!",Z said as the guards came towards me when she suddenly transformed into a giant breaking all the other mirrors in the process and held the guards in the palm of her hands and flug them against the mirrors that were now shattered on the ground.

"Woah!"Cinco and I said simultaneously.

We looked up at her in shock, she looked huge but she seemed to alter her size to fit the room but she was still pretty big.

I was about to tell her she looked great when I was cut off by Maximus standing up holding his side.

"Our powers are back,heck yes", I heard Cinco shouted.

"Francis, who knew you were so smart? And to think I thought it would take you a while to figure me out".

"I'm a lot stronger and smarter than you think, now give me the dragon core", I said getting to the point.
Maximus only smiled.

"You really think you won huh? Asking me to give you the dragon core. You aren't a winner boy because here's the thing about winning. Chosen one, you must be able to make sacrifices,to kill. Something you're not capable of so how about we skip the part where we fight and let's just be Allies.

Imagine the damage we could do together, with your power and my ruthlessness we could rule the world, or both worlds rather. We would just need to get rid of Queen Bee back there and her sister and the power would be all ours.

"What do you say?"

"Are you kidding? I would never join you and your madness".

Maximus sighed, "I knew you were going to say that but oh well, it was worth a try", he said shrugging.

"Don't say I didn't give you a chance, guess you'll have to burn with everyone else. He said as he pulled out a knife and forced a piece of golden chip metal inside a gap between the blade of the knife and it suddenly transformed into a sword.

" Lets see how you can handle this",he said, coming at me as I wondered what was that. I immediately took action.

"Let's end this", I said.
