Cat Blanc was still being chased by troopers again. Only this time they were threatened by Hawk Moth if they don't succeed in capturing Cat Blanc, he would threaten their family if they refused. The feline does not care about their excuses but wants to kill them since they are too loyal to his ex-father. Instead of akumatizing the troopers, Hawk Moth controls their will to capture his son.

"You really are a coward, Hawk Moth! Every victim you prey on, you'll never win! Karma will always strike back at you like a bitch!" Cat Blanc grabs one of the troopers from trying to shoot.

He grabs his wrist and shoots them all while some have hidden to avoid the bullets. He shoots the trooper in the head and pushes him off the roof, not caring if the body splatters when hitting the bottom.

"Where are you, bastard? I know you're here somewhere with that broken damn arm!" Cat Blanc jumped to the next roof to leave the troopers behind and went to find Hawk Moth.

He got tackled by an akumatized Nathalie as Catalyst again but she looked very weak to fight due to her illness. Cat Blanc cannot bring himself to fight her, not like this.

"Where is he, Nathalie?" I don't wanna fight you. All I want is my revenge on him" Cat Blanc said.

"You have to go through me to find out!" Catalyst said.

"You're very sick, Nathalie! I can't just do that!" Cat Blanc almost lost his temper.

"There's no other way!" Catalyst said.

"There's always a way, Nathalie! You saw the recordings my mother left for you. She trusted you and you betrayed her!" Cat Blanc growled.

"Fight him, don't let him control you!" He tried to make her break free.

"Don't listen to him! You listen to me!" Hawk Moth said through the mask.

"Nathalie, what he did was just his way of manipulating people to get what he wants just like he used me to model his brand. He's not worthy of your admiration nor your sacrifice. I understand you were proving to be loyal to him but he never takes your advice. As much as you tried to convince him to take responsibility for taking care of me as he should have, he never tried and failed to be a true friend to you" Cat Blanc explains the difference between what's right and wrong.

Catalyst listened to his words, trying to break free.

"Duty isn't always honor, Nathalie. Approval is what we all seek the most. I tried and failed like I meant nothing to him. All I get is no father love from him. What does he give you in return?" Cat Blanc asked.

"Nothing!" Catalyst broke free from the Akuma.

The feline caught her due to her terrible condition, coughing horribly, "Quick! A hospital!" He rushed with her in her arms.

"I'm far beyond medicine, Adrien!" Nathalie coughed.

"I don't care! I'm not losing you like I lost my mother!" Cat Blanc carried her.

He soon arrived at the nearest hospital. He didn't care if the guards would attack an Akuma but he cared about Nathalie's safety, "Move aside" He hissed.

He placed her on a stretcher, "She needs help, NOW!" He demanded they help her.

The medics carried her away as Cat Blanc pole vaulted away. He knows that magical sickness has no cure from man-made medicine but he can't simply let her do all the work for Hawk Moth. It almost made her go through the stages of her condition.

He was stopped by Hawk Moth who looks very pissed that Nathalie let that cat get into her head.

"How dare you, Boy?!" He threw the cane at him but the Feline caught it.

"No! How dare you?! She's clearly dying, you IDIOT!" Cat Blanc yelled and snapped the cane with his upper thigh.

"I gave her supporters!" Hawk Moth said.

"They do your dirty work, old man! You are such a selfish man I ever had as a father. You don't deserve Mom! Whatever she saw in you, you manipulated her feelings! Didn't you, Gabi?!" Cat Blanc tried to claw him but he jumped.

"I never did!" Hawk Moth shouted.

"Liar! Everything you did as Gabriel is built on lies!" Cat Noir yelled.

"Your real name was Gabi Grassette! You never came from a rich people! You always pressure me to be an Agreste when it never existed at all!" Cat Blanc tried to grab his throat.

"Don't you dare!" Hawk Moth whacks him with his good arm.

Cat Blanc was not fazed by the hit but grabbed his arm and pinned it to his back while pinning his neck to the ground, "Don't ever do that again! The only reason you never moved on is because you have an obsession with my mother! Obsession has no place for love! It's time to accept that you'll never bring her back! Even if you did use the wish, someone else has to die in her place! Mother would never want anyone's life stolen just because of the mistake you both made! Mistakes can never be repaired in the past, father! Making mistakes is what makes everyone human"

"What are you gonna do to me?" Hawk Moth asked.

"As long as you don't come near that mansion or the girl I love. If you do, I will not hesitate to kill your ass!" Cat Blanc sinks his claws in his back neck to make him listen carefully, "I still remember how you threatened old Master Fu the day you akumatized Chloe in Queen Miracle! Instead of asking for help, you chose to threaten him! You almost killed him!" He then holds him at the chimney, "You really are an irredeemable monster! Nobody's gonna miss you when your time has come!"

"That old man was useless! He wouldn't help me!" Hawk Moth could not push him off.

"Bullshit! He was like a grandfather to me. He would always help. You threatened him with your sentimonster butterfly to lure me and Milady out! You used Chloe to use her mind-controlling army!" Cat Blanc bared his canines, "If you can't change, then no one will!" He squeezed Hawk Moth's throat.

"Adrien! All I did was for your happiness!" Hawk Moth wheezed from being choked.

"No, you were only building happiness for yourself! I was building my happiness! You ruined my happiness and my life! Akumatizing my friends, forcing me to bond, and nearly akumatized my true love! Like I've said, you were the bad influence!" Cat Blanc threw him roughly, "You always see everyone as a bad influence! Mom would not love a man like you who sees my friends as a bad influence! You don't know a thing about happiness! You don't know a thing about friendship! You don't know a thing about my own happiness! Everything you do for me and Mom, you pushed us way too far!"

Hawk Moth tried to pick himself up but couldn't, he coughed up blood from the impact.

"I expected more from you but you are still the same coward you'll always be!" Cat Blanc so wanted to finish him but he doesn't have the guts to do it. His lady would be angry and scared of him.

"Face it, Gabi. You're a broken moth" He turns around taunting him, "Mom would see you as a monster instead of a husband" He takes his leave.

"Adrien! Come back....AAAAAAGH!!!" Hawk Moth screamed due to broken ribs.

The feline Akuma scoffed at his madness for destroying his life. He just walked away to leave him to suffer, "Hope you burn in hell" He muttered.

With Marinette, she was lying on her bed, watching the news on her phone. Cat Blanc has killed another again but left one alive. She knew he couldn't help it when it was in his Akuma nature to tell enemies to back off or die.

"It's getting harder to keep him under control" Marinette sighs.

She understands his pain for what he went through when his father violated his trust to hide his secret villainy from him.

"But how long can I endure him being Blanc?" She thought.

She heard a tap again and she opened the trapdoor to let him in, "Kitty, we discussed this last time. No killing"

"And we discussed that he not only can akumatize victims but he can also control their minds too. Those men are too loyal to him" Cat Blanc corrected her.

"You broke my promise about killing people," Marinette said in disappointment.

"I cannot help it, milady. I once tried but they tried to kill me. You can't reason them because they will only think we are manipulating them. Just like I tried reasoning my father but he is far too gone now" Cat Blanc grabs his food she was saving for him, "Remember Heroes Day? We were confronted with an illusion of Scarlet Moth made by Volpina. He did not want to be reasoned. He almost had us, milady"

"So you still want to kill him? You'll become no better than him" Marinette said.

The feline sighs and slurps the Chinese noodles, "Milady, I tried so hard to reason with him when I was just a boy. All I get in return is "I'm your father and I know what's best for you". All he does is shut me out. Let me ask you, does your father say that to you? Does everyone's fathers do that to their children?"

"No, he never forces me. Nor does my mother. They both support our love" Marinette said.

"Exactly. Only my mother supported me, my father did not. He failed to be a father. And I already told you, he's not my real biological father" He grabs more noodles with his chopsticks, "He hired Lila to spy on me to make sure you don't get close to me. Gabriel only sees everyone as a bad influence. He violated my trust far too much to make me so stupid"

"I know," Marinette said.

"Even though I have a moral code I might be forced to drop it at some point" Cat Blanc finished his meal.

"Milady, you don't have to drop your moral code," Cat Blanc said.

"You saw me fight brutal on akumas. I'm angry at Hawk Moth for trying to akumatize but instead, you jumped in to take the hit for me. He jeopardized our relationship because of me" Marinette said.

"It's the same thing I do, milady. I lose my temper all the time whenever an akuma endangers those I care about" Cat Blanc said.

"I hope he doesn't succeed akumatize me just to make us fight," Marinette said.

"That's what worries me, bugaboo. I cannot let him take advantage of my life. It's not right. By the way, how's that potion coming along to cure Nathalie and my mother? I'm extremely worried for Nathalie that I had to bring her to the hospital. She's not looking too good" Cat Blanc shuddered.

"I'm almost done, Kitty," Marinette said.

"Good. I can't let my father see my mother. She has to know that Gabriel is no longer the man she loves. This is gonna break her heart" Cat Blanc felt the akuma draining him slowly again, "Including mine that is draining me"

"Kitty, don't die on me now," Marinette noticed.

He grunts but stays strong, "I won't. For as long as I can"

"Thank goodness, Kitty" Marinette said.

"The akuma has been kicking my ass every day when it wants me to do evil. I don't want to be like that monster" Cat Blanc said.

"You're not him, Kitty. He's done more than enough. I'm surprised he hasn't tried to akumatize Cerise again" Marinette said.

"That's Because I always cataclysm the Akuma. No matter how many times he tries, I never run out of my cataclysm. Big mistake to give me unlimited destruction" Cat Blanc said.

"Can't say the same that I have at some point ripped apart the akumas than purify them" Marinette said.

"What?!" Cat Blanc exclaimed.

"I lost control of my anger after being mocked by the villains for not being able to save you. So I crushed the butterfly in my palm" Marinette said, regretting the moment.

"Are you crazy? No one knows what happens if they grab an akuma with their bare hands" Cat Blanc, lying that he has heard from Cerise that she once grabbed an akuma with her bare hand and nothing happened.

"No and are you sure?" Marinette didn't buy it.

"Okay, I lied. Man, that woman is so contagious to me with her bullshit lies" Cat Blanc growled lowly, "I made her talk and she once said she did grab an Akuma with her bare hands. The day when she put me to sleep to take a copy of my physical body form"

"Chameleon," Marinette said.

"Yup, I don't know how she did that but I also feel guilty for stopping you from exposing her. I was wrong about bad people like her. You were right, they don't wanna change" Cat Blanc said, remembering to tell her to take the high road.

"I've long since forgiven you," Marinette said.

"And you also told me why you constantly stammer whenever I'm around. It was because of Chloe and Kim" Cat Blanc said.

"It's mostly Chloe's fault since she regretted nothing. Kim forgave me for not seeing he broke my heart" Marinette said.

"But still, Kim should no better than to pull a prank with real spiders and you could have been seriously injured by splashing in the pool. He thinks it was a practical joke but it's not. More like a dark cruel humor prank that it's something to not laugh about" Cat Blanc growled.

"Yes, but let's focus on saving your mother and Nathalie" Marinette changed the subject.

"I'm still angry about it, milady. But fine, it would help calm me down. You told me you needed a sample from a living descendant of my mom. I checked that when I pulled a piece of my white hair, it turned back to my real blond hair. Watch" He took out a strand of white hair and it turned back to blond hair color. Similar to the Tangled movie, if a hair is cut, it changes to the original color.

"Thanks" She adds it to the potion.

"Last time when you tried making a potion, it caused explosions like chemistry class" The feline Akuma laughed a little.

"Yeah, but this is magic," Marinette said.

"Magic science to me, bugaboo" Cat Blanc said.

"Of course" Marinette replied.

Much later, the potion was completed. Cat Blanc makes sure to save Nathalie and his mother. The former secretary doesn't have much time left before she suffers the same fate as Emilie.

"Let's go, Milady. We need to be sure it works" Cat Blanc said.
