Going Good

Len sighed.

"Do I have to?" he whined.

Barry rolled his eyes fondly.

"Yes, whiny. You have to. It's just as good as robbing a bank, I promise."

Len scowled.

"Sure."

...

Today's villain was a young boy who called himself T-Bag (Prison Break).

He was really smart and telepathic.

Not a good combo.

Barry had no idea how he could defeat him.

Michael could read his thoughts and punch the air where he would run before he got there, thereby hitting him in the face.

It was pretty painful.

...

Len smirked as he studied the situation. It seemed like Michael could only focus his powers on one person at a time, so either he distracted him or he used his cold gun.

He chose the latter.

...

He ran toward the boy, gun in hand.

T-Bag was so focused on Barry, he didn't notice Len.

Len held the gun to his head and smiled.

"I would recommend not moving. You can read my mind. You know I'll shoot."

T-Bag didn't move.

"Flash!"

Barry ran over and put power-dampening handcuffs on T-Bag.

...

"Thanks, honey."

Len rolled his eyes.

"I thought we agreed on no pet names."

"You did. I didn't, Honey."

Len rolled his eyes.

"Please don't."

"I will when you admit that fighting T-Bag was just as fun as robbing a bank."

Len scowled.

"Fine. It was. Will you stop pestering me now?"

Barry smirked.

"Never!" he declared before walking away.

Len sighed.

Tonight was going to be a long night.
