part 6- you love me

Gavin Branson accidentally left his coat behind after the dinner from hell.

Cole loved it, oh he loved it so much. Maybe Gucci, maybe Prada? He didn't really care, it was rich. Not only did he leave the jacket, but he also left wads of cash.

Although it may be inappropriate, Cole was gonna spend it all.

Now after her father told her she was a whore and into prostitution, Stella was open to the shopping trip.

"We should head to fifth avenue, in those romantic comedy's about rich people they always shop there.." Cole suggested eating the hot dog that we're bought with Gavin's money.

"You're a little bit too excited about this.." Stella said as she bit into the food.

"I've never had this much money, we deserve to  shop.." Cole spoke.

"What if we put it towards getting a bigger place? You could have a real bedroom.." Stella suggested.

"No no, daddykins paid for my new TV, don't you worry!" Cole mocked as they finished their meal.

"If we get a new TV, you won't be watching football on it 24/7-"

"Yes, I will.." He interrupted.

"How much did my father leave us?" Stella asked.

"Enough for at least 8 months of rent.." Cole implied.

"Then why don't we spend it on rent!" Stella argued because she was the responsible one.

"Nope, it's TV time!" Cole hopped off the wall and took her hand, dragging her off the wall they were sitting on and heading for the their first store.

Although Stella wanted to be responsible, when she was with Cole, it allowed her to let loose. They weren't struggling financially, they would just like some extra cash in their back pocket every now and then. But this was that extra cash and Stella had worked hard, she deserved this.

We headed to a superstore first, also known to many as Best Buy. Cole looked like a kid in a candy store, grabbing random things to throw in his bag, he didn't even care.

"You know we don't have like, a million dollars, plus I own like half of that cash.." Stella tried to slow his roll.

"Yeah but, we need this Lego set!" He squealed.

"Fine, then I'm getting this um.." She picked up a random box, "Dyson Hairdryer.. yeah reckless spending!" She cheered.

Stella in fact, did not enjoy her own reckless spending.

After Cole racked up a very large spending Bill, the pair decided to head for an expensive jewellery store. Cole was in the business for a new watch and Stella was looking for some new bling. The large ass Tiffany and Co shop was

"I'll take the shinny silver one and um, give me a minute to grab something else.." He drew himself away from the counter.

Stella was glazing in the window, a new pair of earrings bought and she was waiting for Cole to wrap up.

"Can you grab us a coffee? I'll meet you in a minute, I don't wanna leave you standing here looking gorgeous.." Cole smirked.

"If you give me your card I will.." She knew how to play his game.

"Go bananas, my love.." He smiled, passing her the card and sending her off.

Stella sat down with the boiling cups of coffee, sinking into the leather chair and waiting patiently for her other half to arrive. Friends of Stella became friends of Cole, friends of Cole became friends of Stella. But the common thing all those friends shared was the knowledge that Cole and Stella were carved by the gods and meant for one another.

She knew that when Cole meant, one minute, he meant an eternity. She sat, sipping her coffee and flicking through a magazine beside her, flicking for what seemed like forever. People sitting around her passed by and Cole coffee cup sat ideal and cold.

Stella thought about it all for a moment. Almost a year ago, she got out of the state for a weekend to escape her father and ended up moving in with a criminal, we don't look at the criminal part. Ever so often, Stella found herself wondering what would happen if she had reacted differently, done something different. Life is short and if she wanted to pull herself closer to him, have his hand run along her waist and pull his hand to her face-

"I'm back, sweetheart, did you miss me?" You always knew when Cole arrived, he was like a crash into the room, crashing into the leather chair.

"I noticed there was considerably less nagging, dear.." She teased back.

"I got you a little something, just to keep you interested in me.." Cole prompted a teal bag wrapped with a white ribbon on the table and she instantly recognized it.

Tiffany.

"You know a way to a girls heart, little British boy.." She pulled the ribbon off the box, looking inside.

It was a small heart-shaped locket, silver in colour and a photo in the lock.

"I took so long because they couldn't fit a photo and we don't take good photos, so it was looking for a while-"

"I love it, seriously Cole you didn't have to do this, you should have put it towards your flat screen-"

"Sweetheart I'll be getting that flat-screen either way, don't think you're that important. It's a nice thing, let's leave it at that.." He leaned back in the chair.

"You love me.." She smiled, leaning her neck down to put the necklace on.

"Don't you know it, darling.." He smiled, sipping his coffee, "This is shivering, Stel!"

She just rolled her eyes, the boy who was prone to not telling the truth.

The boy who loved a girl. A girl that had his picture in a locket, that dangled next to her heart.
