"Okay, is it steady now?" Lizzie craned her neck once again, changing the ladder just a bit for the 204th time.

"I think so!" Braden's form shouted down at her. "Okay, I'm coming down!"

Taking a deep breath, Lizzie tightened her grip on the ladder. Hold it steady, she reprimanded herself. The ladder shook with every step he took but she remained strong. Okay, you can do this. You can't let him fall.

As Braden climbed down he felt the wind trying to blow him away. No, she's got you. He firmly pushed the thought of falling out of his head, right before he fell down. "Watch ouuuuuut!" He yelled down, and the last thing he saw was the ladder crashing on top of him.

Sooo that was a short chapter, but honestly it was worth the while......even if its a bit too dramatic
