Hux didn't say anything, he just stared at her, his gaze grim and worn. He sighed and shook his head at her slowly. Rey looked down to hide her face, tears were threatening to spill. All at once she had felt the pang of what she did, it was her fault, all her fault. If only she hadn't been so stupid, no naive.

Hux studied her. "You're one big ball of guilt, Rey. It gnaws on you from the inside and kills you. Every night I imagine you thinking of him and what you did, huh?"

Rey stared at him absentminded, the tears pricking in her eyes. This was making her sick.

"You live with it every moment of your life. Your roommates hide from you, scared. And now," he lifted up her face with his hand. "You're in love with a ghost."

"How?" Rey breathed out in shock.

"I know things Rey. I know answers, I none that you and him are connected in some sick way."

"What are you?"

"Armitage Hux, the person with answers."

"Then tell me."

"Tell you what?"

"About the connection."

"You see Rey, you and Kylo are connected in a weird way. If you clear your name, them Kylo goes to the light. After that you will both be reborn into the same time. But you may not end up finding each other. With that all cleared, I want to warn you," Hux cake closer. "Keep yourself away from Snoke, away from danger or else Kylo will never go back. You're his only way to relive, and if you die," he turned to look at her. "You'll most likely never see each other again, you'll go up to the light while Kylo stays a ghost."

"Okay, thank you." Rey breathed, the shock still in her voice.

"I know it's a lot to take in but you should go. Do not tell Kylo anything, or it will out the both of you in danger. Now go clear your name."

Hux waved her away before she turned around.

"I have a question —"

He brushed her off, "my time is almost up and the real Hux will be returning soon. I just needed to warn you. Goodbye."

"Did you get what you were looking for?"

"Yeah," Rey spit out quickly, she was still shaking from the encounter.

"Are you okay?"

"Just fine. I have the answers we need, let's just put this evidence together, okay?"

Rey managed a weak smile before Kylo attempted to smile back.

"Okay."

"So on this computer I've put together all the voice files, and I also backed them up in case they got lost. I also copied the files with information to give to them."

"That's good."

"Yeah, hopefully this will clear my name."

"I hope too."

Kylo smiled at her, his eyes distant.

"Kylo?" Rey stopped clicking around and she faced him.

"Yeah?"

"I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"You know what! I'm sorry for everything okay? I'm sorry for being a emotionless, cold blooded mess of a human! For being a brain less human too! You loved me, I apparently saved you and —" Rey choked up. "I killed you! I fucking killed you!"

"Rey —"

She covered her face with her hands and broke down into a crying fit. Rey was done, done with everything. He reached out for her.

"Don't touch me!" She snapped before running away.

"Rey!"

"What?" She hissed, lifting her hands temporarily away from her face.

"I forgive you."

"No you don't!" Rey was screaming hysterically. "Stop lying! Stop lying, stop lying, stop lying!"

"I'm not lying.'

"Yes you are!" The tears continued to pour from her eyes. "I don't deserve to be forgiven." Rey collapsed onto a heap on the ground.

"Rey —" Kylo walked over to her and touched her cheek softly.

Her eyes met his, brimmed with tears.

"I'm sorry."

He didn't say anything.
