"Can you just stop it already, we're going to wait on Francis".

"Hey you, who do you think you are bossing us around?".

"Someone who is a lot stronger than you".

"Oh yeah, just how strong are you without your powers?".

Blake was pointing his finger in Z 's face and Aquata was trying to pull them apart when Fray and I walked in.
"Blake, get your hands out of the girl's face, God knows where it's been", Fray said as we went inside.

"Heyy, my hands are very clean. I wash them as soon as they're dirty", Blake answered looking offended.

Fray didn't answer, she just smiled. I was sensing that there was something going on between them. They seem to be a lot closer than the others however I also sensed that with Cinco too in the beginning.

By now everyone had seen that we came in and turned around to give us their full attention. Fray had now joined everyone and gave me the floor.
I took a look at Z and saw that she was looking at me in question. I nodded to her and she replied by nodding back.

Moments like these make me glad that I found her and that she would be mine forever. I thought about how my time here wasn't exactly the smoothest, a lot of things happen not just to me but to everyone around me especially my best friend but I have faith that we will make it out in the end.

I cleared my throat and looked back at everyone. Fray gave me a thumbs up and I began speaking. "As you all know, I haven't been the best leader for you guys, as a matter of fact I know that Kyke is so much better at this than I am and I know that you all are looking up to me now to do what's right in Kyle's absence but I just want you all to know that I am here, giving it my best shot so even though we may not have gotten him here at this moment we still have a chance to make things right.

This time we will have a back up plan for our back up plan. King Maximus had been thinking that we are weak and below him. But we are going to show him today that powers or not we are indestructible, but only if we work together. What do you say?".

"Nice speech chosen one but, do you have room for more?".

I quickly turned around and was surprised to see Queen Faeryn and Queen Eudoxia standing behind me looking powerful like true Queens.
Everyone gasped.

I looked back around to see everyone paying obeisance to their Queens. I also bowed out of respect.

"Wha-what are you doing here your majesties?", I said once we all finished bowing.

Queen Faeryn laughed. "Did you forget that you were the one that suggested I go visit my sister to stop this war?".

"Oh Yes, right of course, I remember", suddenly having a mini flashback.

I turned around and everyone was just staring at us "Well Queen Faeryn and Queen Eudoxia this is Aquata from Merope, Cinco from Bellatrix V, Gaiah from Porphyrion, this is Blake from Jilonop, this is Fray from Alycone and this is Princess Lyra from Alycone, well technically Adaedalus but she's also from Alycone", I said pointing to each of them, which they nodded to in return.

"And everyone, as you all well know, your majesties, the Queens".

"Ahh, yes the last survivor of the kingdom of giants. I remember your parents, they were great rulers. It is a shame what the Bellatrixians did to them, all because they were greedy for power". Queen Eudoxia said looking at Z.
"The same thing your current kingdom is doing now".

Z nodded and looked at her " Yes, It seems nothing has been going well for me".

Queen Eudoxia looked at me then back at Z.

"Not everything, it seems".

Z looked down but I noticed she was blushing. "Ah, so it seems".

Queen Eudoxia looked at me "Hello,Francis it's good to finally meet you."

"Hello Queen Eudoxia, I am glad that you and your sister have finally decided to join us, you surely took your time".

Z suddenly choked, looking at me with widened eyes.

"Yes we apologize for our lateness but you see my sister and I had to resolve thousands of years of disagreements in a matter of hours, better late than never."

I smiled. "I agree, before you came in we were planning on getting Kyle back because King Maximus had captured him and our friend Dawn in a cell in the palace. We went there to get them, however our powers suddenly stopped working. Everyone except for mine. So we are just trying to figure out the cause of this so we can make a plan to go back in there".

"Okay but what of the war?, shouldn't you be focusing on stopping King Maximus so the war can end, surely your friends can wait."

Did she seriously say what I think she just said "No it cannot, your majesty, all of this was Kyle's plan and we cannot execute without him".

"Except you can, and you must, why do you think you're the only one with powers. Kyle knew the risk and he chose you."

I could feel myself getting angry and I felt like I was going to lose control. "I don't care if i'm the chosen one or not i'm not going to let my friends die in there".

Queen Faeryn walked over to me and looked at me softly "Your friends are going to be fine, the people on the other hand will not. It is time for you to be who you were meant to be, who you were chosen to be".

I thought for a minute and looked at everyone. They were all looking at me for answers, answers I didn't have.
Then suddenly something came to me. I looked at Queen Faeryn and said.

"What if I kill two birds with one stone?".

"Explain", Queen Faeryn answered.
"We go back to the palace to try and take out King Maximus, dethrone him and order the throops to stop the fighting. But, while some of us are doing that the rest we will be getting Kyle and Dawn out. I know you said he was going to be fine but he looked like he was minutes away from dying."

Queen Faeryn and Queen Eudoxia exchanged glances and then the Queen spoke "But Francis once you dethrone Maximus, won't you have access to opening his cell?".

"I-I, well yes bu-".

"So the matter is settled, we go in and take out Maximus, we need all hands on deck for this one."

"So why can't you make King Maximus stop?",Blake asked.

"I would, but he stole something very powerful, more powerful than both of us. We cannot stop him", Queen Eudoxia answered.

"So how do you expect me to stop him?", I asked.

"By working together".

"Great", I said sarcastically.

I clapped my hands to get everyone's attention "Okay so where were we?
We were sayi-"

I didn't get to finish because a bright light started shining on my chest. I looked down to see that it was the necklace that Kyle gave me, I had forgotten all about it.

I touched it but nothing happened. I was about to ask everyone if they saw what was happening when I looked up and saw that no one was there. The shed was empty.

"Guys?,Queen Faeryn?, where are you?".

"They are not here, child".

Startled by the voice I jumped and looked around to see a man dressed in a Grey's silk robe with long silver hair and silver like eyes that had a shimmer to them. Looking closer I saw that they seemed to be changing from silver to blue, to green, to white and silver again.

I was starting to freak out "who are you and what did you do to my friends?"I said, staying on guard, I tried to access my powers in case I needed to fight.
"Francis, You can put your little powers away, they don't work on me."

"H-How did you know?Who are you?".
The mysterious man came closer to me but I backed away. "I am not going to hurt you Francis, I created you, I created all of you".

I could not believe my ears " What do you mean you created us like are you god?Am I dead?, crap I'm dead", my mind immediately went to Z, I'm not ready to die.

The man laughed. "Your Partner is safe and so are you. Right now your body is in Alcyone but your mind is in a state between death and life. Come we have so much to talk about".

"I don't understand why am I here?Everyone keeps telling me who I am but I don't even know who I am".
"You know exactly who you are, you're the start of a new beginning".

My eyes widened in shock. "That was you?".

"Yes I knew you from when you were a baby. I knew you were the change this world needed. I knew then and I know now".

"What exactly am I supposed to do?".
"I think you know already ".

"Why bring me here if you won't tell me anything?".

"To let you see the light".

"Your friend gave you that necklace and it has the power to grant you access to talk to me".

I touched the necklace and my mind ran back to Kyle. I wonder how he is?, I hope he holds on.

"I know you want to rescue your friend but it's time you let go of that guilt you have and focus on what really matters. I'm gonna tell you about the history of what happened.

You see, there was once a time when there was just one world with everyone equally coexisting peacefully when two sisters started disagreeing because of power struggle, the older sister Eudoxia, was the most powerful of the two and Faeryn the younger.

Every individual was ruled under either lifeline connected by different sections of the lifesource, either by Eudoxia or Faeyrn.

Faeryn's lifesource was blocked because something special for me got lost.Everyone was happy under the sisters rule but the problem all started when Faeryn started rebelling against Eudoxia because of jealousy and it bred hatred between the two.

This hatred and power struggle shifted to the kingdoms and the people. This caused the loss of lives as people grew more and more power hungry and if I had let it continue all would be lost.

I couldn't let that happen so I separated the worlds and that too the sisters. However in the moment of separation the powers of one sister became unstable because of the shift and fell upon your great, great,great,great,great grandfather but it was dormant until you".

" Ok but what is the importance of me knowing this?",not really understanding why he told me this.
"So that you can understand your purpose. My intention for you.

You are supposed to bring back unity, make this world one again and create the start of a new beginning", he said looking at me with seriousness. "Everything you need to know will come to you". He said touching my shoulder.

"That's what everyone has been telling me but, can I really? Do I look strong enough? Smart enough? Fit enough for what you had intended for me.

Why me, why me out of everyone else there are so many guys out there who would definitely be ready for this".

" I could've chosen anyone from your line but I chose you Francis because you are special", he said from the side of me. How did he get there so quickly wasn't he just in front of me?. I turned to him.

" Ok I hear you creator, by the way what's your name?".

"You will know when the time comes. Open the book around your chain".

"Why?".

"Quite a curious little creature you are".

"Ok I will open it", I sighed and opened the book only to see a small note.

I read it out loud and was suddenly shocked when I saw a forest, I looked around and heard someone's voice talking, it sounded like a man.

It was like I was seeing something through someone's eyes but they were also narrating what was going on. It felt weird but I relaxed and tried focusing on what was happening.

The weirdest thing happened to me , this was the strangest encour I ever had since my 23 years in Gorestrala. It was late afternoon when I went for a walk in the forest near the castle.

My wife and I had gotten into an argument because she lied to me about something then tried to make it seem like it could be my fault.

I got pissed and went to get some fresh air to clear my mind. I just wanted to calm down and get back home as soon as possible because it isn't safe, especially with everyone fighting.

I honestly didn't want powers, I was fine not having any, some people however didn't agree. I sighed as I kicked a stone in my way. I just wanted everything to go back to normal.

I looked up and realized that I had wandered off to the castle. It looked peaceful despite the chaos that was going on. I don't know what took over me but I walked closer.

Closer until I heard voices. I hid behind a bush and peeked through to see a tall man in a robe with Queen Faeryn and Queen Eudoxia.

They were talking about something and one sister looked upset. I tried getting closer when I tripped and fell, luckily no one heard me but my ankle twisted and it was starting to hurt so I decided to go home when I felt a harsh pain hit me in my back. I cried out and fell again, the pain getting worse and it traveled throughout my body.

I tried opening my mouth to shout for help but to my disappointment I couldn't. I lied there for five minutes until the pain left and got up to see that no one was there, the man and the Queens were gone and I was still in pain. So I hopped away and went back home to my wife to tell her what happened.

The next moment I knew I was back in the shed, not a thing changed since I left and came back. It was as if time stopped and then everything resumed.
