Subject : Day one in the hospital

It's almost going to be a year since you left me. I'm in the hospital, and I guess I'll be staying here for a while. Everything here is so pale and dull, I've never really liked hospitals much, they just make you feel sad. The people here are really sweet, and they are taking good care of me.

I still crave your presence beside me, Ethan. I just wish you were here to hold me tight and tell me that everything's going to be okay, even though it's not.
It will always be just a mere illusion.
