*Pia Pov*

"What?" We all asked him shocked.

"Yeah! I know it is stupid but I just thought it is good thing to do." He replied stepping back and then I saw that we all are stepping towards him.

"Pia! Take this and attack him." Kalyan said giving me the stick.

I took it and walked towards him and he just ran from there. I followed him and started to hit him whenever I get near to him.

"Guys! You helped that Ajay then why are you letting her attack me?" He asked shouting as they are little far.

"He is nothing to us. But you are our friend and you actually did a stupid thing." Sush replied shouting.

We both like this ran around the garden and they all just laughed at us. Finally we stopped when we came near them.

After catching my breath, when he was also doing the same I asked "Why did you do that?"

"I didn't know that these all happened between you two. I just saw you looking at Tv yesterday frowning and also your yesterday night speech. Because of them I thought you will be happy to see him again." He replied.

"Then?" I asked feeling so angry and I don't know why.

"What do you mean?" he asked confused.

"I would have been happy meeting him and he would have been happy meeting me. You would have been happy seeing that we both are happy. Then what would we have done? You must have thought of something right after that what should happen?" I asked with each word dripping with sarcasm.

"I... I don't know. Maybe we three would have thought of some solution. I really don't know ok." He replied frowning.

"Do you know your reply is making me think so many things? It is making me think what you actually think of me and my character." I said stepping back.

"Don't think them. I was worried about you and so I did it." He said stepping towards me.

"Don't worry about me. Just don't care about me like I don't care about you." I said glaring at him.

"You don't mean it." he said taking a step forward.

"Ofcourse I mean it. I don't give a damn about you not now and will not in future. So you just mind your own business. How many times do I have to tell you this and I am asking you again and again to not care about me at all. Just live your own life and I will live my own. I. Don't. Care. About. You." I said with as much force as I can.

He just stood there looking at me and I didn't back down. After few minutes he closed his eyes and said "Dinesh! I am coming with you."

I looked at them in confusion but Dinesh nodded and they both left along with Suma. Suma hugged me again and left with them.

"Pia! That was really unnecessary. You shouldn't have said those words." Rajeev said looking at me.

"I can't lie to him or anyone. That's what I feel and he shouldn't have called Ajay." I said folding my hands and looking away.

"But..." He started to say but Sush cut him off saying "They both will be fine."

After few minutes Rajeev and Priya left bidding their 'Bye'. Nikki walked near me and said "I know he shouldn't have called Ajay but he doesn't know what actually happened right."

"I know but think like this what if Ajay is the good guy and he called him here. Then what would we have done after meeting." I said shaking my head.

"But you are missing one thing Pia." She said smiling.

"What?" I asked her.

"If Ajay was good guy, you wouldn't have left him. And maybe Aman really cares about you. Because no husband calls the boyfriend of his wife." She replied.

"That's what I am saying. No husband calls like that but he did and I don't know what he was thinking." I said looking away.

She sighed and said "I think you need some time alone to think about all these."

"I need to go and bring Angel." Mumbling this I went near Sush and asked him to drive me to Mom's house.

"Where is he going with Dinesh?" I asked after few minutes of driving in silence.

"Why? You don't care right!" He replied smiling.

"Ok fine! Don't tell me." I said looking outside.

"Every weekend he stays at any one of our houses and locks himself to drink." He said after few minutes.

"He drinks!" I said with disgust in my voice.

"Don't jump into conclusions Pia. He is drinking from the past six months which is actually a big shock for us because he used to scold us when we talk about them." He said shaking his head.

"So this was already planned for today." I said looking at him.

"No! He decided to stop from this week onwards. But looks like he had gone against it." He said looking at me in corner.

I closed my eyes cursing myself and opened them saying "But why is he drinking all these months?"

"Don't know! You have to ask him." He replied and stopped the car infront of my house.

We looked at the door to see it locked so we went inside Arthi's house. I mean my Mother-In-Law's house.

We entered to see those four are playing with Angel. Sush chuckled because of which they looked up. I went near them and took Angel in my hands hugging her.

"Where is Aman?" Aunty asked.

"He... he is busy." I replied.

"Looks like I again did the same mistake." She said shaking her head and immediately looked at me wide eyed.

"What do you mean Aunty?" I asked her frowning.

"Nothing Pia! Do you want to drink some water?" She asked smiling.

"Please tell me what do you mean Aunty." I said looking at her.

She sighed and said "He didn't want to get married at that time but I forced him from few months and then he accepted. Then immediately we settled everything but the very next day he didn't want to get married. I kind of blackmailed him and made him marry her. And now after she died I made him do the same thing."

I just sat on the couch stunned. She blackmailed him! But how could she do that and with what.

"I didn't say this in any way to hurt you Pia but please take care of him for me." She said smiling sadly.

I didn't reply to her and left holding Angel. Sush followed me silently and he started driving me back.

"Did she really force him?" I asked Sush.

"Yeah! If it is in his hands then he wouldn't have got married." Sush replied.

"And now because of me he once again got dragged into marriage." I said looking outside.

"Trust me Pia! This is the best thing that ever happened to him but you just need to cut him some slack." He said when he stopped infront of my Home.

I nodded and got outside. I went inside the house and locked the door because I know he will not come home as Sush said.

Angel already slept so I placed her in the crib and lay down. I need to talk to him thinking this I closed my eyes and drifted off into deep sleep.

Next day he didn't came to home so I called Dinesh and he said that he already left for office. I waited for him until the evening and he still didn't returned.

So I called Rajeev and he lifted the phone saying "He is still in the office and I already came to my home."

"Is there any important work?" I asked him.

"I don't know! Good night." Saying this he hanged up.

The very next day same thing happened. So when Sush and Arthi returned from their office in the evening I asked them to drop me at Jaykar's company.

They nodded and I went inside their car. Arthi held Angel when they stopped infront of the Company.

"For tonight let her stay with her favorite Aunt." Arthi said looking at Angel.

"Are you sure?" I asked her because I know it would be tiring for her.

"Yes! Please..." She replied smiling.

I nodded and got down from the car. I went inside after they left. I reached his floor and saw that there is no one in this building.

I knocked on his cabin and opened to see him sitting near his table. And he is still doing some work.

"Hey!" I said closing the door.

He looked up getting startled and I saw that his eyes are pretty red. Few seconds later he again continued to do his work.

I sighed and said "Did you atleast ate something for these past two days? I am sure you didn't slept."

"Why do you care?" he asked but didn't look at me.

I know what I talked to him that day is totally wrong but I didn't know that he was still hanging to those words which I told him with overall frustration towards him and also that Stupid Ajay.

I went near him and put the system in Stand by mode before he could say anything. I held his hand and made him stand up. I dragged him outside his cabin and locked his door with the key he gave me silently.

Still dragging him I went near the parking lot and took the car keys. Opening the passenger door I gestured him to sit there.

I drove us towards our house and parked the car inside. We both got down and went inside.

"Where is she?" He asked looking around the silent house.

"Arthi is taking care of her." I replied and dragged him towards his room.

"Go and have a bath. You are actually stinking." I said hoping that he will remove that stupid mask on his face.

But he just nodded and went inside the washroom taking a pair of clothes. I shook my head and went inside the kitchen heating some food for him.

When I entered his room he was sitting on the chair and looking outside. I placed the plate infront of him saying "Here eat it and take some rest."

"I am not hungry." He said getting up and sat on the bed.

"That's what everyone says. Now here just eat." I said placing the spoon near his mouth.

Finally after few seconds he opened his mouth and ate it. I placed the spoon in the plate and gave him but he just ignored it.

I rolled my eyes and again started to feed him. After he ate I took the plate and stood up saying "Take some rest."

"I can't sleep here." He said when I was about to leave his room.

"What do you mean?" I asked him confused.

"After she died here I can't sleep here at all. So I am sleeping in the couch in the office room downstairs." He replied getting up.

"But you did on my first day here." I said frowning and couldn't help but feel that he is missing her. Well he should she is after all his wife.

"That's because you are there. I usually get up in middle and sleep downstairs." He said coming towards the door.

"Just wait!" I said going downstairs and kept the plate in the sink. Switching off all the lights I went near him to see he is leaning on the wall.

I took his hand again and went inside my room. I made him lay down there and said "You can sleep here from today."

I moved away but he stopped me holding my wrist and said "Please stay."

I tried to say 'No' but I can see that he really needs his sleep more than anything as I am sure he didn't closed his eyes for even a second by looking at his eyes.

I finally nodded after few minutes and lay down beside him. He placed his arm around my waist so that I can't fall because of small bed and placed his head on my heartbeat.

"What did you do these past two days?" I asked him laying there like a statue without moving because of his breath and hold on me.

"Work and work." he replied yawning.

"You know I actually didn't mean those words. I got angry seeing him again so I am sorry." I said finally breathing.

"I know I shouldn't have called him so I am also sorry." He said hugging me tightly.

"Ok I will forget it and you too just forget my words." I said placing my hand on his head.

"And you need to take care of yourself too. You shouldn't work like this at all." I added letting him know that I care about him but didn't say that directly.

"Hmmm..." he said.

"We both acted like some teenagers and we shouldn't forget that we have a responsibility of baby on us." I said playing with his hair.

"You are right! I shouldn't have acted like this and left you both alone like this." He said moving a little in comfortable position.

"I know that you asked Sush to keep an eye on us and I even saw the watchmen." I said shaking my head.

"So we are good?" he asked looking at me.

"We are." I replied and we both drifted off into sleep with my hand still playing with his hair.
