Sarah was terrified. She had gotten a text this morning from Blake, her boyfriend saying that they needed to talk and to meet him in the coffee shop just outside of school grounds. Upon getting to her destination she looked around for the blonde head and she almost cried at the sight of another girl next to him, a redhead. Maybe it's just his cousin she thought.

"Blake?" She silently said, sliding into the seat opposite from the two. Blake looked at her seriously, while the redhead looked back and forth at Blake and Sarah.

"Um, Blake isn't supposed to only be us?" She asked confused.

"Thank you, for coming." Blake began, ignoring both of them. He took Sarah's hands. "I asked you to come to tell you we're done, I'm with Mia now."

Tears welled up in her blue eyes but she refused to let them fall. "W-why?" She managed to get out, and it sounded hoarse.

"Wait," Mia interrupted. "Y-you told me that you were single." Realization lit across her face. "You cheated on her with ME?"

Blake nodded. "Yes, but I didn't like her anymore, and then I found you."

"You sick person!" Mia screeched. "I refuse to be a part of something as horrible as this, we are done!" Taking Sarah by the arm Mia dragged the girl out. "C'mon Sarah, let's go."

And when Sarah glanced back and saw Blake's stricken face she couldn't help thinking, "I don't think I'll ever forget him."

"We are going to go to my place and get ice cream, watch a movie, and order pizza " Mia stated seriously.

"Mia," Ava interrupted her. "I barely even know you, why are you doing this?"

At this the other girl paused. It was obvious just how much she was hurt. "To help a girl who was once like me." She whispered. "And I would love to be friends with you, you seem super fun."

"Really?" Sarah questioned.

Mia simply nodded with a grin on her face. "He doesn't deserve us, we're to good for him"

For the first time that day, Sarah smiled. She walked along with Mia without throwing a glance back at her ex, even when she felt his burning glare.
