~Hiccup's P.O.V~

Astrid has been acting strange lately, especially at this moment where she drags me out of school and it looks like she's leading me to the park, strangely enough nobody wasn't around.

"Where are we going?"I asked, as she kept ignoring me. She constantly kept pulling my arm as for guidance to where exactly.

But as we left Berk High we kept on going which leading us to the park. She haven't respond to me since we left Berk High and I'm getting suspicious about her behaviour. As we arrived at the nearest bench we stop and turns to me with a nervous look. She was quite flinching away.

"So you wanted to talk?"I asked, knowingly she's been acting weird today.

She nod her head nervously"y-yeah it's something I wanted to discuss this for so long, I've been fighting this unforgotten feeling"She walks back and forth.

I look at her"what's wrong? Are you okay? You seem quite off".

She stop and shrug"its, I can't explain it. You wouldn't understand me".

I sat down on the bench"please sit down, you make me nervous when you're acting so out of place today".

She sat next to me, brushing her bangs and facing me"Hiccup, you trust me right?".

I raise my brow"of course I do, we're friends. I always trust my friends. Sometimes".

She look at me with her eyes"would you keep a secret?".

I gave her a confused look"secret? What's this about?"

"Can you keep a secret!"She raise her voice which made me flinch a little.

I slightly move away"of course! I can. I'm just curious what's going on with you?".

She sighs heavily, staring at the trees above as the sunlight shines upon the leaves.

"Well, Hiccup. I had this secret for a very long time. And turns out I can't control it. I can't control myself anymore. And this kept me going what I always do every other night, before I moved here"She folded her arms.

"Okay? I clearly don't understand what's the situation here. Just tell me what it is and I can help you to solve this issue"I comfort.

She eye contacted me"it's not that simple Hiccup-"

"You know I can trust you. Whatever it is, I'll help. It's what I do best for people"I said, hoping for her to say something that's bugging her.

"I can't do this!"Astrid screams in frustration, standing back up.

"What's wrong Astrid?"I asked, worriedly standing up.

"I cannot believe I actually felt affection toward you Haddock"She frowns.

I raise my brow as what she met"what are you talking about? All I care about is friendship and somehow our relationship has gotten out of hand. I never except to feel".

"Love"She interrupts, giving me a disturbing look.

"Astrid, you're different than any other girl I ever met. And I'm impressed that you're clever than me"I slight smile, walking up toward her and stare at her eyes.

"You wouldn't understand my conditions"Astrid sighs, walking away from me and stop holding something in her sleeves.

"Conditions?"I questioned.

She turn to me with an blank face"You would not understand me".

"I don't understand? Just please tell me! And I can help you"I sigh, walking towards her.

She then suddenly pull out a shape object which I can't really describe at that moment. I stop my tracks and gasp knowingly that this is serious.

She point the knife at me with a dark smirk"Then I'll show you".

I stood there for awhile until I realizes something is odd of her.

I turn around and it was Astrid holding a knife, giving me a glare.

"Astrid what are you doing?"I ask, nervously.

"Oh Hiccup, I'm so disappointed. How can you not tell about this"She laughs, coming closer.

Suddenly my mind dropped as I realize, Astrid's the Berkian Killer.

"It was you!"I pointed out.

"Well done Hiccup! I applaud you for noticing, I've been dropping hints like crazy"She laughs, sinisterly"and apparently, you're an interesting one".

I then glare at her"you lied to me?!".

"Oh Hiccup don't be so morose, how'd you think I come up with fake gestures of me pretending to be your girlfriend?! I was playing with you"She smirk, walking closer.

"How could you Astrid? I let you in my life and now this?!"I yelled"You're not even my girlfriend yet, I guess".

"Oh I'm sorry Hiccup! I just couldn't help it. You were gonna be my 30th victim after all"She said, fiddling with the knife.

"It doesn't have to be like this"I exclaim, clenching my fist.

"Oh I disagree, it took me time to actually be in your life and I find it funny that you actually cared ha!"She grins uncomfortably"I've been fighting this feeling for so long, I decided to move forward".

I glare"you won't get away with this. Astrid, please. I can help you".

She roll her eyes"oh please, no one will ever help me after what I did to the others. And you have the most annoying habit of not dying when you're supposed to".

~Jack's P.O.V~

lunch hour, just sitting here having a cheeseburger and salad

"It's been 2 hours, I'll give them another hour"As I bite out of my cheeseburger.

~Hiccup's P.O.V~

"Are you gonna kill me?"I asked, without a fear tone.

She give me a dark smirk"unfortunately no".

"Why?"I asked, as she put away her knife.

"Because you're the lucky one, I can keep you as a hostage, as I prefer to say"She shrug.

"You know I can tell the cops, right?"I warn her.

"But they're not gonna believe you anyway. You're just a average high school student, you're mine now"She laughs, as she attempts to drag me back to school.

"I will not be a slave to you"I back away slowly.

"Then, I will destroy everything you love"She snarl, coming towards me.

"Astrid it doesn't have to be like this"I whisper.

She stare down and glance back at me, she starts breathing really fast.

Pulling out her knife again.
