From last two days Angre is thinking how to take Vansh into Doctor Ashutosh's cabin so that his treatment starts. Vansh's obsession and madness is how much dangerous is only known to him, to whole world he is the same cold hearted arrogant man. But he knows it's a facade. Within four walls, he is another man - a beast in human form. Suddenly a plan comes to his head and he goes to Vansh who is sitting in his office cabin and thinking about Riddhima. But his trance gets broken when Angre calls him - Sir, I've to go to Dr Ashutosh for my close friend's case..actually he is behaving very different nowadays so I want to help him..he doesn't know that he behaves different when he gets stressed or alone..so will you go there with me as I'm feeling tensed for him..so....

Though Vansh is quite surprised to see his always cheerful PA that much tensed, so he nods his head. Angre tells in mind - Thank God! He is not so cruel in this form..otherwise, don't know how to manage this man.

And after a few hours of drive, they stop before Dr Ashutosh Mishra's cabin. Seeing the name plate, Vansh now knows why Angre is tensed as it's related to PSYCHIATRIST. However, they both enter inside but after going few steps Angre says him to go inside while he will be back after taking the call. Vansh nods saying yes. And here Angre has already informed Dr to ready everything so by taking a side, he messages Doctor for the much needed signal.

Other hand, Vansh goes straight into a room and finds its all black and thinks to go back as he might have lost his way. But before he could step forward, he founds a dim yellow light to grow suddenly and getting shocked, he looks around to find Riddhima's portrait all around the room, all are taken in any function of VR Mansion or randomly.

Suddenly he stands before a photo Riddhima that is taken when she has been unmarried. There is a silent smile in her lips, looking at her smile Vansh too smiles at her affectionately. But suddenly the emotions in his eyes get changed and the eyes held possessiveness and obsession all of a sudden.

Vansh(eyes holding dark obsession) :- Riddhima..My Riddhima..your every smile, emotion..your soul..your this beautiful body is ONLY MINE..fucking mine!! Then why are you not wearing those marrital signs..where is your sindoor, the mangalsutra of my name..everytime you've to bear it..so that everyone knows by looking at you only that YOU'RE MINE..MY WIFE..(Suddenly something strikes in his mind and he takes out a little knife from his pocket and cuts his thumb a little and fills her hairline with his blood and then he smiles satisfied.)

But now his obsession turns into frown looking at Riddhima's another oil portrait where Riddhima is having a little baby bump. His eyes now hold fury and anger and throws the knife of his hand angrily towards her paint and it directly hits her belly, tearing the portrait apart.

He angrily steps towards her portrait and holds the frame with his both hands and shouts at the top of his voice :- No..it can't happen..It can't happen..no one can enter into our life and make you away from me..I will never allow any person to snatch you from me. There is no word like DISTANCE in our marriage and relationship. Then why this shit in your tummy? Huhh..why are you bringing this baby in between us? I'll never accept THIS BABY because it will snatch you from me....Your this lap, your LOVE, your every affection, your every time will be mine..I WILL BE IN YOUR EVERY BREATH..Naah! Before it gets too late I MUST HAVE TO KILL THIS BABY so that My Riddhima remains with me always.

Here Angre and Dr Ashutosh both are standing at the door step of that room and silently watching his every actions. Angre is very puzzled to find his boss's this madness. But listening his every talk, Doctor Ashutosh knows his assumption is right. But suddenly they hear a loud sound to find Vansh falling hard on his back being unconscious. Angre feels fear all of a sudden while Dr Ashutosh has run inside towards Vansh and calls Angre's name loudly to which he gets back his senses.

Both hold Vansh from each side while Dr Ashutosh calls his ward boys to take a stretcher and brings him to his cabin. Laying down his unconscious body upon the hospital bed, the ward boys leave the room while Doctor asks Angre to wait outside. He checks Vansh's pulse and then thoroughly does his body check up to find out how much agressive he has been upon his body recently and then gives him an injection.

There Angre founds doctor to come out but before he asks something, doctor eyes him to follow him inside the cabin. After sitting comfortably, doctor starts :- I've told you before only that how much serious this case is and how this is affecting his mind and health badly. So I'll advice you to open up about his problems to his family before he losses himself somewhere in this dark character. If his wife is not with him, he will be badly affected while if his wife lives with him, then her and the baby both lives will be in danger. And as a doctor I'm bound to do nothing because in this case patient needs love, care, time and affection of family, besides medication. That positive vibe of family will help him to get cured.

Angre asks in feeble voice :- How many days will it take to cure him?

Doctor sighs and takes a breath :- It may need one year, a few years or the whole life to get cured....it depends upon the atmosphere he is living in.

Angre freezes on his spot and bends his head a little thinking how to tell this to his family and most importantly, HIM. Doctor understands his emotional turmoil and keeps his hand on Angre's shoulder as support and assures him through eyes - Don't worry young man, I'll tell everything to your boss as he must need to know it first. His energy and belief to gain his wife's love, his unborn baby and his family back will boost inside him as medicine. And as a doctor, I must be truthful to my patients.

Angre nods his head in positive response and holds doctor's both hands in his hold as a request. Here Vansh gains his senses and founds himself on the hospital bed and hisses a little in pain. Then he gets to see a cut on his thumb, and like everytime he wonders now why it is cut! However, pushing all those thoughts aside, he gets up to go but before that he founds two figures - one known and another unknown to enter inside. So he asks - Angre, what I'm doing upon this bed and where have you been?

Suddenly another man comes towards him and takes the chair before his bed. Sitting there, the man starts - Hello Mr Vansh Rai Singhania! This is Dr Ashutosh Mishra, here. I'm a psychiatrist. And today I'm here to tell you the story of a young buisness man whom I'm going to treat.

Vansh(puzzled) :- But why will you tell me about someone? And by the way, we have come here for Angre's some friend then why are you telling me all those?

Doctor smiles and says - Because the man is none other than you. It's you for whom Mr Angre is here.

Like he is been electrified, Vansh sprints on his place and looks at Angre with red eyes - What is this, Angre? You've lied to me..moreover, you think I'm a MAD!! How ridiculous that you've taken ME, the Vansh Rai Singhania here?

Dr Ashutosh asks him - Please Mr VR, be calm..this hypertension will be proved fatal on your part and could bring attack to you. I'll suggest you to keep quiet for sometime and listen to me. YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM SPLIT PERSONALITY DISORDER.

Vansh nods his head and asks him to keep continue. But what he listens from doctor's mouth makes him numb for a moment. It's like in a glance, his entire existence gets into fire and turns into ashes. And here doctor tells him of his situation and how it may prove murderous to other people around him. Listening this, Vansh is pale..like he is that bad to have a thought like KILLING HIS OWN UNBORN BABY INTENTIONALLY. He is now burning in guilt and repentance. Doctor feels bad and asks to keep patience.

Vansh breaks down completely and asks the doctor with teary eyes :- Doctor, why can't I remember all those things I've done in another state of mind..because whenever I've forced myself upon My Riddhima, I could remember everything. Then why not now?

Doctor looks at his helpless state and speaks softly - Because the time you've spent with your wife, then you were in your initial days of this problem....though your mind used to block your heart leading you into a beast..but now it's out of hand now.. you've started to harm yourself physically which you've done upon your wife a number of times. This problem of yours has turned you into a sadist. But the most important problem is..you think your own child as your enemy.

Vansh is numb to react. He has tried to kill his own baby, a part of him for his own satisfaction - the thought itself makes him giddy. Without telling a thing, he gets up on his feet and asks the doctor in his original VR tone :- I'm ready doctor, for the treatment. If I'm the culprit of the happenings of my life, then I'll take any step to less my repentance. I know there is no mercy for a man like me. But if by killing the other self in me I bring a modification in me, then I'm ready..I'm ready to do anything, even if it means to finish myself for once. For saving the life of My Wife and My unbornbaby, I can do anything. I've done many wrong things to Riddhima and now I'll repent it so that wherever they are now will breath safely.

Saying this he asks Angre to take the car with him to VR Mansion as he himself will just go to a nearby park to take an open air. Angre has been happy all this while to get back that confident VR again but now he has worry for his boss. Seeing that, doctor signals him to follow his words. Meanwhile, Vansh is walking aimlessly on road, coming out of doctor's cabin. And then finding a park on the other side of the road and crossing the road securely, he finds an empty bench there so he sits on it and gets lost in thought. But suddenly his self-loathing gets broken due to kids' laughter and joyful voice.

As it's Saturday so school is on half day leave. That's why kids have come to park early than everyday. Vansh looks astonished at the kids' carefree laugh and genuine happiness to be in park. How innocent they are that they get happiness in every small things easily. He founds all the kids have their parents with them and how happy their parents are! The parents have a glint of pride and joy in their eyes. And suddenly he starts to feel alone in this whole world. Having the most prized possession of earth also, he is empty handed - HIS BABY. Though it's right on his part to get that punishment but what fault the kid has in it that he is away from his father before the birth itself.

Thinking this he gets up but founds his vision blurred in tears and head is heavy. With very difficulty he takes some steps to go forward but staggers to sit back only. While a taxi driver has been passing by, notices Mr Vansh Rai Singhania and that too in this state, he stops his taxi and comes out from there. Then with the help of others, he settles Vansh inside his taxi though Vansh has tried to deny in his semi-conscious state.

Other hand, Angre has come to VR Mansion and with closed eyes informs all about Vansh's problem. Though among all, dadi is absent. Seeing her state, Angre has decided to keep her away from this. As he completes saying, he founds all standing on their place like some statues. But suddenly they listen some noise coming from the front door that leads them into reality. They realise the grim reality of the pillar of VR Mansion. Turning back, they find a poor taxi driver is bringing a dozing Vansh inside while he is hardly controlling VR's tall figure upon his short height. Angre and Aryan both quickly run to him and hold VR from other side and settle him on couch. Angre asks Siya to bring water for Vansh and turns towards the man. With folding hands, Anupriya comes to him and says him thanks for saving her son.

And after thanking and giving him some money against his wishes, they bid the man bye. Here Siya brings water and sprinkles upon him, bringing him back to reality. Angre gives Vansh some tablets for lessening his anxiety. And then Aryan and Angre takes him to his room. Here VR Mansion is in amidst of tension and fear .... to loss their elder son in self-loathing and a dangerous mental illness. Siya looks towards the family temple and prays to God for not cursing her brother that much for the sin he has done. She just prays Riddhima's tears doesn't make Vansh's life ever dark that he never gets succeed to come out of it.
