[This was the RP that happened on Chatzy, with one added dialogue and backstory.]

As you look upon the night sky, you get a feeling of euphoria with you. The evening sky slowly faded into a pretty black. You always thought the stars looked like glimmering freckles in the night sky.  

Ryan:
Underneath the city light

Jen L: "Hello..." I say as I'm hiding behind one of the Colosseum walls.
Hwa Hae Ji: "Miss, I'm here. Commencing plan now."
Jen L:"Good job little Haeji! You know what to do or Joon gets it…" A woman on the other line say.
Hwa Hae Ji: "Yes miss. Just don't hurt him." I say holding back tears.

Ryan: Hello
Haeji: Wassup, are you here to participate?
Ryan: Yes I am.

Take 2

Haeji: "Hello, what's your name?" I ask curiously.
Ryan: "I am Ryan. And who might you be?" I say eyeing the person in front of me.
Haeji: "Oh, I'm Hwa Hae Ji, but you can call me Haeji."
Ryan: Felin stand close to me, cautious at an unknown human being.
Haeji: "What division are you in? 
Ryan: "Magic… Are you participating in the arena as well?"
Haeji: "Yes, I'm trying to get money for my brother. Wait… what's that behind you?"
Ryan: "This is a deity." I answer Haeji after looking at Felin.
Haeji: "Hmm, he's cute!"
Ryan: "She." The four feet deity dug her grip into Ryan's shirt.
Haeji: "Oh sorry!" Meanwhile Mochi looks at Felin in anger. 
Felin: "She seems scary…" Felin mutters behind Ryan.
Ryan pats Felin's head.
Haeji: "Mochi! What's wrong with you? Go back to sleep ya cat!"
Mochi: meh.
Ryan: "I suppose your cat doesn't like tigers", Ryan chuckles. "Felin may look like a human right now, but she was born from a tiger.
Haeji: "Sorry! She's pretty groggy all the time!" Phone rings. "Oh, sorry, let me get this."
Ryan: "Go ahead."
Haeji hides behind a wall.
Suspicious Madam: "Hwa Hae Ji… Is it your turn to fight?"
Haeji: "N-no madam!" I stutter. "Is he ok?"
SM: "Yes… you better win or he dies. Bye!"

Breloq appears around the corner and walks up to Ryan.
Ryan: "There you are. Where were you?"
Breloq: "A little exploring." He pauses. "Who was she?"
Ryan: "She? Oh, you mean Haeji." 
Breloq: "Is she taking part of the fight?"
Ryan: "Yeah."
Breloq: "Any reason?"
Ryan: "I believe she said money for her brother."
Breloq rubs his chin... "That makes sense."
Felin: "Why would you care? Just go see the place and leave us alone." 
Ryan: "No need to argue here." I say to Felin. Turning to Breloq, I spoke. "Did you hear anything?"
Breloq zips his lips and gives a shrug.
Felin: "Of course you'd do that."
Haeji: "H-hey, s-sorry if I took so long heh." Sees Breloq come out. "WHAT THE SH-" Takes out scythe.
Breloq unzips his lips, letting his jaw hang, "Hey little miss. Save that for the fight."
Breloq: He eyes the weapon. "Lovely knife you have, though I'd have to say, that blade will only make a scratch on me. But feel free to slice him or," he waves his thumb at Felin, "that little runt."
Haeji: "Hmph, don't call me that."

Alex jumps out from around a corner, strikes a heroic pose with fists on her hips, and shouts in a deep, bold voice, "I am here!"
A moment later, though, rolling her shoulders, she slouches back into her usual posture. "Sorry. It was too good a reference to miss. Sup, I'm Alex."

Shadow looks around and snaps her jaws. "I'm hungry, I wanna eat you."
Shadow looks at everyone. "Y'all are pretty fat. Yum." She flicks her tail happily.

The Indoraptors

Ripper: "Hi!... Where is everybody?"
Indy: "Here."
Shadow: "Yasss, you're all here yay! Where is Suzanne?"
Indy: "Sleeping."
Shadow: "Good well see you around since nobody else is here and I'm pretty sure Ripper just left - wait - yep he did."

Indy: "Hi guys, how are you? I am bored so here I am. Well, crazy bored. K bye, I'm going to eat some people." 

Indy: "Shadow is my sister… Haeji? Is that your name?"

Indy: "Going to sleep bye. Maybe Ripper can come on a bit, I'll ask him."
Suzanne: "Where is Shadow? Hold on a minute, she's watching woodpeckers. They are so cute."

Blue: "Hi."
Shadow: "K, I'm back! HI GUYS WHERE YOU BEEN? Omg, I haven't seen you in like forever, Suzanne!"

Indy: "Aww, okay bye. I'll go tell Shadow. Nevermind, she's sleeping."

Indy: "Shadow? Blue? Suzanne? Guys? Yep. I'm alone."

Ripper: So… wait a minute why is it empty?"

Ripper: "Where are youuuuuuuuuu?"

Ripper: "Why did Indy wake me up? I'm leaving."

That is the end of today's segment of The Indoraptors.

Alex remembered her wings the moment she saw the group of raptors approaching, and immediately took to the sky. Now, perched atop the nearest wall, she studies them, torn between a childhood urge to go play with animals and the more reasonable instinct to avoid things with sharp teeth. Are the raptors... talking? Okay, thay's awesome. "Anyone know what's happening now?" Alex finally calls out. She's especially curious whether the raptors will respond, but it's also a general question to anyone who might hear her.

Haeji takes out scythe.
Haeji: "Also, I never gave you permission to call me that. It's Hwa Hae Ji to you."

Shadow laughs, a scraping sound. "Who cares, skinny? And I have no idea what is happening." Blue snickers appreciatively behind her claws. "Wow, humans!" says Ripper in disbelief. "Cut it out, Shadow. I've never seen humans except as experiment subjects in Rexy's lab." Blue giggles. "They were very uncooperative, weren't they? Didn't want me to feed them rat poison and see what happens." Shadow taps her sickle claw and settles into a sitting position, watching everyone. "Oh, hello," says Shadow, looking at Alex. "You're… different than the humans I've met. Are you a hybrid?" Ignoring Hwa Hae Ji, she peers interestedly up. Indy unfolds her camouflaged wings, and the claw at the tip scythes through the air menacingly as she gives a hard stare at Hwa Hae Ji. "She really is skinny, and far too much of a hatchling to be playing with big human toys."

Haeji: "Hey, did you call me skinny?..." I say as I look at the ground. "Hmph, you need to get your eyes checked." Swings scythe at Shadow, as shadow dodges the knife, I quickly put the knife on Shadows neck. "Hmm, you should've kept your mouth shut." I say as I purposely miss Blue's neck to scare her.

Shadow: I snap at Hwa Hae Ji and suddenly her knife is lying ten feet away and my sickle claw is on her neck. Blue laughs and nibbles the dagger "Hard. Not tasty," she says. I giggle. "Usually I'd slice your intestines like this… and your insides would spill out, and when we eat you, you'd still be alive. Or of course I could pierce your windpipe… but since my bite is poisonous it'd be amusing to see you die, your eyes veined with black… then you'd make a rather tasty and dead meal, skinny hatchling." I let Hwa Hae Ji slink away and snickers. "I get to keep the scythe." I look at the scuff in my armor that the knife made. "Polish will work well." I laugh and pin Hwa Hae Ji to the ground with my claw. "You do know that I have a poisonous bite and impenetrable armor… so that didn't work." Again, I let her leave and walk away to talk with Blue about that nasty hatchling who has absolutely no respect.

Alex is startled by Shadow's question about her being a hybrid. She realizes that she's not entirely sure what she's become in this dimension. But the sudden fight prevents her from forming an answer. 
She looks on in shock as the girl and the raptor threaten each other's lives in turn. Before it even occurs to her to do something, they break apart. That's the girl who got her BNHA reference, Alex realizes. They've barely talked, but Alex feels the loose camaraderie of a shared fandom. She hops down, prepares to summon her swords at the first sign of trouble. It's hard to say whether the fight's really over or if this is just a lull. 
"Hey! Let's all save the fighting for the tournament." She surprises herself with her own boldness, but from the resentful looks of both parties, she can't tell if her own intervention will work. 

Haeji: "Hmph, guess I'm not strong enough... as always. And you… give me my scythe back… my brother gave it to me… GIVE IT BACK."

Shadow nods. "Ok. I'll give your kitchen knife back too." She nods at Alex. "Someone's finally got sense I see. Good job. Most humans would lock hybrids like me in a cage for people to ogle at… so even knife girl over there is an improvement."

Shadow: "So what are your names anyway? I am Shadow, this is Ripper and Indy, and that is Suzanne and Bluefen. Though you can just call her Blue."
Haeji: "I'm Hwa Hae Ji, but I guess you can call me Haeji."
Shadow: "Ok then, that's great." I step aside and Indy folds her wings. They look as if it never existed. I lied down and began licking my claws. "Hey." Indy takes a die out of the folds of her wings and hands it to me. I roll it.
Shadow rolled a die. The die showed: 4.
Shadow: I hand it to Haeji. "Want a try?"
Haeji: "S-sure." Haeji rolled a die. The die showed: 3. "3."

Glad that everyone's being reasonable, Alex mentally repeats the names of the raptors, trying to make sure she won't forget who's who. "Nice wings," she says to Indy, as she sits to watch the die roll. "My name's Alex. I go by she/her pronouns." Alex has no reason to worry about people getting her pronouns wrong, but she's hoping by saying that, it'll subtly invite the others to share as well. Especially the raptors. She wouldn't even know where to begin guessing for some of them. And what's this about hybrids that Shadow keeps mentioning? Maybe she'll ask about it if she finds the right moment.

Shadow: I laugh. "Me as well. Ripper is the only male around, and happens to be my brother. Indy is my sister, and Suzanne and Blue are friends." I pause. "We sort of got transported here in a big boat, and we've lived here ever since. So it was a big surprise when we found this place, and there were so many humans, and last time we saw humans, they tried to put us in a zoo. So we did get worked up, since everybody's got weapons." I crane my neck to see everyone, and my eye catches on a poster advertising the tournament. "Yeah, well, we joined because the money was a lot… and here on Raptor Island the currency is hands. So please do hide your hands if you're about to walk around outside." I eyed Suzanne, mentally telling her to stop drooling. My eyes narrow. She quickly licks the drool off her lips. She got it. I'm about to smile, but quickly remember that it was more threatening than polite. Ripper pulls at the layer of wet ferns stuck to his hide to cover the huge white scars. We're not supposed to be defeatable, so he covers them. One falls off, and he quickly slaps it back on. "Gotta go," he tells me. "They're getting dry." He whisks out.

Blue transforms just then into a girl. She's got metallic greeny-blue hair in a tight braid, yellow eyes, pale skin, and is wearing what seems to be a rushing blue waterfall for a dress, but there isn't any puddle on the floor. It looks like real water, though. She's also wearing a light gauze cape that shimmers in the air. "This is more comfortable for humans," I explain. "It's worked in the past."

Haeji: "I thought you looked ok to me before Blue." I say as I shoot Blue a warm smile. 
Shadow: Blue cocks her head. "Well thank you, it's not really something that humans notice!"
Haeji: "So we should flip a coin, whoever gets tails gets candy!" 

Blue nods. "Sure!"
Shadow flipped a coin. The coin showed: Tails.
Haeji: "Oh, I guess you get the first one!"
Shadow: "Let's do it again."
Haeji: "My turn."
Haeji flipped a coin. The coin showed: Tails.
Shadow: "Ok!"
Haeji: "YESSS."
Shadow: "You get it!*

Haeji eats the candy. "That was good!"

Take 3

Patricia: "Your brother woke up."
Shadow: I peer at Haeji's phone. When I see what's on there, I jump, excuse myself loudly, cast a significant glance at the squad, and retrieve a rubbery black package, dashing into a darker alley. Blue urgently glances at Ripper and runs over to me. Ripper begins a loud conversation with Suzanne, but whispering and mysterious clicking are heard from the alley. 

Haeji: "W-what's up with her?" I say as I think to myself, "did she see it?"
"Guys?" I walk over to the alley. "What's wrong?" 
Patricia: "Don't talk to them."
Haeji: I slowly walk away from the alley, frowning. "Ok, don't hurt him."

Shadow: I sneak a peek out. "Ok, it's safe." I type a text as fast as I can. Blue licks her lips. "Quickly quickly!" I hit send. "Yes. Information is out." We slip out, trying to pretend as if nothing happened. Blue urgently hisses in my ear. "Get P. out. Rat poison.
Haeji: "Hmm, for my brother at least." I quietly mumble.

Flashback

Haeji signs her name on the tournament poster. 

"Hello there, Hwa Hae Ji." A voice calls out.
"W-who's there?" I say as I take out my scythe protectively. A middle aged woman comes out of the shadows holding Joon.
"I'm not going to hurt you," the woman calls out, "My name is Patricia Ferwal, I need your skill. This is your brother, right?" She asked with a crazed look in her eyes.
"Y-yes. What do you want with him?" 

June Lily: As I walk along the shops in an outdoor market, cries of distress escape the crowd forming in an alley-way.

Patricia: "You have to be my worker! You have to infiltrate the tournament to win the prize money and then kidnap the winners! If you don't, your brother dies. I'm going to put a device on you that you can't remove! If your brother tries to leave, you die. If you don't do what I say your brother dies, so what's it going to be?"

Haeji: "............alright."

End Flashback

Shadow: I sneak a peek again. "Good," I say. "She is distracted." Ripper shakes his head. "How did you know her plans?" I give him a stare and hand the rat poison to Indy. "It's very easy to guess." Blue pastes on a fake smile. "Who wants to roll a die."
Haeji: "M-maybe later." I say as I walk over to a corner putting on headphones and starts listening to My room by Forrest. A dark aura surrounds me, making anyone who comes near me freeze. I fall asleep…... half asleep.
Shadow: I glance at Haeji. "Well. Blue, you are very much good at that." I slam on the headphones and blast out Titanium, making everyone wince. Blue sighs and flicks a claw. The aura vanishes and walls away from me, mumbling something about hands.
Haeji: "Huh?" I say waking up, "What happened?" I walk up to Blue confused, "What happened? I must have fallen asleep. Do you know what happened?" 
Blue: "Oh, not much. Shadow is… not in a very good mood, and when she isn't she is listening to the music." I gesture to the terribly loud music.
 
Take 4

Ryo: Throws magic arrow.
Ryan: Dodges arrow and bounces against the wall lunging himself against Ryo.

Shadow: I stare venomously at everyone from my corner. 
Haeji: "Hey Shadow, what were you doing with Blue in the alleyway?" In a serious tone.
Shadow: "Oh… it was urgent business and what were YOU doing sneaking away?"
Haeji: "What do you mean? I just like to isolate everyone when listening to music."
Shadow: I shut off the music and slide my headphones down my neck, to the relief of other people in the room.
Haeji: Whispers in ear. "What were you doing with rat poison?"
Shadow: "Mmmmm….. Rat poison? Oh yes, we sort of accidentally found out that someone is in a spy ring to win the prize money and kill off all the other winners. We are trying to find out who." I glance at Blue. She shrugs, turns into a human and snatches up the rubbery package before striding off to another alley.
Haeji: "Oh," I look down, "so someone's a traitor?"
Shadow: "Yeah, that's about it. We ate collecting information right now."
Haeji: "Hey, if I do anything stupid, please don't hate me." I look with a bit of worry in my eyes. Awkward silence engulfs us.
Shadow: "Well of course not," I say suddenly. Blue slips back. The package looks a lot thinner. She passes it to Indy, who hides it in her wings. 
Haeji: "I'm going to get more food." Grabs an apple and carving knife.
Shadow: "Ok then." I nod and take a sack out. "Hungry too." Severed hands spill out. I push a few to Ripper before he can eat everything. 
June Lily: Why don't you use your scythe to peel it? Good choice Shadow.
Shadow: *slurp*
Haeji starts to carve Blie and Felin into apple.
Shadow: What?
Haeji hands Shadow apple.
Shadow: "Oh that's nice but no thanks...we're not exactly vegetarian…" I gesture at the pile of hands. "But you're welcome to take a hand or two if you like. The dragons roasted them."
Haeji: "Does it look like them?" 
Haeji: "Oh," takes hands, "I'll save these for my bro's magic."

Patricia: "Haeji, your brother wants to talk to you."
Haeji: "H-hello, brother…" I say as I answer the phone.
Shadow: I eye Haeji suspiciously as Blue takes a long time with the package.
Haeji: Tears well up in my eyes as I hear his voice after a while, "Hello Haeji, is nice to talk to you again."
Shadow: Blue comes back with the package, which is much thicker now. I whisper to her quickly and Blue stiffens, turning back into a Velociraptor.
Haeji: "How are you Joon? Are you ok, did she hurt you?"
Shadow: I scrape the dust with my claws and Blue takes a look at it before gasping. She grabs the package and races off. The scrapes read: ITISHER.
Joon Wen Ji: "N-no, I-I miss you, please don't get hurt ok? I can't talk anymore, see you later." Beep, the phone call ends.
Shadow sneaks a glance at Haeji and scuffs it out. 
Haeji: A few tears start to drip…
Shadow: I nod to Ripper and he streaks off in the opposite direction as I write GETMORE.
Haeji: I wipe my tears and return back to the group with puffy eyes.
Shadow: "What is it?" I ask in concern as I nonchalantly scuff at that message out too.
Haeji: "N-nothing! M-my brother just called…"
Shadow: "Oh … okay." I nod, trying to seem understanding (which is hard for a guilty Indoraptor) and Indy ruffles her wings, making her outline blur. "I see … uh … okay …" I whisper. "Suzanne, where is Ripper?" She whispers back. "On his way."
Haeji: (Note: I wear a mask because in Daoitu there's a lot of smog and I want to conceal my identity when I'm stealing.)
Shadow: Ripper returns with a rubbery package that is very thick. I scribble FOLLOW BLUE and Ripper runs after Blue.

Take 5
Ratu: "Look, Ruben. People." I nudged at Ruben. He looked down on me with a scowl.
Ruben II: "Don't even think of stealing. Not on my watch!" I snap at him before I lean in and whisper into the runt's ear. "At least not yet anyway. Go and be on your best behavior. I'll give you the signal for you to drop out when I snatch the prize money." I warn him while I go up to take a seat. I didn't spens Ř300 fpr nothing.
Herring Ja: I finished practicing my warm up before I spotted Piros on the front row. "Oi!" I waved at him before he noticed me.
Piros: I heard Herring shout before I saw him waving at me. "Oi, Piros, do you wanna help me warm up for the tournament?" He asked me while he jokingly punched the air before taking a fighting stance. "I can't see why not?" I stood from my seat and followed him, reaching the arena. It started with a playful punch before I took my turn to him on the shoulder. 
Violet: I walked into the stadium when I spotted the competitors fighting before the tournament began. If they keep going at it, they won't have enough energy to fight off their opponent. They haven't realized that this tournament is a trap. On the other hand, it will help me eliminate them from the match sooner, that is, if one of them will become my opponent.

Shadow: I drop on all fours and glare at Violet. I don't know why, but I don't like her. I hiss in her direction and climb a wall, pausing very high up and clinging on with three limbs while using a hand to wave at her, shouting down, "I'd like your hands!" 
Violet: I thought I heard a snake until I hear a shout from above. "I'd like your hands!" She shouted, judging by her appearance, (if she's in her human form) she looks like one of the Morean Mercenaries that she used to be a part of. If the contender had known how many I had killed with my own two hands, she would've reconsidered about wanting my hands. I opened the fan on my right hand and waved it below my eyes as I glared into her red eyes.
Haeji: "WHOA! HOW'D YOU GET UP THERE, SHADOW?" Turns to Violet. "Hello, my name is Hwa Hae Ji, what's your name?" Sees Piros and Herring fighting, she swings her scythe between them. "HEY! Can I join the fight?"
Shadow: I scamper down. "Easy!" I shoot across the arena and up another wall, this time making it to the top and launching myself off. "I'm hungry," complained Indy as I landed a few inches away from her. "I'm going to get some food." She unfolds her wings and flies away, promptly returning with a garment bag. "I need to go to the store," she says, eyeballing Ripper thoughtfully. "Nope," Blue says, stepping between them. "It's your turn, Indy," she says.

Now, for the rewritten backstory that Jen L wrote.

Flashback

Haeji: "Aaaaaaaaaand done!" I said as I finished writing my name on the poster. 

"Hello, Hwa Hae Ji…… my name is Patricia. It's very nice to meet you." She said coming out of the shadows holding a knife to my brother's neck.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" I yelled taking out my scythe. 

"Easy….. I'm just making you join me…. Right?" She said putting her knife closer to my brother's neck, making blood trickle a bit. 

"What do you want!" I said with anger in my eyes. 

"For you to join me! It looks like YOU already signed up for the tournament for me….… So you have to help me or your brother dies…… Then you. Oh and don't worry about betraying me…. I already put the device in both of you. If you betray me, he dies in an instant…. If he leaves then, well, it won't be pretty. So will you join me?" She said with a smirk. 

Haeji: "No!" I yelled while I swinged my scythe at her. She stuck her knife into my brother's shoulder making blood spurt out in the pavement while dodging me. 

End Flashback

Shadow stares at Haeji, then shrugs. "Emotional humans."
