"A HEART TOUCHING POEM BY A SOLDIER"

If I die in a war zone,
Box me up and send me home.

Put my medals on my chest.
Tell my mom I did my best.

Tell my dad not to bow.
He won't get tension from me now.

Tell my brother to study perfectly.
Keys to my bike will be his permanently.

Tell my sister not to be upset.
Her bro will not rise after this sunset.

Tell my love not to cry,
"BECAUSE I AM A SOLDIER BORN TO DIE"

The poem was written by a soldier from the Philippines during the event of Marawe Siege year 2017. Though some comments have their better-revised poems yet the original made this short but with a heartfelt message for his love ones.
