After being checked up by the doctor, Vansh is left from the hospital with a strict message to follow every rules asked by the medical team. Doctor asks his family to hire a well trained nurse in their home only if there is lack of enough people to take care of him. Riddhima, Siya and Ishani have been present there as Vansh's family and before someone could say anything, Siya answers : No need of any nurse or such, Doctor .. as there are many people in our family to take care of my bhai.

So giving some basic messages to the ladies and Vansh, the doctor leaves from there. Meanwhile, Siya thinks in her mind if this could lessen the distance between the couple. However, after arrival of certain medical report, all Rai Singhania family goes back to Riddhima's apartment.

It's been two days since Vansh has returned to home and his health is improving a little. As thought by Siya this will lead to little closeness between the couple which has not been happened that way ; rather Riddhima takes care of him just like a mere person who is wounded for taking a bullet to save her baby.

And it's Monday morning when all are sitting in the hall area of the living room. Angre suddenly gets up by having a call and leaves for office work. Vansh feels guilty as in his absence all work load goes upon Angre and that leads to his starvation. So he asks Aryan who is managing the hotel buisness of Rai Singhania's now : Aryan, do arrange an advertisement for the secretary post of Angre. It will be a temporary one till my absence. And it will be highlighted that after a certain time he or she will be removed from that very post as soon as I'll join office.

Aryan nods his head in yes and after breakfast, he manages to declare such announcement. And within two days, a person is hired on that post. And Vansh is aware of that but he hasn't met the person till now. In between his rescuing health, Vansh has bonded well with Lily too and it hasn't fuelled up Vanya that much she has reacted before ; instead she has started to be little soft towards Lily making Riddhima relieved that her baby is not going to be the exact version of VR.

It's Saturday and Angre has decided to finish the important files today only so that on Sunday he could have spent his entire time with his boss and Vanya too. Due to hectic schedule, he is not having time to be with his favourite niece. Being an orphan too, he has got immense love from this family that assures him to have his own family and the total credit goes to his boss. Being a reckless person in his personal life, his boss has always showered love upon him and that he can't forget in his life ever.

Leaving those sentimental thoughts aside, he gives his whole attention upon the files but scrunches his eyebrows knowing some files are missing amidst of heaps of files. And then he remembers..yes, he has kept the important file in home only. Last night he has been working upon it on home so it's left there only.

Thinking something, he calls his secretary inside his cabin and asks : DIANA, please could you go to my house and bring the green file for me! I've only noticed it now that I've forgot to bring while coming.

The slim and tall, brown skinned indian girl of mid-thirties founds it the chance she has searched till now. For which reason she has done surgery of her facial feature and trained herself to speak with change in voice note has come to her door step. For her obsession, she can change her entire personality or her own identity. That's why today she is Diana Evans from Roshni Sharma. And there is another reason too and that is to conceal her identity from police. She knows very well if someone comes to know her real identity then she will be placed in jail and her dream to own Vansh destroying Riddhima's life would be wiped away. So not taking a chance, she has done everything like professional. And after seeing advertisement in Rai Singhania farm as the secretary of Angre, she hasn't stopped herself. If it has been earlier Roshni, then she couldn't have accepted this but now she can do anything to achieve her obsession. She knows the only way to go close to Vansh Rai Singhania is to get close to Angre and achive his trust. In these few days, she has surely owned it that's why she is asked to bring such an important file.

Her thought gets broken with the continuous calls from Angre, she gets afraid at first but later calms himself : Yes, yes, sir! I'm ready to bring that file . Angre scrunches his eyebrows at her and asks : Are you sure, Miss Evans? As till now you've been little disturbed, I think there must be any problem surely.

But Diana aka Roshni denies to accept it so Angre asks her to do his work. With happy mind, Roshni goes to Riddhima's apartment. After a fifteen minutes of longest waiting of her life, she rings the bell of entrance door and Riddhima comes to open the door. Being weekend and in absence of few members of the family, she has left back in home today knowing in her absence her employees cum colleagues would do the work sincerely.

As she opens the door, a weird vibe goes through her body ; like some electric shock makes her aware of some upcoming danger to her calm world. But throwing away her doubtful mind aside, she asks her who she is! In response the tall girl says with some hidden attitude : Well, I'm secretary of Angre sir and he has given me the address of this house to bring an important green file.

Riddhima formally smiles at her and asks her to come inside and sit till she gets the file. Roshni smirks inside at this fool lady who is welcoming her own destruction to her home.

Coming inside, she founds VR taking rest by sitting on the couch while his legs are stretched before in careless way. He is busy to read story to a little kid, may be the THORN OF HER WAY. Both are so engrossed in their story to notice another person's presence in before them.

The vile woman looks around the room and founds there is none so she thinks to sit beside the empty place of VR as in this process she could gather little body fragrance of his to calm her inner seductress. But in her own world of dirty thought, she has forgot to check where she is going to seat.

Actually finding sofa a little comfortable, Lily has thought to use the place as her bed. Even no person is there to claim it for now. So the little creature has laid there by circling the tail around her soft body. And then finding a shawl upon the cushion, she gets inside it to cover herself accurately. And in this process, no outsider will be knowing there must be a tiny creature laying.

And here that lady has taken the seat just upon the shawl covered body of Lily..fortunately, she has pressed a little upon Lily's left leg and not crushed the entire body ; and that leads to break Lily's peaceful sleep. She gets up from her comfortable sleep and founds who has just claimed to hurt her and gets angry to find an unknown person. And that she does which she could have usually done .. but knowing it must be done by any family member mistakenly she has been silent.

She just bites on the stranger's buttock area and bleeds the portion with her teeth. And the screeching painful noise of Diana aka Roshni makes the calm room into scary one. Vansh and Vanya till now have jumped up from their sitting position while Riddhima comes running to living area ; Siya who has been busy in kitchen comes out running.

Aryan is not at home as he is busy in office work. Dadi is taken to hospital for check up with Anupriya and Ishani so the house is little empty in comparison to other days.

All gather there and found the scene created by Lily. They are not getting what to do in that situation ; but children are pure at heart so Vanya starts laughing wholeheartedly. As Roshni has stood up from her place with the biting, Lily is freed on her leg portion..so seeing Vanya's carefree laugh, Lily feels happy and thinks she has done something good. So she goes to Vanya and starts circling around her with moving her tail.

In between, Riddhima thinks to help Diana as a human being and runs to have the first aid box while Siya is inwardly laughing because she is little insecure towards this girl as this girl works under HER LOVE .. yes, she loves Angre not from few days but from past two years, seeing him standing beside her family in its weakness, she couldn't stop her heart from loving him. So today finding her getting bitten by Lily, she feels some sadistic pleasure.

Other hand, Vansh is suppressing his laughter seeing his baby laughing so hard. But Riddhima comes out with a medical box and hands it to Diana and helps her to the way of washroom so that she could apply some antiseptic on that area. And then she asks her baby to stop laughing which erupts the laughter-volcano in Siya.

Here Riddhima becomes serious at the way elders are behaving on the hurtful expression of some girl then what she will expect from her little daughter. So she with a serious voice, she says : There this girl has been feeling pain and you're laughing at her excuse. I know Mr Rai Singhania who doesn't have emotion at other's pain(looking at Vansh) but Siya, you! You're too laughing, I've not expected it from you.

Siya lowers head in shame and mutters slowly : I'm sorry bhabhi, it's just I'm little insecure. Riddhima eyes her suspiciously : What? What? Come again..you're insecure but why?

Siya gulps hard yet replies : Bhabhi, the way she behaves I feel suspicious and her attire always adds fuel to my heart's feeling bringing out insecurity from it. (Riddhima eyes her to continue and Siya closes her eyes to pronounce.) I..I love .. ANGRE..(and then opens her eyes to find wide eyes of her bhai and bhabhi. Vansh is like how could he never realised the thing.)

Before they could proceed towards this discussion, Diana comes out with a painful face and Riddhima goes to her : Please sit ....

Before she could complete, Diana screams and springs out on her heels out of the house. Riddhima asks Siya to go behind her as the girl is not well ; even she has left the file here. Siya nods her head and goes out by taking the file and purse with her.
