Cat Blanc sneaks into the hospital with the potion to save Nathalie. She doesn't have much time left until her last breath. The feline cannot lose her. She may have supported his father's madness but she would deserve a second chance since she saw Gabriel having an irrational obsession with miraculous and his wife. She did not like what he did to akumatize her.

"Let's hope this works" He opened the vial and poured it into her mouth.

It only took 15 seconds for her to breathe normally then a cough, "Haaah! Oh god" She turns to see Cat Blanc, "Adrien, you saved me"

"How do you feel?" Cat Blanc asked, still upset with her for she used to be Mayura when helping his father and nearly put Master Fu in great danger at the cost of his memories erased.

"I feel better. Thanks to you. I'm sorry I put you and Ladybug through all this. If it weren't for me and Gabi, the guardian would still be guardian" Nathalie said.

"And?" Cat Blanc flickered his claws, waiting to hear more.

"For siding with that monster even as Mayura" Nathalie said.

"And?" Cat Blanc wants to hear how sorry she was for putting Master Fu in so much misery by letting that sentimonster moth almost kill him.

"And for almost killing the guardian. I shouldn't have done that with the sentimonster" She said.

"And?" Cat Blanc urges her again for not having to convince his father to let Nino throw his first birthday party for him.

"And for not convincing your father to let your best friend throw a party for you? How much more do you want?" She was getting slightly annoyed.

"Hmmm....let's see.....ever since I discovered you hid my mom's phone of her recordings, she trusted you and you failed her" Cat Blanc glared softly at her.

"Yes, I've failed to look after you and convince Gabi to let go of his obsession" Nathalie replied.

"Mmhmm....and what would my mother react if she found out that you violated her trust?" Cat Blanc crossed his arms.

"She would feel disappointed in me. I deserve jail" Nathalie said sadly.

"You can still redeem yourself, as soon as Gabriel is done for it" Cat Blanc looks at the vial in his palm.

"It's for her, isn't it? You do know that your father is not in his right mind if he sees her awake" Nathalie said.

"He won't have her and I will stop him with Ladybug" Cat Blanc said, jumping out the window to leave and when he saw his father sending more mind-controlled troopers to stop him again, the feline knew he had to stop them before they do something like monsters.

"CATACLYSM!" He threw one to the street to shatter it.

It created a crack line to stop them from reaching him again, "I won't hesitate to turn your entire body to ashes" Cat Blanc hissed angrily.

"Ha! You could never kill your father when you had the chance, beast!" One of them taunted while holding out a gun.

"Try me! I'm bulletproof!" Cat Blanc scoffed.

"He's right! We'll run out of bullets!" Another said.

"Where is he?! I would like him to talk to my cataclysm!" He demanded with a sinister voice.

"He's going for the mansion!" One of them said.

Cat Blanc roared in anger and punched his cataclysm fist on the ground to hurl them before fleeing the scene.

Ladybug was at the mansion, making sure Cerise didn't escape.

"I should've known it was you all along! You and her are the same person!" Cerise said in rage.

"And I should've known why you don't like taking gym classes because you're afraid that your wig will fall off and the dust will infect your real eyes with fake eye color lenses" Ladybug snarled at her.

"Correct. And I should have had everyone under my thumb to destroy you!" Cerise said.

"You're nothing to me, Cerise! No matter what I will defeat you!" Ladybug clenched her fists.

"Adrien is my half-brother. You kill me, you kill the only sibling he ever had" Cerise sneered.

"You know I can't do that Cerise. I never kill people!" Ladybug replied.

"But he can. He's a monster just like his daddy who abandoned me when I was just a toddler! All because I was nothing to him!" Cerise tried to get out of the handcuff that was stuck with Ladybug.

"Is that why you constantly lie and manipulate 3 women who thought you were their long-lost daughter?!" Ladybug yanked her roughly.

"It's easy, with each of them I get my way to use fake documents and so forth," Cerise said.

"Fake documents or not, governments can also trace history records to know if it's real or fake, Cerise! Living a lie only makes you abandon your real self! Just like Gabriel did to abandon his real name and his real family! There's no such thing as a perfect life! Your life will one day be nothing but the sad truth of your lies!" Ladybug glared.

"Adults are very foolish, Dupain Cheng! They never traced my father the same way they never traced me" Cerise smirked.

Cat Blanc came in the room quickly, "Milady, get the hell of here with her, now! He's coming!" He hands the vial to her.

"But how can he recover so fast with a broken body?" Ladybug wondered.

"His madness is what keeps him going. Go, now!" Cat Blanc was tackled by Hawk Moth and smashed through the wall.

"ADRIEN!!!" Hawk Moth yelled insanely, his eyes were all bloodshot from rage.

"You really need to work on treating me right!" Cat Blanc headbutts him to get off.

Ladybug ran out with Cerise handcuffed, "Hey! I can handle myseeeeellllfff!" Cerise was dragged.

"Enough!" Cat Blanc grabbed the brooch, pushed his father against the bed, and detransformed, "Come any closer, the brooch gets crushed!"

"You wouldn't dare!" Gabriel gasps. Nooro grunts in pain when Blanc squeezes the brooch.

"Why not? You abused Nooro for too long. Do you care if he dies or do you only care about using him for your personal gain to get what you want?!" Cat Blanc hissed and tested his father's worriness.

"Stop! The pain!" Nooro groaned.

"Well, father? You like torturing Nooro, do you? Do you like someone else to torture him until he's dead?!" Cat Blanc tested him.

"If you kill him, you're worse," Gabriel said.

Cat Blanc hesitated and stopped, "Technically, you wanted me to be an Agreste. Be specific with your words, Father. Gabriel Agreste became a terrorist and that's what he's good at. His wish came true when his son became a twisted and wild supervillain out for blood"

"I didn't want this to happen!" Gabriel said.

"You tried to akumatize the girl I loved and I had to save her!" Cat Blanc shouted.

He hands the brooch to Nooro to free him, "Get out of here, now!"

"Thank you!" Nooro got away.

"No! I am your master! Obey me Nooro!" Gabriel tried to go after him but got whacked in the head by Blanc's staff.

"Not anymore. Your luck has run out" Cat Blanc said.

Ladybug knew she had one chance to revive Emilie as she came down to the elevator with Cerise handcuffed to her.

"Let's hope this works on her" She opens the pod.

"Pathetic. Bringing the dead to life will result as a zombie" Cerise scoffed.

"She's in a coma, Cerise. I am not letting your father of a monster use the miraculous to make that wish which would be a terrible price to pay in exchange as well as destroying the world and creating a new one" Ladybug said.

She opens the vial and pours it into Emilie's mouth. It took like Nathalie 15 seconds for it's effect to work. Emilie woke up with a gasp.

"Oh, great. Halle-frickin-lujah" Cerise cheered sarcastically.

"Who are you two?" Emilie looks at them.

"Long story but I gotta show you something. Kitty, she's awake. Time for Operation True Colors" Ladybug said on her ear comms.

Cat Blanc heard her and it was time to reveal who his father really was by having his mother be hidden to see the truth.

"You see, Father? What will mom think of you when she hears what you've done as Hawk Moth or Shadow Moth?" Cat Blanc said.

"She's in a coma you fool! She won't know as long as the wish fixes everything!" Gabriel said.

"Bullshit! I always heard you and Mom argue about something when I was young! She obviously tried to make you come to your senses but you always think she's stubborn!" Cat Blanc said.

"She has no idea what they can give us!" Gabriel said.

"This isn't about you and her! It's just you, Gabi! Your happiness is not the same as everyone's! You don't know a thing about happiness! You always think of what's best for me when in reality, you treated me like shit!" Cat Blanc growled angrily, "Claws in!" He detransformed since he knows that his mother is hidden somewhere, watching the argument.

"Tell me why you abandoned them, Gabi Grassette? Your real family! You told me you came from a rich family but you lied. You came from a lower social class when all along, the Agreste family never existed but just you! Tell me, father!" Adrien had tears of sadness and betrayal.

"I wanted to start all over again, to cover up my true origin and my crimes in my youth! My family were nothing to me!" Gabriel revealed his true motives.

Adrien gasped at how heartless it was to say that, "How could you say that?!" He took out the old photo of his real family, "You abandoned them! Abandoning a family that loves you! Just like you abandoned your firstborn daughter and her mother before you met my mother!"

Emilie gasped quietly and looked at Cerise who somehow looked a bit like him but more Italian like her unknown mother.

"I was drunk and I did not want to be a part of it!" Gabriel said.

"Oh, really? So you think she wasn't perfect enough for you the same way I'm not perfect enough for you? Cerise was your real daughter! I'm not pure human and I have no DNA heritage from you. Men can't get pregnant, only women can. I never had a biological father the day I was born. The only biological parent was my mother"

"It was her own fault using the brooch while it was damaged! And Colt paid his life for it!" Gabriel said.

"No, you gave it to her when it was damaged. You didn't know and she was aware of it. She accepted her fate but you didn't! Instead of moving on, you isolated me! I made friends at school, I fell in love with the girl that loves me for me! And what do you do? You constantly akumatize innocent people to do your bidding! You forced my girlfriend to break up with me so you could akumatize her but instead, I jumped in to save her life, and look what you made me into!" Adrien got on all fours, crawling around like a cat, and growled, "The Akuma is stuck inside my heart and it's draining me because of you!" He groaned from being drained but stayed strong, "It's not Marinette's fault, it's your own fault that you jeopardize my relationship with her!"

Gabriel was shocked at him talking to him that way.

"Yeah, the only thing you're good at is destroying people's hopes, dreams, and their life! Just like you did with mine already. And seriously, akumatizing a baby a few times? You're insane, Gabi!" Adrien said.

"How else was I gonna find a victim to akumatize?! I did everything to get your mother back to bring happiness for all of us!" Gabriel had enough of his nonsense.

"You did all of this?" Emilie stepped out of the shadow.

"Mother, don't!" Adrien said.

But Emilie just stormed up to Gabriel and slapped him hard in the face, "HOW DARE YOU GABRIEL?! You lied about everything! You did all these criminal activities because of me?! It's not for love but for obsession!" She screamed at him.

"Mom! Stay calm!" Adrien moved her away from him but collapsed that he was starting to feel weak from the Akuma.

"Adrien!" Ladybug ran holding him up.

"My boy!" Emilie got down.

"Stay back! The police are on the way and you don't deserve Emilie, Cerise, or even Adrien! You don't deserve happiness at all!" Ladybug glared at Gabriel for the damage he caused.

"We got to get the Akuma out now! Adrien, stay with me!" Ladybug begged for him to stay strong.

A while later, Gabriel was arrested along with Cerise. Charges will be filed at the judge's court and the news got out that Adrien has been Cat Blanc the entire time due to his father's madness.

At the hospital, he wasn't looking too good and he had an oxygen mask to keep him breathing and the IVs on his arms. He had very thick skin as an akuma but they managed to jab it in to read his pulse.

The classmates were very worried for him. Emilie and Nathalie were very much worried for the little prince who went through a lot from his strict father. Plagg still white was hoping his kitten would fight the Akuma but he was becoming very weak. The doctors have confirmed he's in a coma, hanging onto life.

"My poor son. He went through all this because of that twisted maniac" Emilie said.

Marinette came into the room to see her boyfriend. It made her feel miserable to see him like this. How could a lowlife father abuse him like this?

"Oh Adrien" She held his hand, "I really wish you could hear me but I hope that no matter what, our love remains strong enough to conquer all darkness and hate"

In the afterlife, Adrien looked at himself like normal, he saw the previous cat holders that came before him.

"Adrien" The first holder appeared before him. It was the Chinese man from the ancient grimoire book of the Cat miraculous holder.

"Where am I?" Adrien asked him.

"The afterlife. You're clinging onto your life" The Egyptian Cat holder said.

"The Akuma is killing my body. I can't die this young" Adrien said, scared he'll have his soul sucked out of his body.

Dark Gremlin, the European cat holder removes his helmet mask to see the modern 21st century cat holder, "Adrien, it's never too late for you. Paris still needs Cat Noir" He said.

Adrien can feel his hand tingling and his heart pulsing rapidly, "What's happening to me?"

"It's your girlfriend holding your hand, amigo," Said a Spanish cat holder similar to Zorro.

"All the love from your friends praying for you to get better," An African cat holder said.

"So, will I be alive again?" Adrien asked.

"That is your choice" There was one female cat holder indian from the Native American heritage.

"Then that means I can reject the Akuma," Adrien said.

"Yes. Everyone, huddle in with him" The Native woman cat holder said.

They all joined in together to destroy the Akuma with him. He screamed and the Akuma was out of his heart. He was getting sucked down to earth and his body quickly sits up for a breath of life through the oxygen mask and the Akuma came out of his chest.

"No more evil for you!" Marinette caught it in a jar.

"Dude!" Nino said.

"Adrien!" Marinette removed the oxygen mask and hugged Adrien.

"Is this heaven or hell?" Adrien strained his voice.

"Neither. You're back to normal" Marinette said.

Adrien felt his cat ears were gone, he was finally back to normal. He looked at his hands and they had human fingernails.
