*Aman Pov*

"Angel!" I heard her saying to the baby.

"You are my little angel." Saying this she moved from the bed a little and then laid down switching off the lights.

I continued to snore a little and finally when I heard her even breathing I opened my eyes. I released a breath and turned towards her. It is very difficult to act like you are sleeping mainly with that fake snore.

She is as usual looking perfect sleeping with tiny little snore. I moved a little closer to her but not too much because she may freak out if she saw me near her.

She is my wife! I never thought this miracle would have happened but it did. But it is not good thing that she sacrificed her life and married a widower.

When I left for my office today morning I saw her leaving the house and that just means that she heard everything. As far as I know her I am sure she will come to that court and marry me just to prove me wrong.

I wish there was something which I had done to stop it but when she talked about becoming my sister I can't let that happen. Because if that happens then I had to remove all my feelings for her from my mind and everything which is definitely impossible.

I removed the hair falling on her face and kissed her forehead. I missed you Pia! Even though we never got close before my stupid decision. But I really missed you and this is our first kiss Pia and I wish you forgive me.

I looked at the baby to see her sleeping peacefully. I wish I can hold her and hug her a little. Just as this thought passed I immediately shook my head. I know I can never forget each and every cruel word of hers.

I looked at Pia again and continued to stare at her. I don't know for how much time I just looked at her. Then I got up and went near the laptop and started writing my today letter for my Pia.

I know that she can't read all of them but that mails just made me feel better for these past six months. I stopped writing them for two months but after wedding I couldn't help but write again.

After writing I went back near the bed and laid on it. Subconsciously Pia snuggled closer to me and held my shirt. I turned towards her a little and held her. I looked up to the fan and saw the death that happened by using that.

Yeah! She died in this room only not on the side room. But I had to lie because atleast for today before she know the truth I want her to be beside me.

I am terrified to stay in this room alone. But in the guest room the bed is so small and we both can't fit in it. So I lied and I hope she will forgive me for this along with many things.

I closed my eyes and felt content after nearly long three years of emptiness. Can we ever be like a normal couple Pia? Asking this question to myself I drifted off into my sleep.

*Pia Pov*

I woke up with a sense of a little snore on my hair. I opened my eyes to see myself snuggled to him. I looked up to see him sleeping peacefully but with a frown on his face.

Well who cares about him! I thought shaking my head and released myself from him and got down from the bed to see Angel already awake and looking at me curiously.

I picked her up and also the small baby cart and went downstairs. I went outside to see the milk packets on the door step so I took them. Preparing the milk for the angel with proper warm I held her and fed her the milk.

We played with the small toys in the living room until she drifted off into sleep. Returning to his room I saw the empty bed and then heard the shower running. I placed her inside the crib and started taking my dress from the bag.

When he returned I went inside the washroom without looking at him. Getting ready I went outside to see him nowhere. I went downstairs holding the baby monitor and saw a cup of coffee on the table.

He is sitting on the couch drinking the same I guess from another cup. I glared at him and threw the coffee in the sink. At the same time he entered the kitchen.

"I was making one for myself so I made one for you." He said looking at me.

"Look I don't care what you do but just don't do anything for me. You live your life in which I am not part of it. I am here just for the baby and keep that in your mind." I said and turned around to make some coffee for myself.

After few minutes I heard the footsteps and I released a breath.

"He just made coffee for you Pia. Not some Poison that you reacted like that." I heard Nikki's voice and I immediately turned around holding my heart.

"When did you come?" I asked her surprised.

"When he entered the kitchen." She replied and sat on the dining chair.

"Now tell me why you reacted like that just because he thought to do a small thing for you." She added.

"I don't want anything from a person who is not at all affected by his wife's death and also who doesn't have any care for his child." I said making coffee for her too.

"Well like you said day before yesterday. He must be in shock to act like that." She said shrugging when I sat down beside her.

"That's where I am wrong. He just don't care anything other than his office." I said shaking my head.

"Anyway tell me did you got any reply." I asked her sipping into my coffee.

"Yeah! They want to talk to you." She said and dialed their numbers.

"Hello! Talk to her." saying this she passed me the mobile.

"Hello! How are you Mr.Prakash?" I asked taking the phone.

"Well I just missed a heart attack when I saw your resignation. What are you thinking Pia?" He asked with totally shock in his voice.

"I am married now and I also have a baby to take care of. I can't come to Kolkata leaving her so I am resigning." I said with professional tone.

"Oh! Then work at Mumbai Company. That will be good for everyone." He said with hope in his voice.

"Mr.Prakash! I can't leave my house and go to office leaving my baby." I said sighing.

"Just wait for sometime I will think of some solution. Now tell me what his name is?" He asked.

"He is the CEO of Jayakar group of industries." I replied.

"Ok. But what is his name?" He asked again.

"Google it Mr.Prakash. Ok call me when you got a solution." Saying this I hanged up the phone.

"Why didn't you tell him Aman's name?" Nikki asked frowning.

"You know right I didn't used his name for the past three years even in my head then why would I now do it." I replied and then we heard someone clearing throat.

We looked up to see him sitting on the couch and then got up when he saw us looking at him. He nodded at both of us and left the house.

"I thought he already left for office." I said looking at the closed door.

"I too thought the same. I think he heard everything you talked about him." Nikki said frowning.

I shrugged and said "I don't care."

We both went inside the room and talked there for sometime and waited for Mr.Prakash call.

*Aman Pov*

She hates me! She hates me! I chanted this all along the way towards my office. I went there and continued to chant the same. She doesn't even want to say my name.

"Woah Aman! Are you ok?" Rajeev asked looking at me.

"Mr.Rajeev! You are M.D of this company not my friend in these premises so mind your own business." I replied and went inside my cabin.

After few minutes I heard the knock and I said 'Come in'. Rajeev entered the room with worried expression and asked "What happened?"

"She hates me!" I replied out loud.

"Oh! Maybe you have mistaken her. Maybe she doesn't hate you." He said raising his eyebrows.

"She didn't say my name for the past three years and she is not planning to say it in any near future too." I said rubbing my temple.

"If we leave you both alone I am sure you will kill each other." He said thinking.

"You know I will never hurt her right mainly not after that day I was harsh on her." I said glaring at him.

"I am saying literally. I have a plan and I think it will work. Let's have small party like a reception but only for friends." He said looking at me.

"Your wish!" I said shrugging and started doing my work or shall I say drowning myself into the work.

In the evening I left for home little early than before. 'Home!' this is the first time I am referring it like that. I reached there to see everyone is there in the living room.

"Look Aman is here. Let's go to backyard." Rajeev said and we all went outside and each one took each snack from the table. Pia just held the baby or shall I start referring as Angel like Pia is doing.

We all sat on the chairs in round and Pia sat at faraway chair from mine. I sighed and didn't say anything. They all started saying something to which I didn't showed any interest.

I just continued to look at Pia and saw her talking with everyone so normally. Then Arthi asked her "What about the job?"

"Mr.Prakash gave me a proposal. I can work from house for the Mumbai Company but sometimes I need to go for some meetings. The best part is that Nikki can stay with me if she wants." Pia said and I can't hear the excitement in her voice or on her face.

"Ofcourse I will stay with you. There is no other option. And by the way I will move to the house beside yours." Nikhila said.

"Then he will die for you Nikki." Pia said raising an eyebrow.

"We will think of something." She said smirking.

"Why do I feel like you are hiding something?" Pia said narrowing her eyes.

Nikhila just turned away and ignored her question. Pia too looked another way. I signed and wished that she can atleast talk to me.

"Pia! Look the moon is so bright." Arthi said but Pia made no moment to look up.

"Pia! Tell us something about Moon I mean any quote please." Rajeev said smiling brightly.

She sighed and said "Moon is a stupid natural satellite that revolves around earth. I mean it is so stupid that it can't glow on it's own. It just depends on the sun."

We all flinched the way she told this and she just got up to inside to refill the snacks.

"What just happened Nikhila?" Rajeev asked her.

"Guys! She is not the same so don't expect her to act like the same. Just keep it to normal talk." She replied and gave a small nod.

I understood her answer is towards me not them. Is this coldness just because of me? I thought frowning.

"Well looks like these both are perfect match indeed." Dinesh said and they all laughed.

After they all left I went inside my room to see her bags missing. I looked around and saw even the crib is missing.

I heard a knock on the door and turned to see her standing folding her hands. She just glared at me but it has no affect on me. Like Dinesh said we really are perfect match indeed.

"How dare you to lie to me like that?" She asked in calm tone.

"What's wrong in sharing a room? We are husband and wife after all." I replied in the same cold tone.

She didn't flinch like everyone. I moved little closer to her and she stood her ground. I stood just inches away from her and breathed in her lavender scent.

"So will you stay here?" I asked placing my hand on her cheek but I didn't show any emotion because I am sure she will nothing but step on them which will hurt me more.

"Never! Good night Mr.Jaykar." Saying this she turned leave but I stopped her holding her wrist.

I hugged her tightly and went inside my room. Before she can shout at me I closed the door and got ready for bed.

I just can't put my heart on my sleeves Pia because I am sure your hate for me is way beyond the melting.

Good night Pia! I mumbled and closed my eyes drifting off into deep sleep.

P.S- I am in really bad depression because i didn't got any watty award... Just kidding but felt little bad that there was no surprise award for me...

I wish one indian story of ours won the award. One award went to the spiritual category i guess about muslim love journey.
